The front desk staff is very professional and friendly. We met with the doctor, and she spent time listening to our concerns about Covid. She explained and gave us the information regarding our concerns in plain and simple English. We felt very comfortable talking with her. This is an excellent urgent care facility.

Your staff was professional yet friendly. I'm a retired nurse and I felt we were in good hands. My husband and I had made an appointment on line for the Covid-19 antigen test with follow up documentation. We needed a written record of the results to present to the cruise line because we were leaving for vacation in two days. Turned out negative and we had a wonderful vacation! I am so glad this place opened so close by. The Doctors and staff have always been friendly and caring. Even through the insane amount of COVID testing they were doing over the past 2 years, they have continually maintained their sense of humanity and endless professionalism. The facility is spotless and the wait is never too long. I highly recommend AFC Urgent care.

Honestly every single time I go to this place the front desk lady’s are absolutely rude. I went in thinking I had strep throat and the doctor saw me for all of two minutes. Then they didn’t call me with the results I had to call them at 4pm when my appointment was 11am. And it was a rapid test. Then I asked about what medication he ordered me and the lady that answered the phone which I’m almost sure she’s not a nurse got an attitude with me while I’m asking questions. Honestly I rather travel a few more miles and go else where.

You guys were amazing and I extremely efficient. Paul was great with my initial assessment. Attila the receptionist was very professional and helpful. My nurse practitioner whose name I can't recall was absolutely on point with everything. As a nurse for over 19 years she showed amazing knowledge and proficiency. I was thoroughly impressed with her and she provided exceptional care. Very informative too.

The young lady at the front desk was super kind...the nurse who took my vitals was great...and doctor was awesome...thank you everyone for your kindness. I feel so much better....and place was super clean.

I had gone to this urgent care because I had multiple symptoms of the flu. I was tested for strep and the rapid COVID and pcr test. They both came back negative. I had asked one of the drs there if I could get the flu test done because I was experiencing symptoms of the flu but according to the doctor I wasn’t. She had said that I didn’t have the flu. So I left the urgent care and I had gone to another one because I really wasn’t feeling well at all. The second urgent care I had gone to had no problem at all testing me for the flu and it turned out that I was positive. I would not recommend this urgent care what so ever. It’s not letting me give them 0 stars so I have one but I wouldn’t have even given that.

I would recommend this urgent care. The woman who checked us in was friendly, as was the medical assistant and nurse practitioner. Felt she was thorough while examining my daughter. Didn't have to wait too long either- always a plus.

Facility was clean. Wait time was less then at our PCP! Friendly staff. Doctor was kind and efficient at caring for an infection on finger. We will definitely go back should we need urgent care again.

Check in was simple enough. Not crazy about them wanting pics of my DL. Assistant was polite but didn't mention my vitals after she took them. Doc was courteous but I didn't feel he checked me thoroughly. Asked me a couple questions then wrote some scripts. One was for cough medicine a n d dosage was in metric. If you are going to name yourself American Family Care kindly use standard American measure or at least ask if patient wants metric. I wondered why the pharmacy asked if I wanted a spoon. Disappointed 😞

I was feeling very ill and didn't want to deal with checking in online or even speaking to anyone. I was VERY pleased to find that online check-in was so easy but I did something wrong so someone called me immediately and it was corrected! There was no wait time and my medical issues were diagnosed and I was prescribed medication and on my way in no time at all. I highly recommend AFC!!! Everyone was very professional and friendly!!! It was a wonderful experience!!!

Whenever I can’t get to my Doctors. Without hesitation this is the place to go. The only urgent care I’ll visit when sick. Always treated with respect and even when I am feeling the sickest I still leave with a smile and a good laugh.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The provider was great, she seemed to really care and show concern...nit like most providers that don't listen to you, barely look at you and assume they know the answer. She took her time and obviously was debating on the best course of action and it was refreshing

