Perfect place if you're planning on waiting 2 hours on your food. Their customer support said 1.5 hours waiting time is normal, so technically it was only delayed by half an hour. The food is a bit better if you think away the cold, soggy french fries. The quality of the burger is similar to Burger King, the only difference was the slightly better bun and cruchy meat.

I'm the next person whose order has been canceled (and it's nothing terrible). I have been informed that the money will be refunded. After two weeks, I got nothing. From what I read in the reviews, this is not the only such case. No contact at all, fortunately thuisbezorg intervened and I got my refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

We ordered 2 burgers and a big box of fries with the note “extra tasty, it is for our 5th anniversary”. Not only that we had to wait one hour for the food but they also forgot about the fries. We called and they said that they would be delivered in “no time”. We finished our burgers in the meantime, of course. They were dry and not that tasty. (Fries arrived 30 minutes later) In other words, they ignored our note which means that they don’t care about their customers.

i ordered food at night(00:20) from this place, and didn't delivered. their home delivery is really a disgrace and no one answers the phones. this is nothing but fraud. Do not doubt that I will report this situation. This isn't the first time you've done this rudeness and it's time to put an end to it.

Worse burgers I ever had!!! Totally dry and tasted old. The salad was flat and the tomatoes had black spots. The service was horrible, unfriendly.The burgers are nothing special, one could do better at home quite easily.

I paid for extra cheese and a sauce which I didnt get! The fries were awful. Also they came +1h later, and didnt pick up the phone. But they indicated to Thuisbezorgd that the order was delivered. Lies! You owe me money

I ordered two burgers (Original menu) at a late night. They delivered the order within 45 min as estimated in the confirmation email. Superb! The burger quality was amazing; juicy and along with crispy potatoes. Packaging also was classy. Our order included chewing gums in the shape of a small burger – great idea! Overall, I recommend this place and it is worth 5 stars.

I ordered food for 19:00. The courier delivered my food at 18:45 when I was on my way home. The courier told me on the phone that they called me, but no one called me. They did not want to deliver the order to my home, even though the fault was not 100% on my side. There was an arrogant employee on the phone who laughed at me and hung up on me. I asked for a refund but it looks like I won't get anything. So I was cheated out of €27.50 and didn't get any food. I don't recommend ordering food from there...

My order never came. Nobody canceled but instead when i called them and they where already 15 mins late they told me its coming. After the call one hour later i called again and no one answered and the order its still ongoing for 1 day. Come on the worst i have ever seen in my life out of 12 countries i have been. The police should close it down. This is the second time.

I waited 3 hours and 15mins for my order. I called them after an hour and a half and they said it hadnt even left the counter yet. They then proceeded to still not deliver my order for another 1hr45. They also said I’d get something on the house to compensate and got no such thing. Absolutely horrendous and disgraceful experience.

They accept the order, only to cancel it couple of hours later. Shameful.

people working there have to listen to orders better, it is the same every time, either they give a set of drinking where it is not ordered or they do not give fries as they are ordered 😅

Great food. I highly recommend their chicken burgers and their burger company sauce. Their fries always taste amazing! My go to place when I am craving a burger!

I've been ordering from Burger Company for a few years now. Not worth it if you're hungry and want to eat at a reasonable time. Delivery regularly takes 2+ hours even if you order from their website directly. One time I called 1hr45min after ordering and they said it would take another 30 min. Their excuse is always that they're busy but they don't bother informing you, apologizing, or doing something to compensate. The food is good but it takes too long. You're better off ordering from somewhere else if you're hungry.
