I regularly visit the Srekandasearam Shiva swami Temple and was struck by the divine and peaceful atmosphere. The temple is a beautiful place to visit and the presence of the many pigeons flying around only adds to the ambiance. I found the temple to be very clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this temple to anyone looking for a peaceful and spiritual experience.morning till 12 clock temple will open best time for visit is around 8 to 9.30 am, do visit all of you there

A beautiful temple. Lord Shiva is the main deity. It has been crowded last week due to thiruvathira festival. Lot of other sub deities are also present in the temple complex. The temple pond reflects the morning sun and diffuses the divine energy.

Sreekanteshwaram Temple, or more specifically, Sreekanteshwaram Mahadev Temple, situated at the heart of Trivendrum (Thiruvananthapuram). It is a Lord Shiva temple. Prominent diety is of Lord Shiva, other deities are also there. It is said that, this temple is 700 years old. One should definitely visit and take darshan of Lord. Closes at 12 noon, and reopen at 5pm.

🕉️Srikantheswaram Maha devakshetram is an ancient temple located in the city of Thiruvananthapuram. Srikantheswaram temple is a fine example of Kerala Vastu shilpa style. The temple pool located outside the temple walls is very spacious. The pond is known as 'Jatakunda Thirtham'. The Mahadeva Pratishtha is here in a rare concept where Parvati and Ganga are seated on either side of lord shiva. This temple has a 10-day flag-waving festival on Thiruvathira Aarattu during the malayalam month of Dhanu. Also Shivaratri is special in Kumbham month.🛕

The Ultimate experience of worshipping lord Siva. The Spiritual feel inside the temple is great. If you are just visiting for worship, all the below can be ignored. This is a must visit for any Siva devotee. For new Visitors: This is a medium sized temple with great spiritual feels. The temple is clean, but it is clean like the south Indian temples. The parking space in front of temple is limited. To go deep inside the temple (Inside the inner circle) , Mens needs to remove the shirt and no short pants are allowed.

Om namah shivaya, Sreekanteshwara temple is among those very ancient Hindu temples, located in southern India. It provides worshiping of lord shreekantwshwara and shree Ganesh. Not very crowded everyday, but on Monday and two other days of the month(12th day after poornima means pardosh) will be found attracting many pilgrims to worship and results heavily crowded during aarti time.

Famous Shiva temple in Trivandrum. It is located in the heart of the city, but once you enter the temple, then we will not feel that rush. This is a peaceful and calm temple. In front of that there is a big pond.

Such a calming and great temple. The craftsmanship of the temple is one of the best around the area. Avoid going during the busy times as it can be a bit congested around the sreekovil.

Very ancient temple in Trivandrum, with the main deity as Lord Shiva. A perfect place for getting a perfect spiritual Vibe 🙏🙏🙏. Various mantras for namaskaras, are printed in the boards kept within the temple which will be really helpful to many devotees. A well maintained temple pond is there, where you can see a great pond ecosystem. Irrespective of religion people come here to offer pujas, and irrespective of gender we could see devotees sitting together and chanting various slogas and singing hymns in praise of Lord Shiva.. Adequate free parking facilities and refreshment facilities (including bathrooms and hotels) are also available in the area. Shambho Mahadeva !
