I reduced one star for parking issue. Even I came through motorcycle there is no proper space for parking. We are required to park in the street! Room service is great 👍 Location of the palce is great 👍 Budget friendly hotel. Well maintained rooms. Friendly staffs. If you are in solo, family or any type you can stay here without any fear. Well maintained washroom. 24*7 hot water fecility. No drinking water. Plenty of restaurants available nearby. For me, single person - ₹800 per day (after getting ₹50 as discount).

One of the worst hotel for a couple to go. I and my fiance, we had made prior booking and payed the amount on full. But on reaching the location they denied us check in because I was a native of TVM itself. So they denied us both check in. The mannerism of the hotel staff was very rude and cheap. First understand that people book a hotel only majorly when there is a dire need. The guy was looking at us as if we were there to do something wrong. Very rude behavior from the hotel staff. At the end, we were denied check in. And the full amount of 1350rs was fully gone. Not refunded as well.

Rooms are ok, less than average size. It's a lodge kind of setup. Parking is not easily accessible. Restaurant service is not there. Faced issue of hot water for bath. Location is prime and close to Padhnama Swamy temple, railway station within 1kms radius.

Stayed there for a family trip, directly called the hotel and pre booked, staff are very friendly and location is also good it's just 1 km from trivandrum railway station. And just 1 km from padmanabha swamy temple, very nice place to stay. Main minus point is there are no proper restaurant to eat near by, we ordered by swiggy because of that

Pricing is good, location is good but could not sleep because of the mosquitos. they don't provide blanket, no all-out(mosquito repellent) no complementary water bottle. Bathrooms are ultra smal, it's okay for the price. Rooms are clean and tidy.

Very good service. Bathroom is a bit small. Room and bathroom could do a little more cleaning. Other than that everything was good. They respond really quickly to any request. Overall a good experience.

Quite good establishment and accessible from TVC station. The hotel doesn't have their own resturant, although the guest can get tea/coffee. Room service is fast enough. One can get numerous eateries around the hotel with good ratings within walking distance since the place is almost the heart of Trivandrum, so you'll be sorted in that manner. Professional staffs and a pleasant stay overall. I'd choose this hotel again.

Worst experience. First of all the rooms are too small and was very stinky.The service was worse to bottom.There is receptionist named DEEPU,his attitude was so so bad and arrogant that let us think y we booked room here.The mangment should look out for this Deepu or ge will b reason for this hotels closure.I am stressing on this guy because I felt so bad that day .

Hotel Prathiba Heritage, fake claiming as a goStays which is offering Ac, Wifi and TV. You will not get AC and wifi. This hotel's people are really crooked. Unlike others they will not mention the category of the room at the same time this is a goStays rated hotel. How fantastic!. While booking they (hotel people) preferred non refundable. So, You can't cancel your booking once you realise their fraudulent activities. They will smile simply at that moment. Very small room with the used linen or bed sheets . Stay away from this hotel for a peaceful stay in trivandrum. Not a genuine hotel. Very small room with a bad smell. No lift. Poor Hygeine. Lack of Safety

No proper ventilation in tiny non ac rooms. Pls provide the necessary ventilation fans in bathrooms.Not recommended for stay during day as the temperature increases it will feel even more uncomfortable. This is fine for just a night stay. Opting for ac rooms would be better in case of long stay.

If it's possible for negative starring, this hotel deserves it. A very worst experience I have with the rooms. I have booked a double deluxe non AC room. If we check the size of room, just consider it's double the size of your bathroom.. first time I saw a hotel room without any window... no sunlight at all in the room. They had claimed for LED TV, 24 hrs hot water, free WIFI n bla bla.. We have these but not in working condition.. LED without any signal, free WIFI with poor signal and no hot water at all. If you want to experience jail like feeling, consider this hotel

Had a good 1 day stay at Prathibha heritage. We opted for Non AC room and it is bit congested. Staff behavior is good. It is located in prime location railway station and bus stand are just 15min walk away.

Decent size and clean rooms/washrooms. Staff is much accomodating as they had allowed us to keep the baggage even after check-out at 11AM till 7PM. Very good budget hotel. It costed 1000 change per night.

I booked Ac room for 2 days. first of all hotel located in congestive area. For car parking no provision in hotel. we have to go 3 km for parking facility. it's quite irritating , for every tym we have to go hotel worker to get key for parking gate. while we check in , hotel worker not even to ready to pick up our luggages. Room s very small , sticky & smelly because very small & not ventilated. Bathroom is neat & good comparatively. heat water available in particular time only. When we checked out from hotel it's around 1.30pm. we asked permission prior for late check out. While checking out manager named DEEPU in very arrogant manner asked extra money for late check out in rude manner. We checked very late only. can this hotel reduce amount for this. money is not a problem. but this fellow behaviour, attitude & rude behavior irritated us. look like we stayed here for free. definitely hotel department have to advice ur worker regarding roles & responsibilities. For family I won't advice to take this hotel. single bachelor can book this hotel at ur risk and who r having car not recommended to book this hotel. overall my rating 2.5/5. For worker 0/5.
