Fraud Alert!!! loss of money! Please do not book here. I booked room for me mom & dad at rs. 1299 (1 room + 3 occupants) via Agoda and paid full. On reaching there, the lady told they haven't got that booking and hence cannot let me in. She called a guy to check booking who confirmed he has not received the booking even after sharing Agoda booking details. As we came from Idukki to Tvm & left with no other option, i thought i ll book from their front office directly & then contact Agoda customer care. The guy/owner on phone asked me to book with them directly next time & not via apps. But the shocker came when lady informed us we have to pay Rs. 1500 for even for 2 inmates in a room whereas mine was a paid booking for 3 @ 1199! When i said this & they should actually more profit here than 3rd party booking and i should be allowed the same rate, they denied & tried to utilize my helplessness of being trapped with old parents in Tvm from Idukki! But i was not ready to being cheated & left. I booked a room at Ginger Tvm, instead, obviously at a much higher rate. Agoda initiated refund for the whole amount & 10% Agoda cash as a compensation for the inconvenience caused. Anyway kindly stay away from this fraudulent Eden suite.

Very bad experience. Had to go back as they told the online booked room(paid as well) was not available ! Please do not book online as you may face the same. They try to get charge ridiculous price on reaching directly ! So better stay away !

Bad experience They use oyo for attracting the customers .. When we reach their by booking through using oyo app or other else; they ask more money than oyo offer by saying like oyo not giving their money so we need to pay more.. The thing is that they use oyo for attracting the customers and after customers reaching their they ask more money and customers have no option or no mind to set another.. Finally we choose eden according to their room rate. But we reach their without oyo its may be Quite good

Very bad rooms, even the bathroom smells disgusting, no water in bathroom, ac remote don't work, overall pathetic experience

Rooms booked in Oyo was not delivered at 3 am
