I think the photos speak for themselves. But here's a bit of context. I got my hair done at Ela’s 9 days ago. I picked her salon after an extensive search, relying on the great reviews. My appointment lasted 5h 15 mins - an exceedingly long time for highlights (on already highlighted hair of the same colour) and a cut. I think Ela is kind and cares about her business. I was initially pleased with my result when I was done, and thought Ela earned the €180/200,000 lek she charged. My rating is based on the results I am now seeing at home after a colleague at work pointed out some colouring “mishaps” in my hair while I was playing with it. When I got home and took the photos I have posted, I was nothing short of shocked to see the actual quality of Ela’s work. Not only are the placements of the foils visibly apparent in streaky lines, but my hair looks like it was done 4-5 weeks ago from how far off the root the highlights were placed. I can confirm what other reviewers have said - Ela is constantly on the phone while she works, answering calls, sometimes on speaker, sometimes to her ear/shoulder. If she’s not handling her phone, she’s talking to her colleagues and other people in the salon in a manner that distracts from efficiently doing her work. What looks like attentive care at first seems to be the opposite, at best, or lack of skill, at worst. I should have realized this sooner since she needed assistants to hold the foils for her - I've never seen that before. I’m highly disappointed that she didn’t flag this to me while she was blow drying my hair and seeing the results. There is no way she didn’t notice the quality of her work once dry. No self-respecting professional would let someone out of their salon like that. And I can’t believe I have to dish out more money to have this mess fixed given what I already paid. Let alone the embarrassment of having to show this to my regular colourist. I have been getting my hair highlighted for over 20 years and have experienced many salons and colourists. I unfortunately can’t recommend Ela. These results are not something you expect from a skilled professional. I regret my choice.

They are doing magic! They saved my hair! I did keratin straightening here after unsuccessful permanent curling previously done at another salon. Super fantastic experience! I was on holiday and wanted to have an haircut. By reading the review I decided to book an appointment and she was lovely enough to have me on the same day. She speaks English and I was able to explain exactly what kind of haircut I had in mind and she did exactly that. Absolutely amazing and recommended!

Amazing place and customer service! This is my go to weekly spot for a blowot since 2019! The owner, Ela, is so attentive and always makes sure the clients are happy with the service. Great quality products and she always serves everyone with a smile. This is also my nail place as I monthly get my nails done there. Wouldn’t recommend this place enough!

Ela is my hair go-to: she does amazing color and my hair is always 1000% healthier after she does a treatment. She speaks English and is very professional. I would definitely recommend for a cut and color!

I absolutely loved it! I am so happy with my hair I cannot describe it. The picture will speak for itself 😍 I did a balayage and my hair is not only healthy but also shiny! The owner, Ela explained to me every step of the process and she used the latest technology for the hair protection from the bleach such as K18, and I can say that it worked 100%. I hardly believe that anyone can get disappointed there. She was not only very professional but also very kind and nice. I also loved it that there I could do other services like manicure and pedicure. It was such an optimized time that by the time I was waiting for the bleach to do its work, I could do the other things. Thank you very much Ela, I will definitely come back. 🫶

I heavily rely on others reviews, especially when it comes to getting my hair done. I have curly hair which is a challenge on it's own and then throw in that I have dark hair and like cool, icy blond highlights and for them to look mostly natural - no easy task! So I'm always looking for the best when I travel and Ela and her team rose to the occasion and far exceeded my expectations! Based on a picture of what I wanted they were able to just execute and I'm very, very happy with the results. The whole balayage and haircut process took a little over 5 hours, but it didn't bother me because I sincerely appreciated their attention to detail. Doing things like filling some additional color on any and all possible part lines after removing the foils, that's above and beyond and an unheard of level of attention to detail compared to the United States. Ela's prices were reasonable and I really appreciated her and her team's professional manner and attention to detail. I'll be back soon!

I am extremely happy of Ela’s work. I got an amazing haircut, just like I wanted. I was in Albania as a tourist and we found her salon. We got without an appointment, yet she was very happy to receive us. It was totally worth it. Also, she was very nice and friendly to us. 10/10.

