The overall quality of this medical is average. Pathology service is good but their Indoor service is not good that I expected. Nurses are not expert as should be. Authority should be concerned about it. Office assistance are asking for Tips. This is very embarrassing. But dental services is much better than others facilities. So that I am giving rating 2 out of 5.

Environment is the main things for patients improvements, the place of the Hospital very good to improve the patient health and minds. And the hospital has been certified by ISO for their quality services.

Good facilities it has. ICU & others services are available here.They give emergency service also.They have specialist for almost every section. But their staff are not well educated in hospital management or services.. I prefer if they see this section then it will be the best hospital in Tongi residents

Average facilities. Giving discounts to the patients having special family card on different check-ups. Receptionists are well behaved. Neat and clean ☺️ Well spacious building. Good communication system. But- *Doctors are not usually punctual.🙏🙏🙏 *Female staffs are not well behaved.😡😡🤬 *No precautions are taken now against spread of Corona. I mean no actual sign of Corona protection upto 23rd of September 2021.👎👎 *Patients waiting room is the worst of all. No Corona precaution, broken chairs. Unrranged sitting facilities.🙄🙄🙄 *Partiality can be seen in some cases. Specially for appointments and maintaining of serial.👎👎👎

Corona test was good! In 1 Day. But when it comes to the Ultra they are so slow in it. They can't even take the pressure of patients. Waited for Four hours. Worst service.
