Wow! I walked in without an appointment and had the best hair cut of my life. All the staff are very friendly and helpful but Volcan is incredibly talented. He did a colour and cut so fast and so expert. I will definitely come back. I am very happy!

I had my eyebrows done twice here while we stayed in Tirana for a few months, and I can honestly say they've never looked better. It was the most thorough, careful, and relaxing experience I've ever had, and I've been getting my brows done in high-end salons in Australia for 10+ years. Despite the owner being lovely and communicative when booking in the cut & color, and the initial result being satisfactory - the “lived-in” result has been disappointing. Within a month, the root pigmentation used totally changed color to a brassy orange, and the only solution suggested was to have it professionally fixed by another hairdresser. For the price (I pay less in Australia for a more comprehensive service), my expectations were higher. At minimum, I’d expect the permanent color I’d booked in for to remain for at least 3/4 months when I’d generally have my next appointment. Disappointing to have to spend more money to resolve an issue I’ve never had with any other hairdresser.
