My boyfriend was trying to buy compressed air and was told by the sales associate to try a battery powered air duster. The sales associate said he could return it if he didn’t like it so he went ahead with the purchase. $67 with taxes for this. He goes to return it like 2 days later and was told by the customer service representative it was not refundable and there was nothing that could be done. There is nothing on the receipt that says final sale. Absolutely money sucking disgusting sales practices from this store. Terrible customer service and practically stole our money from us in this situation. Will never purchase from a Canada Computers again. Strongly advise you avoid these scammers.

Great prices, good selection but terrible customer service. It's one thing this location specifically has trouble with. I don't want somebody following me around the store, asking if I need help or anything. That's not why I'm there. I'll look for things and if I want something I'll go to the counter and ask. But each and every time I do, I have to wait about five minutes for somebody to come out of the back or somebody to see me standing there before they come over to see what I want. It's annoying as hell. And today the cashier that finally helped me actually acted put out because of it. Now maybe she felt somebody should have been there to help me. Or maybe she just didn't want to deal with anybody. I don't know. The only reason I went there is because the deal I wanted to get on Amazon wasn't there anymore. Seriously. This isn't the first time this has happened. Keep it up and I'll just go order online from Amazon, Newegg or that new place that opened up not to far from you. Memory Direct I think it's called? Maybe those guys want my money instead.

I am international customer and Josef A helped me so well, very knowledgable gave me many options and taught me and was very honest. I very much recommend anyone who comes here to this location to speak to Josef A. He definitely proves himself with customer service, caring about the customer and integrity and honesty. Definitely will come back to this location. Thank you Josef! I hope you see this. Very smart for a young man.

My first time at this location and I definitely wasn't expecting it to feel so run down. Considering it's right across the street from Sherway Gardens, I thought I would be shipping at a flagship store that has all the bells and whistles. Instead, I got a place that doesn't know what to do with all the square footage they have. The whole back area is just open storage. There's way too much open space on shelves and there are too many empty end caps/displayers. In addition, since they have so much space, they should put more items on display so customers can actually see and touch things. For example, I am in the market for a new build and am undecided on the case. I would have loved to see each case on display. They definitely have the room to do this. As contrast, the Markham location feels much more put together than this location. The Barrie location, which is much smaller might I add, has a bunch of awesome computer stations set up with Logitech steering wheels so you can test out car games + everything is for sale at these stations. Keyboards, monitors, mouse, etc. I get to test certain items before buying. I just love it. I just feel like the Sherway location can use a face-lift and make better use of their space.

Limited stock nowadays due to forest fire. Customer service is great. Canada Computers is a Canadian retail chain that specializes in computer hardware, software, and consumer electronics. They offer a wide range of products, including desktop and laptop computers, computer components, peripherals, gaming accessories, and more. Canada Computers has multiple locations across Canada, and they also operate an online store where customers can browse and purchase items. Is there anything specific you would like to know or discuss about Canada Computers?

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received from the team at the Etobicoke location. As I was considering upgrading my nephew's computer setup, I had a lot of questions and wasn't sure where to start. I had contacted the Hamilton location a few times, but they only directed me to purchase the Armory brand, which was fine. Still, I didn't know Canada Computers offered custom computer solutions and builds. That's why I was pleasantly surprised when I called the Etobicoke location and was immediately greeted with professionalism by Lana, one of the sales reps. She provided an excellent build for my nephew's computer and worked late into the night to email me the details. The following day, I visited the store and had the pleasure of working with Lisa, the supervisor, who helped me fine-tune the build to meet my specific needs and wants. We spent hours finding the right components and ensuring everything worked together seamlessly. I was even luckier that a 4090 GPU became available from a cancelled order, and Lisa helped me secure it for the build. I am incredibly grateful for Lisa's hard work and expertise, and I highly recommend her and the Canada Computers in Etobicoke team for all your computer needs. The customer service I received was exceptional, and I will definitely be returning to the Etobicoke location for all my future computer needs. Thank you again for your outstanding service.

