Food (breakfast) and service were fine, with no complaints. However, the Manageress (Lisa), brought around some surplus food to give out after breakfast, this is quite usual in most McDonalds restaurants. What wasn't usual was the amount of food, there are not normally such an enormous amount of surplus items. Furthermore, they do not normally give out used receipts to accompany the food, each receipt had the name Lisa written upon it, all pre-prepared, telling customers to write a review highlighting her name for good service, as she would receive a bonus for each one posted. I felt this was very unfair on other staff, not being able to do this (if they did, I suspect they would be in trouble for doing so). Why shouldn't the young man delivering food to tables, or the lady cleaning be allowed to do this?

Pretty standard McDonald's, facilities clean and staff really friendly - chips were inedible and freezing but swapped without a question and second time round piping hot - luck of the draw I guess. Otherwise all as expected - not the best, not the worse (by any stretch) and fills a need when time/prep etc. Is against you and you need to eat/feed the family 👍

they forgot my order and kept serving everyone that came after me ..after a point you'd think they wonder why someone keeps waiting at the colection side and hasnt been served yet..

The kids love coming here because outside play but on this occasion we tried to eat inside due to weather but the constant beeping and bleeping from the kitchen got so intense that we couldn't stay. It was so irritating and intrusive that several.diners complained but we were told that they can't cook without the alarms! There are plenty of other branches we can go to I guess where they seem to more cooking skill or quieter alarms but they are certainly less uncomfortable.

Awful. Had to wait 40 minutes for my food and it still came cold. Both of us ordered same time through the app but they messed the order up and my gf got her food and I only got the drink and sauces I ordered (on her tray). I went to ask where my food is 3 times and was very patient but took far too long. Her food came within the minute but mine took 40 minutes to resolve.

Drive thru was quick and easy and all the food was hot for once in a McDonald's we nearly fainted!!!

Got food poisoning from this McDonald’s for two days (this week). I hadn’t eaten anything else during the day so was definitely the food. Please avoid for your own health.

Staff were polite but I don't know what the cook was doing with the two burgers they looked like someone stood on them or threw then at a wall. Presentation was awful. The latte and normal white coffee was a bit strange in terms of taste also so will drive past next time....

Store was clean & tidy, staff were helpful, food was nice. Good value for money.

Your average McDonalds but the food was awful. Fries barely warm and lacking flavour. The ¼ pounder was so dry I thought it may have been re-warmed from the previous day. Even the cheese Garlic bites were just about warm. Didn't complain at the time as did not have the time.

Popped in for a stack on way home. Friendly and efficient staff. Food was hot and the place clean and tidy

Possible to be the best McDonald's I've ever been to. - Staff helpful and courteous - inside immaculate - all ipads working and clean - car park immaculate All in all I cannot fault this one. Especially as there was a lot of trainees but they were all very polite doing their best.

Foods usually nice but on drive through always best check what you get as so many times I've had items missing from this branch then have to go back round again , oh and the ice cream/milkshake machine spends more time out of action than it does working

Best MacDonald's I have ever been too, nice & clean with nice food that is not slapped together.. much better than other local MacDonald's...

Ate here on Sunday 22nd January at 1.30pm. The man on the cleaning duty at this time deserves recognition - the place was absolutely immaculate and he was working so hard doing his rounds. Made for a very nice experience, thank you.

It's a McDonald's.. generic fast food outlet. Very friendly members of staff. Super efficient too.

Ordered our food on the app, checked in when we arrived with iur table number and then waited. 15 minutes later our food was served, cold. They don't seem to notice the app orders serving everyone including the McDelivery drivers first. The app states that it's best to use for faster ordering, ok BUT it's not best for faster service.

Kai was wonderful, went above and beyond on my difficult order making me feel like a priority. His friendly face and warm manner made the restaurant experience for my friends and I a pleasurable one. Please pass on our thanks for making our day.

In such a hot weather my meal was brought together with dessert-ice cream. I was glared by a disgruntled manager and staff for asking them to keep the ice cream for after the meal. Appalling. No apologies or acknowledgement that it's dessert, ice cream, for after main meal.

A quick pit stop before the Santus Circus, kids fed and happy. The service was quick too, nice little seating and play area outside for kids to entertain themselves before and after food.

Do not go often, always very busy and Uber and just eat drivers congregating around the collection point is a bit strange, especially refreshing their multiple phone. Staff work very hard, can imagine it's not an easy job for the pay. Food is what you would expect.

Went through drive thru, ordered filet o fish. Cheeseburger and toffee lattè Parked up, toffee latte was actually lush, then took a bite into the filet, which was overcooked, not only that, it looked like it had been microwaved and it was chewy, so couldn't finish it...the Cheeseburger wasn't up to much either. I would have gone into the restaurant to complain but unfortunately I am unable to walk more than 10 metres without being in agony at the moment...the only reason for 1 star was the lattè

Food not very hot, but otherwise good. Salad was fresh and crisp. Why no milkshakes? They were the best thing at McDonalds

Polite and helpful but lots of issues. Sometimes "technical difficulties" when trying to order via the app (I check other local ones at the time to make sure not an app issue). Milkshake machine down more often than not. Fruit bags with Happy Meals rarely in stock. Lots of power cuts. Many times "The tills have crashed, we can't serve anyone." Also had a few "We can't take card payments." Electrical and payment system needs an overhaul/replacement.

Used for the first time today, very impressed. Wasn't too busy we didn't have to wait long for food. Just had a cheese burger and drink on our way through. Place was very clean spacious carpark. But loved the spacious seating area, outside. worth another trip soon . Worth few extra miles, well done to the staff
