I came to Elevate referred by a friend, and honestly is the best advise ever. I have been in wit Vahn twice, and started feeling better since day 1. He has a healing hands. I recommend this Clinic 100%, the environment is awesome and the staff is pretty attentive and friendly. Ish Joseph is an amazing therapist. He has the knowledge, experience and drive to provide you with the care you need. The treatment is very relaxing yet intense enough treat you as needed, to help heal current and old muscle issues you may have. I have a lot of neck and back issues, so I am thankful the treatment has helped me in feeling more comfortable all around and less likely to have an emergency issue as well. Thank you Ish for the treatments and I look forward to continuing this journey together.

I’ve come here an handful of times and I really like the motto of this clinic. Every therapist focuses on building strength, so you don’t get reinjured or feel pain a few days after the treatment. I’ve been treated by Jeff and Vanh, and they’re both fantastic. I also love that you could readily book appointments without having to wait weeks. One recommendation I have is for them to have an online booking system so I can book directly and quickly.

I found Elevate via a Google maps search. The reviews seemed good and so my husband and I both came in for massage appointments. The facilities were clean and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I requested a female therapist and got Sam, who was fantastic! She got into my muscles and joints that were tight and loosened them up. We talked about some stretches I could do at home for those muscles. She also gave me an awesome scalp massage! If you're thinking about booking an appointment, I definitely recommend Elevate Health!

This is absolutely my favourite massage place ever. I've been coming here for almost a year, initially due to the body pain from long hours as a nurse. Vahn has been able to make all my pain disappear; he's also very informative, supportive, and hilarious. Mo is very helpful and supportive as well. The entire staff is amazing. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone - 15/10.

I had my right shoulder and neck pain for several weeks due to my extreme (and unprepared) exercise routine. I could not sleep because of a pain and had to take Advil before going to bed. Last Thursday I made an appointment with Vahn to try finding and fixing my problem. Vahn worked on me really hard, doing deep tissue massage in order to break scar tissue that I had in my muscles. After the massage pain lasted for a day or so, and on Saturday it subsided completely. I can sleep without taking Advil, I can lie on either side, and I do not have to adjust my posture to avoid pain. My shoulder and neck are still tender, but not painful anymore. Great job Vahn! I really recommend him to anyone. He is knowledgeable, very polite, and caring person! Thank you again!

This clinic is fantastic. I've been to many physiotherapists to treat my shoulder pain and none of them weren't helpful. I came to Elevate to see Vahn for some sessions and I was extremely satisfied with the result he delivered. Amazing staff, welcoming environment, and great energy.

To say that this place is amazing is an understatement. I have only had two sessions with Vahn for my plantar fasciitis and the results are undeniable. On my first visit I struggled going up the stairs to the massage room, And to my amazement after the first session my feet felt so much lighter and the stairs weren't an issue at all. I felt instantaneous relief. Vahn has thorough knowledge on what he does and a definite professional. He listened to the nature of my injury and work on it right away.
