a below average hotel, does not look like a 3-star hotel from any angle. We had to ask for almost everything. The flush wasn’t working in our room and we had to eventually change the room. The room keys weren’t working properly, they had to be recharged every another hour. The staff is sweet but the property itself and the hotel facilities were extremely dissatisfying. It’s overpriced just because the fact it’s near the temple.

Very clean and excellent rooms though it is little small. Bathroom is also small but very clean and neat. Well maintained hotel and location is excellent to near by restaurant and also walkable distance to Padmanabhaswamy temple. Only downside is only 3 to 4 cars can be parked and the access to hotel is a small lane which is narrow, where a bank is present and people park bikes so it's Little difficult to get in and get out in car.

Room was very clean and nice. It is so near to Padmanabhaswamy temple. It's in the center of all the spots like shanmugham beach took just 15 mins from here. They even agreed to keep the luggage after checkout as our train time was in the evening. Overall it was a nice stay.

Had a very bad experience in this hotel. Manager was very arrogant. Even misbehaved with family members. Booking was confirmed even one month prior to the stay through goibibo. It was confirmed as well. But manager asked us to check out even before the timeline. Will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

My family chose this hotel due to its close proximity to the Padmanabhaswamy temple. It is a budget friendly hotel with good staff. The rooms were fine when you wish to spend most of your time outdoors exploring the city. The management was friendly and helpful.

Spotlessly clean hotel. Stayed here with my family for a day for visiting padmanabha temple. Staffs were very cooperative. I booked directly by calling them up and got a good rate. Rooms were good for 3 people. Walking distance from temple. Overall a clean and safe stay.

If your plan is to visit the temple, then this hotel should be your choice. 1. Very affordable 2. Don't expect any high luxury, but you'll get a clean and decent room. 3. Hotel staff were helpful. I had some issues with getting hot water in the early morning, but the staff assisted me well. They also have travel services for a price of 800 for auto and 1400 for cab. The tour was good except the fact that they didn't inform us about the changes we would have to face for a back water ride. So overall a decent experience

I booked this hotel for my stay in Trivendram and I reached at Trivendram early morning, but they charged me Rs 500 extra for early check in even the room was vacant. No humanity for customers, only making money is their priority. Room space was also very short, do not trust on name which is premier in. Padmanabhaswamy temple was at a distance of 300m.

Nice, clean and comfortable rooms, Excellent location, less than 5 minutes walk to Padmanabhaswamy temple. We reached late night at 11:30pm, check in was immediate and hassle free. One of our rooms has little odd smell, as we reached late and sleepy, didn't mind it much or asked to change the room.

Hotel stay is good. Location is very close to West side entrance of temple. 2 south Indian veg hotel is very by.

This is a decent place for people who looks for budget friendly hotel near Padmanabhaswamy temple. Hotel is located at walkable distance to west nada of temple. 2-3 good vegetarian restaurants are located near to this hotel. Small room but it was neat and clean; basic amenities provided like wifi, drinking water, soap and towel. Stay was comfort and worthy for money. No restaurant available in the hotel; hence no room service. Recommended to stay with family for a night or two.

Very good hotel and gentle staffs. It's close by to padmanabha swamy temple West entrance. Lot of good veg restaurant nearby. You can go to Udupi. They have tie up with cabs if you require.

The 2 star is only becase the staff are really helpfull and the loation is walkable to Swamy Padmanav temple. Apart from that there is nothing exciting about this hotel. I paid around 4700 for 2 night for a room that didn't have a TV, Phone, Air Condition, Room Service, Driking Water. Even there is no provision to buy water bottle.

What I chose was a double occupancy room. It's enough for two people. Not that spacious but clean. The property is located in a quiet place and it's just 10 minutes away from padmanabha swamy temple east entrance.

A good hotel to stay . Only 4 minute's walking distance from Anantapadmanava temple. Cheap rooms available with all the basic necessities like hot water , clean and clear beds etc. Rooms are specious too. Lift is working.

What could have been a decent hotel for family stay was let down by the reception staff. Had to call them up 3 times in last 2 months for booking... everytime a new guy would pick up the phone and further they messed up with the dates .. No coordination among staff. Still in case you are booking, it's better to do so from mmt or such apps... Can't rely on the staff for taking your booking properly

basic amenities like drinking water, soap, door mat etc not provided.. had a dummy TV unit with no power cord. Rooms feels very small but kept clean and well maintained.

Worst rooms . No service at all. Only advantage is near to Temple. Cost wise not worthful . Better to search for a good hotel .

Parking area is very less. There are cockroaches in the bathroom. The bathroom window was left open. In the bathroom, Cloth can be hang only above the closet. Apart from all this the stay is comfortable.

The nicest feature of this hotel is its proximity to the temple. You can walk effortlessly. The room was not at all satisfactory! The switchboards were somewhat broken. And the bathroom lock was broken. And there is no breakfast available at that price. The rooms were not worth the price!

Location is good. Walking distance from Sri Padmanaswamy temple. Now coming to rooms they are stamdard size, with cockroaches. Found 3-4 cockroaches in the room. I think the authority should give more focus on this. Otherwise service good and location is prime.

Bedsheets and towels are not replaced on daily basis. I stayed 2 days even I ask them to replace the bed sheets but not done. Remaining every thing is good.

A decent hotel within walkable distance of Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple. Room was spacious enough with clean bathroom. Limited parking in front of the hotel. Front office staff were helpful. There are many restaurants in the vicinity.

Best hotel in my Kerala trip. Rooms are small but have all facilities. This hotel is located in the main city and near the temple, so definitely come here.
