No respect for patients. Apparently the doctors time is the only time of any value. You can sit in the waiting room all day because you're time means nothing. Sorry but my time is equally as valuable. If you will only give me a 10 or 15 minute window to be late for my appointment, I will extend that same courtesy to you. Also I agree with some of the other comments, receptionists aren't great.

Been a patient here for years. See the Dr once a year for medication reviews. Last year was virtual due to covid. I ran out of my prescription that PREVENTS gastritis. I called and I’m very rudely told I have to be seen. Sure no problem. I set the appointment. I’m then very rudely told because I haven’t been seen in two years they wont refill the prescription until my appointment which is over a week away. I told them I want to speak to the dr. Again VERY RUDE STAFF told me she would give him the message. They called back saying the script was called in. 5 days later, NO SCRIPT. On hold for 14 minutes and NO ANSWER in the office. The dr was always very nice but I’m done being treated like garbage by the staff.

The office staff are very unprofessional. I have never dealt with any healthcare professionals this rude. They aren’t even sure about insurance information. They just take guesses to try and shut you up. They are ridiculous. I would never recommend anyone to go here. Everyone doesn’t deserve a job in the healthcare field.

I always feel at ease with Dr.Collier. She is always informative and listens to my concerns. Her staff is amazing, especially Melissa helping me get approved for a CT. Scan. I'm so grateful for everyone there.

I had an upper endoscopy procedure done here. Two times in a row the doctor's office had scheduled a Telehealth appointment with me and two times in a row the doctor did not "follow through" with the follow up appointment because "something came up." I had to take 2 days in a off from work and the services were never tendered and I had paid an insurance fee and I never got the money back. With all of the gastro medical practices around take your business elsewhere.

I'm quite confused by some of the disparaging reviews regarding this practice. I have been a patient here for the past few years now, and have always been treated with kindness, and respect from both the office staff, and Dr. Glazier. In fact, back in 2019 Dr. Glazier saved my sanity! After two years of madness with an undiagnosed stomach issue, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Glazier. Only minutes into the consultation he believed he knew exactly what the problem was. Following all necessary testing, test results confirmed what he had originally suspected. For that alone, I will be forever grateful! I feel blessed that Dr. Glazier is my Gastroenterologist. My only disappointment is that he doesn't double as a primary care doctor.

The staff is nice enough. They have returned calls etc and are friendly. With that being said, this doctor is the same as the last one I went to. They always order a bunch of tests that they make everyone do to tell you “they’re normal” I am still having issues after multiple tests and another endoscopy and I don’t know what to do anymore. “Lose weight” is not the solution to every single problem.

Dr. Menadier is very personable. She was thorough & on top of getting to the bottom of my issues.

Dr. Theresa Menadier and the whole staff at Allied are the best. My wait time was fast before I was called in. I didn't even have a chance to fill out all the paperwork. Dr. Menadier came in quickly. She was very professional yet down to earth. I really am glad I went.

I have nothing but good things to say about my provider and the staff. If I require other similar services I will be happy to come back to this group and this facility.

Dr. Glazer was the nicest gastro I had up to then. He never tried to shame me for having Hep C. He spent time explaining things to me and was the first doctor to offer Zofran for nausea. My aunt who took me to the office was impressed that he walked out to the waiting room and introduced himself to her. He seemed to be genuinely sorry that he couldn't offer me the new meds at that time and explained that ribavirin would be too dangerous for me.

Wonderful experience with Dr. Glazier and his staff. He was extremely helpful and kind. I appreciated the time he took to explain my conditions as well as treatment options. I’m glad I chose Gastroenterologist of Ocean County and highly recommend them to anyone.

I have struggled with G.I. issues for a long time and saw many doctors with no answers. Dr. Glazier took the time to listen I have some answers and expect more after more testing.

Wonderful, caring staff, Dr. B. very kind, thoughtful, took all his time, explained procedure to me, answered my questions, I did not feel rushed, highly recommend to everyone who needs this procedure.

This is one of the best practices I've ever been to. The staff is well trained and respectful which reflects credit upon all the doctors of the practice. Dr. Glazier is one of the best, kind, prompt, and courteous doctors I have ever had the pleasure of being treated by. His knowledge and skill sets gave me my life back - I am a disabled combat veteran. Veteran or not, I highly encourage visiting this practice if you're experiencing GI issues, and if available, go with Dr. Glazier. Don't listen to bad reviews, they must've had a bad day.

I am very upset with this practice! I started my prep today for my colonoscopy tomorrow only to get a call canceling my procedure. Now I have to wait two months for an appointment and go through this horrible prep a second time. I find this very unprofessional.
