Honestly, in short, I had quite a comfortable stay here. We were looking for a room to stay in for 3 days visiting family and friends and weren’t going to spend much time at the hotel expect to come back and sleep in, so wanted to keep a small budget. The rooms weren’t the best of rooms but they were decently maintained and had all the basic amenities. It feels like an old place but kept neat. What made this a 4 star rating for me was the service of the people. I misplaced a piece of diamond jewellery in the room during our visit, now the hotel had policies and even a poster in the rooms that they are not responsible for misplaced items unless it’s kept in the locker and they could have easily just informed that to me. But once I informed the housekeeping staff, 3 staff members came and searched the whole place and and was so kind and prompt and found the item. They didn’t make faces or excuses or seemed to give up when they initially couldn’t find it. And even with this incident aside, I felt the service at the place really made our stay comfortable. Overall, if you’re looking for a chill place to stay under the budget for few days and not looking for something too fancy, this is a pretty good option. They also serve alcohol to the room as well.

I recently had my daughter's birthday party at this hotel, and I had a wonderful experience. My point of contact was Mr. Vijayakumar. From the moment we booked the event, he was attentive to our needs and ensured that every detail was taken care of. He was always available to answer our questions and went above and beyond to make sure that our daughter's special day was perfect. The decorations, food, and activities were all fantastic and exceeded our expectations. He truly made the experience stress-free and enjoyable for everyone involved. I highly recommend this hotel for any event, and specifically want to thank Mr Vijayakumar for his exceptional service.

A very good hotel. The rooms are clean and the staffs are polite, courteous and non-judgemental. The restaurant serves good breakfast options and everything tasted good. They also have a bar that serves alcohol and great food. This is also a good place to conduct meetings and conferences. Had memorable experiences and pleasant stay here.

I conducted my son's wedding reception in hotel Prasanth on 7th May 2023 evening. The banquet hall could accommodate all our guests. The food was delicious.. The service was outstanding. The decor was so elegant. Thanks to manager Mr Vijayakumar for your suggestions in selecting the menu. I went there for a Birthday function. Everything is okay. But never give your car for valet parking. They force to give your car by saying they are expert and all. They hit my car and spoil my car back bumper. The clip of back bumper is broken and a deep scratch. I never noticed that night , but next morning when I call them and explained everything with the manager. They accept their mistake but what, we spoil our car with no compensation. After the last conversation with the manager, they never call me back, irresponsible management. So guys never never give your car to them. They are Irresponsible security and very rough handling.

Hotel is descent. Rooms are good and clean. Hotel/restaurant area is also good. However room service is very slow. Also basic amenities like kettle, tea, coffee cups were not provided. The hotel doesn't have a thermometer which is part of basic first aid. Management should take note of these short coming and improve. Overall hotel is recommended for a good stay. Hotel also allows to arrange mini functions and has good hall Available for it along with its service.

Staff at the reception are extremely polite and helpful. Had some problem with travel agent who had collected the amount and did not book a room. The staff at the reception co-ordinated with travel agent and sorted out the problem and provided a room within a few minutes. Room service and restaurant is excellent. They also suggested and arranged for local travel. Overall had a good experience.

Overall Hotel rooms and surrounding are spacious and lively.. Authentic South Indian food we got in breakfast.. especially thanks to manager Mr. Padmarajan Nair and his staff for giving quality service..

Haven't stayed there, but went for a function in the first floor hall. Neat and clean throughout, with very co-operative staff. Though the parking space is limited, the security managed to adjust all vehicles. Very close to the city.

On 28th (June 2023), we had a wonderful family gathering @ Hotel Prashanth's conference Hall. The food was excellent for a reasonable price and appreciated by every participant. The auditorium was good enough to accommodate 50 people or more. The Air Conditioning was very effective and no complaints received from our family members. The arrangements were excellent and hassle-free, thanks to Mr. Sanjeev who was there throughout the event for solving even minor issues. He was very co-operative and approachable always. In conclusion, we are happy to recommend Hotel Prashant to our friends too for their future events. Note: Though the audio system was fairly adequate, we suggest you upgrade/modify it with a better system so that guests (mainly singers) can perform on stage impressively

We chose Prasanth hotel for our family function and that was a right decision. Facilities and food served were really good and satisfying. Staffs were friendly and provided the good service. Appreciating the service provided by the marketing manager Vijayakumar Madhavan sir and hotel management on maintaining the good customer service and affordability. Will consider Prasanth hotel for our future events.

