The workers are extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. During Holidays they closed early, I understand that but at least they should have put a barrier or close sign in the drive through lane so people know they are closed. There was a big line up of cars unaware of the situation. I waited almost 15 min and then waited in front of the order boot for another 5 min. No one said they were closed. I went to the window, and I saw workers still there but didn't even open the window so that I could tell them to put a sign outside. They were very rude and unprofessional. The management team needs to retrain their crew or they will be famous as the worst Tim Hortons branch in the town. They employees need to learn customer service skill. I know they are just workers and work for the paycheque but they have know their responsibilities and respect customers. They had no manners at all. I will never go to this Tim Hortons again in my life.

I am giving this 1 star only due to one employee. In morning when i came to order my stuff i saw this lady may be she was supervisor or manager, she said her name was Panja (something like that). She didnt punched my order correctly. I asked for large coffee 2 milk 1 sweetener but all i saw on the screen was large coffee along with food. When I came to collect my stuff she asked me to say my entire order again. And mistreated her colleagues to make the order when it was her who didnt punched my order. This type of negative act is really diminishing the repo of my fav store. I request the owner to take charge of this incident. Regards

Careless staff whi doesn't care about customers. My dozen donuts had maple and chocolate cream donuts upside down - total waste as all the cream got stuck to the bottom in he box. Incompetent useless staff.

If you wanna drink cold steep tea’s , go to this place . Never serve hot beverages good.

I go to this store regularly, the manager (I think) Yaso is exquisite in customer service! Such a polite smile and kind welcoming presence. They remember my order and recognize my voice because I’m a regular and I appreciate that.

I am in Canada for 5 years I know price changing every time that's okay but only this time Hortons charge me for ranch sauce for my bagel I was in Barrie owrnsound Windsor London Toronto no other time Hortons charges me for that it's just this time Hortons wrong or all other time Hortons are wrong I am not fighting for 10 cents but I thought all tims are same

The coffee never tasts the same at times Hortons. I guess you pay for what you get.