Very poor experience as a customer at this location. I went to this store to have my desktop repaired, as there was a cpu issue that needed fixing. After the repairs were finished, I picked up my desktop and was shocked to find scratches on the side of it which were not present when initially dropped off. I inquired about the scratches with the manager, Steven, who denied that they were responsible for them, despite showing pictures of my computer in perfect condition before I dropped it off. As a customer of Canada computers I felt the treatment I was given by the manager was very disrespectful, and I was quite disappointed in the lack of accountability, professionalism, and poor customer service displayed by the manager Steven.

A criminal organization masquerading as an actual company. I bought a monitor from them - without prompting the salesman told me that if I had any problems I could return it no problems. Well I had a problem - it didn't work new out of the box. I went back to the store expecting them to swap it out and was told that they would not accept it and that somehow without even opening the box or powering it up they asserted that I had somehow broken it. I was dumbstruck and asked to talk to the manager - manager Steve is a piece of work and I can only think he is employed because he is a son in law. When I stood my ground that under Canadian commercial law he is obliged to give me a functional monitor he claimed that I lied about which sales person sold me the monitor even though it was on the receipt - and I have no idea why this was important - threatened to call the police and had his workers try to intimidate me. Long story short I took it to Samsung who replaced it without bother. I don't think this is the first time they have done this - It was well rehearsed. I prefer to support Canadian businesses but my money is going to Best Buy.

Staff are there but only to pull things out of the shelf, any questions about deals etc I was always told to check the website. I was told that a product could only be returned within 48 hours if it had issues any issues, whereas on the "website" it clearly states 15 days return policy and 30 days defective exchange policy.

I have been at many Canadá computers but nothing like this, the person in the entrance was rude, instead of having proper manners she yells and command you. Zero customer service. After finalizing the purchase the cashier push the box to my wife who is 9 month pregnant expecting her to lift it, then proceed to dropped in his side because I was looking to maybe buy a laptop , which clearly I was discouraged to do due the poor costumer service. It is really sad because only 2 of them were nice and helpful, you should not have people working there when they don’t want to be there.

I recently needed some expertise to resolve a dead PC, and Peter in the Service area went above and beyond in assisting me in resolving the issue. I have been building my own PC for decades, but recently had a hardware issue that caused my PC to not boot. After a few days of trouble shooting, Google searching, calling hardware company's tech support, I gave up and took the box into Canada Computers Etobicoke. Peter provided top notch support, and quickly determined the issue - bad CPU. Tremendous support and great attitude, I highly recommend them for any issue you need fixed.

Had a great experience today at Canada Computers with Clifton. He was very friendly and professional and he took his time with me and spent almost an hour answering all my questions and helping with ideas and suggestions related to gaming PCs and parts/components. Not pushy at all, very calm and laid back individual. Great customer service from him. Robert was also very friendly and professional and helped answer some questions. A+ service.

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and upfront. Decent selection at fair prices. The staff were a little pushy on the newer and highest end hardware but once I made clear what I wanted the staff were a great help.

Went to nearby major retailers from Walmart, best buy and then Staples all way over priced. Drove away from Staples about to leave until a saw a huge sign before exiting and was amazed how I forgot about this place and found the product I wanted for so much cheaper!!! Asked about open box price difference but since I didn't purchase an expensive product I took brand new sealed product instead... Will definitely remember to come here before the bigger retailer stores... you saved my Sunday shopping looking around for this. (Gave 4 star as a couple of employees did not assist me by walking past and had to google the product and text a friend)

I am a fan of Canada computers but this location is good but far below the other locations in terms of looks. Eco the other reviews as it feels run down. I’ve seen a slow improvement over my visits. But this said the staff is a friendly as ever very good at what they do. They have the knowledge you come to expect from a Canada computers store.