Stayed in Prasanth for four days last week. Excellent place to stay. Well trained cordial staff at the reception and restaurant, ready to serve the guests. Very tasty food. Good value for the money one pays. Only one suggestion for improvement: keep the varanda of all the floors very clean. I would love to stay at Prasanth in my future visits to Trivandrum.

Very good place for conducting family get-together, birthday party, business meetings. Excellent food, and courteous service .Valet parking also available. The Manager Mr.Vijayakumar is very helpful for organising my dinner party.

We were celebrating a birthday @ the hotel, the food was very good, the service was also nice..We approached them with caution on the quality of food and other arrangements... However our worries were put to rest from the postive and helpful attitude from Mr.Vijay Kumar, Assistant General Manager..He was helpful and considerate in fulfilling our requirements. It was a nice experience overall.

Very good hotel to conduct business meetings and family events. Have good parking space and no big traffic issues. Very good service from the staffs and the marketing team is very cooperative. Mr Vijayakumar from marketing team invited me and now I am giving all my possible events to this hotel

I went for a meeting there. After meeting we ate lunch in rooftop dining area in 6th floor. It was very good, awesome food variety of choices, dessert was there. The meeting area was good too, but the space is a little small but still good. Very beautiful walls there and I'm very satisfied.

I stayed at Hotel Prasanth for one day. Very good location, ambience and it is located in the heart of city. All staffs at reception, restaurant etc are attendive and caring. Also the front office manager Mr Padmarajan is helping, supportive and guiding. Will recommend for families and bachelors.

Very calm and perfect stay due to helpful and honest staff there all. Specially cleaning services are very impressive. Buffet of breakfast consists so may fabulous variants of South Indian food.

We had a family get together in Prashanth hotel. Good facilities, friendly staffs and excellent food. Highly recommended for such events.

I conducted a friends' get-together at the hotel. It was a small crowd of ~20 people. I was very well received and dealt with ever since the first time I rung up Mr. Vijay. He was very prompt, polite and considerate to our asks and responded positively to it. He was able to make adjustments in their standard buffet menu, for our group. We were provided with an audio system and wireless mic. The food was served timely, and it was great. The whole group enjoyed it. The preparation is bad, a mild description. Do not eat here even by mistake. We ordered Pneer Chilly , they served sauted panner with fresh chilly powder added.

I have no interest in writing reviews. But I got a chance to see the kitchen while attending a function in the hotel Let me share some Pictures of the kitchen and keep in mind before saying it is delicious!!!!

Me My family came all the way from north and stayed for couple of days. The hotel has serious issues with Hot Water and geysers. Thanks to the solar water heater as it is there to take all the blames. " Sir it is the solar water heater, it won't work at night you will get it once the sun comes around". I guess they have an induction course for staff for rehearsing this sentence. Idk who is gonna prefer hot water at noon? The chilling cold at night was not bearable for the my grandma who has asthma. The attitude of the staff was also rude. When you raise an issue.

We hosted our kid's first birthday party here. Service was awesome. Everything was ready on time and staff were very polite and helpful. Food was superb. All of our guests enjoyed

The rooms were nice and the people were also kind. "Never give your car keys to the security person" The parking may be full at all times. So, they force us to leave the keys with the security, so that they will park our vehicle whenever a slot becomes vacant. In this situation, find a different hotel or find yourself some time so that you can park your car all by yourself. These guys have Zero responsibility. I am a regular customer, and twice they have not closed the glasses of my car. It was raining and they literally didn't care. *I feel sorry for rating 1 star. Please thank your security person.

Good food and good ambience for functions like reception and party. Excellent service offered by Mr Vijaykumar and team. Overall very happy to have chosen this hotel for my wedding reception.

I have attended one meeting at hotel prasanth. The conference hall was good. The AC in the conference hall was old and cooling was not adequate for such a big hall. The food is too good and tasty

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable . We can can access each tourist places easily. ‘Kiran’, the food and beverage manager, was always very friendly and helpful. He arraigned all the facilities extremely thanks for the marshalling. All other staff are very helpful, parking staff, floor manager and restaurant staffs especially ‘Manlong’ handling my toddler at breakfast time.

Reasonable and good quality restaurant. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. Only problem is the difficulty in getting car parking space in the weekend evening due to the crowd. The access round is also witness heavy traffic at evening prime time. So I prefer motor cycle at evening time and when not with family.

An excellent choice of stay for a reasonable price. My family stayed here for 3 weekdays and was treated with nothing but professionalism and respect. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, even to our odd checkin-checkout times. Special Kudos to the kitchen staff we had good quality tasty kerala breakfast all days we stayed. Would definitely choose to stay here again when in town.