I went to Ela’s salon after reading good reviews on colour treatments and I was not disappointed! I went in desperate for a refresh but didn’t want too much bleach on my roots as I’m trying to grow out the bleach damaged hair. Ela knew exactly what I needed without me having to explain myself too much. She talked me through the process, explaining what she was doing and what products she was using so as not to damage my hair further. The cut and colour are exactly what I wanted. Ela is very friendly and smiley. The salon in general has a very friendly atmosphere. Ela’s 2 daughters were there too who offered me sweets and byrek! All of the staff were very lovely and I couldn’t be happier. My treatment came to €170 which I think is very good value for the result :) would definitely recommend!

I was in Tirana for a night and walked over to Ela’s Salon from my hostel asking if she would be able to fit me in tomorrow morning before I had to be on a bus at 1:00pm. The lovely Ela not only squeezed me into her busy schedule, but she coloured my hair amazingly and all before I had to catch my bus at 1:00pm. The perfect choice if you want to look stunning. The hairdresser was very kind and careful. She had a lot of experience and knew what was the best for my hair. It was a great experience with Ela Beaty Salon , I made an appointment for eyelash extensions and then for hair treatment, first impression it was so nice and friendly, very beautiful lady Tamara was very careful with treatment, every time she were asking about my feelings, maybe I need a water or smoke , or if I’m feeling comfortable, or about temperature in room if it’s not cold for me , she were treating me as a baby , it was really so kind from her side , then I move for a hair treatment, I was doing appointment just for treatment, but when I realized what I really enjoying of staying on this place , I asked Ela for coloring and cut of hair, and for sure I was expecting of answer no , because what I can see she were busy and was so many clients on this moment, but this angel she told me ok , no problem! I had the great opportunity to visit this hair salon and get the hair of my dreams! Ela, the owner, is a really talented and accurate professional who cares a lot about her work. She knew exactly what to do to make my hair feel soft, healthy, and shiny. She used a 95% herbal Keratin treatment for my hair, which regenerates damaged and lifeless hair. Ela explained to me that this treatment regenerates split ends, nourishes and moisturizes the hair, and that the treatment lasts up to three months when using shampoo and conditioner from a professional line or if it not contains parabens and sulfates. I can't wait to get back there! Thanks for the great job you did, Ela!

Ela was amazing from start to finish. We were very assured we had made the right choice as soon as we stepped in. She was very polite, respectful and professional. Her daughters were very accommodating and friendly as well. Safe to say we will be coming here again.

Today I visited ela's beauty salon and honestly I have no words. I simply left myself in their hands and the result was shocking. The makeup artist was just awesome she did a great makeup for the occasion I wanted it and the hairstylist did a hair exactly as I asked. They are excellent professionals and im sure that you will be happy with their result. Visit it and you won't miss it.

I decided to do a updo hair and makeup at Ela Salon for my engagement after reading the reviews and seeing her work on Instagram. What I can confirm is just "wow is this me" my makeup was perfect as I wanted and my wavy hair looked voluminous and shiny. Ela is an absolute ANGEL! And she definitely has the best team on her side. My overall experience was 10/10! I did not have a reservation, and obviously already knew it was a quite famous salon, yet Ela managed to get me in within an hour, and, legit, SAVE my hair! It was very damaged, and she cured it with vegan products, giving it its natural color back, adding a very soft balayage and a glow I haven’t seen in years! And since it was not enough, she also offered me some typical pastries so I could have the full Albanian experience. All of this for the most honest price. It’s been a month and my hair still never looked better. Seriously a FANTASTIC professional and an incredibly better human-being. Ela, my dear, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING! Ela seems like a lovely person. She was kind and welcoming. Based on reviews, she seems to be experienced in hair colour. I personally was not satisfied with the wavy blow dry I asked for. The assistant barely massaged my scalp when washing my hair. My blow dry turned out too messy and fizzy, I ended up putting my hair in a bun.

Very professional hair stylists. A big thank you to Marcela and Ela for my hair. I got an appointment just before the new year. I am happy with my hair and for the price, it is reasonable compared to Sweden. I am happy that I have found this salon in Tirana.

Absolutely fabulous place; my friend and I are Australians that have been on the move for seven months and this place was incredibly accomodating. No troubles communicating and we ended up going three days in a row. Had manicures and pedicures which were great and I had my hair returned to balayage and I think it turned out better than the salons at home. Highly recommend!

The girls were very helpful and always with a kind smile on their faces, which personally makes a place much nicer. the cost seemed pretty good to me, €25 for shampoo, cut and styling. I gave it 4 stars only because I waited a while.