Originally my experience was very frustrating. I purchased $400 gaming chair. When leaving the store with a huge box the sales guy next to me didn't even offer to open the door. I ended up getting pretty deep cut from the door and left with a sour taste in my mouth. Fast forward to the next day I called and spoke with the manager his name is Shane. He immediately apologized for my experience the other day and did his best to rectify the situation. Unfortunately the chair I bought the day before had issues with the casters so he let me exchange it without any issues. Overall, I highly recommend this store.

When requested for assistance, most employees are very helpful. This time, I bought a laptop that was on display because the one I wanted was sold out. Due to it being an open box, I receive $50 off if I purchase the identical laptop from their website with the same specifications and model number. After spending an hour with the staff and manager explaining that the laptop I'm purchasing is also open box, they still refused to give me the discount. The excuse given was that since we haven't given the item a refund, the system doesn't recognise it as an open box. I politely asked for an exception, but no solutions were offered, making the whole experience very disappointing. I did end up buying the laptop I just don't understand the logic and no one would justify it. Other than that they got 4 stars for service.

I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to Lisa for helping me out today. My work computer crashed and I had to go in to get a new one right away. She made a stressful situation much easier for me and I'm so relieved and happy with my new purchase. Thank you Lisa for being so kind and helpful!

The cashiers could be a little more friendlier. The self check out is great. But God forbid you need help with it. the helper would give a look that would embrace the heck out if you

I've had nothing but good experiences here. Built my first PC, and got the upgrades done. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful, and give really good advice. Would highly recommend!

The store is conveniently located. It's actually easier for me to go from Queen & Roncesvalles in Toronto out to my favourite Canada Computers in Etobicoke than to go to the downtown store. There's lots of parking. When I go into the store, there's always an employee within 20 feet of the entrance who can either directly show me where the product I'm looking for is, or collar someone else to guide me. If I spot something on their web site and it says the product is there, IT IS THERE. The staff are always courteous and knowledgeable - so knowledgeable it's scary! In one recent visit where I was buying all the components for a custom build, I entered the store with my shopping list and ten minutes later was standing at the cashier with all I needed. It was impressive how quickly they helped me pull the order together. Oh, did I mention their great prices too?

Cool place with knowledgeable staff, good selection of computers, electronics and accessories. Decent prices too. I recently had my old computer bite the dust after 10 yrs and they gave me good advice and set me up with a suitable replacement. At a very reasonable cost the service guy also transferred the hard drive and cd drive from my old computer and tested everything. Good experiences, highly recommended.

I just visited the store, and I heard they had an amazing service department. My 8 year old Dell Laptop was not working. I spoke to Michael the repair technician, and he knew exactly what the problem was within minutes. Omg I was so happy, I didn't have to replace my old computer. He was honest, kind and knowledgeable. He provided excellent advice as to where I could purchase my battery, and gave me the model #, and specifics, as to how to replace it. My Husband shops at that store regularly, because of the yeoman service. I bought a printer from them last year, and I love it. Thankyou for hiring Michael, and I will tell others of my great experience, Annie.

Great store and really helpful staff. Kevin assisted me last time I was there. He was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I went in not really understanding what PC best suited my needs and he patiently walked me through everything. Will definitely be back when I have more questions or need anything else for my computer.

Great Service, I really appreciate that they are offering 48 hours conceal damage returns during the holiday season. Its very simple, 15 days full money back (in good resalable conditions) , 30 days defective return but it doesn't cover physical damage (you know, the usual store policy, since a physically damaged screen is not considered a defect lol) Really simple and straightforward, love this store

Today I walked into Canada computers looking for a pre-built desktop gaming PC. Instead I walked out with an amazing custom build with the extremely helpful customer service of Robert Chilvers. I have been to other Canada computers that didn’t offer even a fraction of this quality of customer service. Great location with great employees. Canada computer Etobicoke will always be my first choice
