Came here for a Groupon I purchased. I tried calling 10 times in the week to try to make reservations, but no one would pick up. Upon arrival the I suppose manager informed me to have left a message, fair I suppose they turn off the ring on their phone to keep the restaurant quiet. The service was great, our server was very polite and knew the dishes very well and answered all questions, as well as keeping tabs on us There was sooo much food. With the Groupon for 4 we got 3 salads 1 soup, 2 antipasti, 4 filling entrees, and barely had enough room for dessert, the complimentary bread was delicious as well as the olive spread it came with. The food was cooked well, and everything was delicious. It kind of sucks for the location they have, I’ve traveled to Queensway many times but have never seen this place. But it’s definitely worth the Groupon.

Absolutely loved everything here. Started with a caesar salad (not pictured) which was good. The plate was warm, wilting the romaine a little, but the flavour was good. Croutons and real bacon were a plus! Next we had calamari, which was half fried and half grilled. Loved tasting both, next time i would do all fried. It was exceptional, not at all chewy, fried to perfection - golden color. The grilled was a bit more chewy, but still very good. Our mains were linguine pescatore- which she loved. Mine was grilled shrimp, also loved. Presentation was great, and tasted just as good as it looked. The star was dessert. Mine was pavlova, hers cheese cake. The pavliva melted in my mouth, the cheesecake was creamy and full of flavor. I will be going back, soon!!

I got the seabass, which tasted good but I wish it came deboned, as some other reviewers' had. Two of my family members got the filetto, which was not well seasoned and too tough to be a filet mignon, as some other reviewers had noted. They both thought that Chuck's Roadhouse steaks were better. It seems that this place gets a lot of its customers from Groupon, and at Groupon prices it is cutting corners in order to not lose too much profit. A regular priced filet mignon from another fine dining place we ate at the following week was incomparably better. We all found the salads to be very fresh and delicious (mine was the mista). The desserts were tasty and good quality. Not the best I've had at an Italian restaurant, but above average. The 4.6-star average rating for this place mostly likely comes from Groupon customers who don't know what true Italian fine dining is. A 4.4-star restaurant close to Square One is far better.

The service was amazing! The food was just marvellous. Would recommend this place to everyone. But i really want to point out that the service in this place is out of this world! Never been treated so well in a restaurant.

We had an amazing meal from a deal on Groupon and was very impressed with the service and the food. Everything was top notch. I had one gripe and that was it seemed to be almost impossible to get anyone on the phone when we would call for a reservation. Now I still think it's five stars because of everything else but still irritating to be playing phone tag. Don't hold it against Luci though because everything else was flawless!

Excellent service and good food. The servers were very accommodating and the food was perfect! Great place for date night.

I chose Luci for a special dinner (this was before covid!) with a friend after getting great reviews from my family members. Although the menu has quite pricey items, the staff were very friendly, warm and caring. They kept coming by to ask if everything is good. The ambiance of the restaurant is very relaxing and it is the perfect place for a special occasion or a romantic night out. I ordered shrimp as my main course as recommended by the waiter. It was tasty and cooked to perfection. My favorite dish was dessert which was a white chocolate cheesecake. When making my reservation I had mentioned the occasion and to my surprise, the waiter came forward with a candle on the cheesecake (which I was not expecting). Bonus points to the restaurant for that simple gesture. I found parking quite a hassle but I would come back to Luci nevertheless as I loved everything from the ambiance to the food quality to the service.

Amazing meal at Lucis!! The service was impeccable and every course was amazing. I recommend the steak which was cooked to perfection and the Creme Brule was sublime. The staff were very friendly and I would definitely come back again. Thank you for an amazing evening!!

I had a wonderful time at Luci's, it is a nice, quiet, elegant restaurant with exceptional service and staff. The food was delicious as we started off with grilled and fried calamari and cesar salads. We then moved on to freshly made in house pasta with braised lamb and a 8 oz filet mignon that was cooked to perfection. The wine which I chose a cabernet merlot was perfectly paired with the steak. The dessert was phenomenal as well where we had really good in house cheesecake and soft creamy tiramisu. This is a great Italian restaurant and it shows how much they care with an exceptional waiter and a person filling up my water through every dish. Will definitley come back and bring friends.

Went for a birthday party. Private room and set menu. Everything was fantastic. Food was very good and the service was spot on. We left there feeling really good. Portions were adequate. Hate leaving a resturant feeling full... like you have to eat everything on your plate like extra veggies... Tasty deserts. Great place

We went for dinner and did the Groupon deal. 4 course prefix meal. This came with 2 salads or soups, 1 antipasti, 2 entrees and 2 desserts. Going to start with mentioning the amazing service and staff. So attentive Glass was never empty and table was always cleared. For food...First of all their home made complimentary bread was just so good that it was bad. Only because you could get full off the delicious bread on its own lol. Classic cesar salad hit all elements for an authentic italian cesar salad. Home made dressing mixed in but also on the side i guess for those who like a little more. The calamari was perfection as a calamari lover, giving you both grilled and fried! Usually have to choose one or the other. My entree was Pappardelle in a braised beef short rib Ragu. So heavy but thats the difference with in house made pasta. The beef was so flavorful. My husband had the striploin and my fork found its way to his plate a few times. We finished off with a cheesecake and a chocolate truffle cake. Very rich but you can also taste that it was just made today. Definitely will go back to try more dishes!

My husband and I have been here at least a dozen times now. Everything from food, service and ambiance remains the same, top notch. We now tried everything on their menu, you can't go wrong with any of the selections. We'll be back again 😊