Horrible experience just now. Have been bed ridden for 5 days with fever, nausea, diarrhea, achy muscles and other flu like symptoms. Starting to feel better except the shortness of breath and difficulty breathing hasn't subsided. My lungs feel bruised and I am wheezing. I did 2 at home covid tests this week, and both showed negative. Came here specifically for a chest x-ray to make sure I don't have a touch of pneumonia again, cuz I've had double pneumonia at one time. I'm prone to.them. Doctor Saleemi refused to order chest x-ray. Insisted I have no wheezing and my lungs sound clear. Even before I ever got stricken for these past five days with a horrible cough and flu, I have always been told by doctors that I have at least a slight wheeze, from asthma, yet this doctor is insisting that I have absolutely no wheeze even though I definitely can even hear it myself just sitting there in the silent waiting room. He tells me to now leave this facility and go to emergency room for further testing because he thinks I may be having a heart attack or on the verge of one. Completely ignoring the whole context of what brought me into AFC urgent care: I had flu like illness with respiratory issue for past 5 days....but let's ignore that and refuse to check my lungs thoroughly for bronchitis or pneumonia???? He made me sign a letter stating I am irefusing medical advice to go to hospital to have my heart further checked, like I'm at a rehab going AMA or something, and refusing medical treatment. I wanted to be treated, but with a simple x-ray to ease my mind that I didn't have water in the lungs.Doctor acted like I was faking my "wheezing" sounds while I was breathing!!! Horrible experience. I don't think I will ever be coming back. I requested a RSV test and flu test, right before he walked out, to see if at least this is what I suffered from for the past 6 days.if either of those come back positive,will I get an apology from this novice doctor Saleemi who is trying to take all my symptoms out of the context of flu or RSV related??? He is saying my chest pains are from a heart attack???? My lungs heart, not my heart! And when the test comes back positive for flu or RSV, I still will not know if it grew to a touch of pneumonia because the doctor knows best and refused me an X-ray even though my insurance said they would cover it if I came here. Ridiculous

Everyone is always so friendly and fantastic with myself and my daughter. This has become the only urgent care I will use. They get you in super quick too. I’ve never had to wait long at all. 10/10 recommend to anyone who needs an urgent care!

Easily the best urgent care I’ve ever been to, that goes for some primary care offices as well, (this is coming from someone who has worked in an ER for years). Dr Saleemi was great, and unfortunately I do not know the name of the lady in reception or the man who was the medical assistant, but they were both professional, kind, and helpful!

AFC is excellent. If you want the best in urgent care then you have found it here. The girls upfront and the nurse and doctor you get treated with the best care. Fast and accurate care they explain everything to you. I couldn't ask for a better experience and I have and will continue to refer my friends and family to AFC.

I like it better than going to my own doctor. I find them very thorough and the customer service/ care is very good. Very professional . Keep up the great work!!

My care was awesome, but having Covid and I understand there is paperwork that needed to be done, it was way to repetitive, most pages asked the same questions numerous amount of times!

I really liked the female doctor that was helping me out. The Doctor was friendly, quick, and efficient! I had such a great experience at this facility and would definitely recommend it to others!

A little slow when it comes to take a COVID test. I was in my car for over an hour for my scheduled appointment, which took two seconds, it wasn’t long at all. The staff was extremely friendly and polite, and everyone has masks on and social distanced. I felt safe in the office and not like I was going to get COVID from being there. I don’t like the concept of “if COVID positive you will get a call, if negative you will not” I would like at least an email saying I’m negative. Overall- clean, friendly, but just a tad slow when it comes to bringing patients in. I recommend going to this urgent care if in the area.

Was told I owed various different copays there, even in the same visit, come to find out none were correct -safe to say the front desk is seriously lacking. However, the people behind the scenes (DRs, CMAs, techs, etc.) were always personable, knowledgeable and efficient. Please find front employees with personalities that better fit the industry. A little kindness goes a long way when people are not feeling their best.

The wait was fairly short. Place was clean. Front desk staff was polite. Dr was very nice. Quick but thorough. I called them after I left to resend my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. They did it promptly. Very Helpful. Very impressive

The staff were very friendly and courteous. I only had to wait 5 minutes to be seen. The doctor was great. He gave me several options for my problem and stitched my cut perfectly. Over all a very good experience.

I don't want to demean an entire company, maybe this was just a case of one person, or one center and I see some very good reviews here, but my sister-in-law had a incessant horrible cough and headache for a week. She went to the Lakewood office where she wasn't seen by a doctor in the Lakewood office but by a NP instead. Don't get me wrong, Nurse Practioners can be very good. Anyhow, a day later, she had to go to the hospital and her O2 level was 83%. The Urgent Care center never picked up on the fact it was bronchitis, and according to her, just gave her a rapid covid test instead of the more accurate PCR test , an anti-biotic, and sent her home. Jersey Shore Medical Center was more thorough, caring, gave her 4 different medications including an inhaler and told her to come back in 2 days as bronchitis can go into pneumonia. She an elderly widow and deserving of better care than she got from this Urgent Care center.

Office is very clean and spacious. Nurse practitioner and doctors have all been fantastic helpful, supportive kind and caring. Front desk is smooth and quick checkin. For all of the above reasons they go above and beyond. I received a phone call check on me after my appointment and they have also been receptive over the phone. This will be my go-to urgent care and I recommend to all! I also want to note that each time I’ve been here there was very little wait.
