Hello, I just wanted to offer some feedback to one of your employees. We’re excited to try your cafe for the first time. We ask her for ideas on which of your menu cafes to try because it’s our first time there, but her attitude ruined our evening. She is quite unpleasant, giving us the side-eye while telling us to look at the menu on our own. She doesn’t even smile and is not cordial. Although I recognise that we are not Korean customers, the manner she handled us is really concerning. If she didn’t enjoy her job, she ought to have left. She could ruin your cafe’s reputation as a whole.

My wife and I ordered the Nutella Marshmellow Brick Toast and Strawberry Waffle Sandwich, it was delicious. Decor is a bit dated and needs some tender, love and care. Service is where I docked 2 stars... servers seem disinterested when serving guests and are not very accommodating when asking for dessert recommendations.

Nice service. Such a good place to go in the hot summer. Beautiful decorations inside. And the Injeomi binsu tastes really good, love the ice cream on top. The croffle tastes great too. Really nice service, will definitely return for another binsu. Their patio is open btw.

Cafe Princess gives a cozy vibe with their big comfy couches and photo op setup. It’s a really casual place, great for a hangout spot. Staff are really friendly and service is quick. We ordered a strawberry and cream cheese croffle, tiramisu croffle, Oreo and strawberry frappe, and blue raspberry ade. The croffles are really savory and crispy with generous amount of topping. The ade was alright. Overall a really chill experience. Would come again!

very cute dessert cafe! We ordered the green tea bingsoo and it came with green tea ice cream, condensed milk and corn flakes. I've never had bingsoo with cereal before so it a unique experience! Could use more condensed milk and it was just ice at the end

It’s a nice and calm place to visit with your friends and family. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We ordered princess waffle and strawberry ice cream and trust me it was very much delicious. My friends ordered coffee and tiramisu which will not disappoint you.

Great interior and place to hangout or do some work. Came on a weekday afternoon and it was not that busy. The place is located on the second floor. Had a latte and it tasted okay! Service was really great and prices are pretty average for a coffee shop. Would probably come back to try out the other things on the menu!

Great cozy South Korean coffee house. Great location. Good prices. Great coffee and snack. A calm, comfortable place to meet with friends, read a book, or watch something. I asked for loose leaf tea, it came in a large pot. Tasted great. Also had a Latte, which tasted good, but was not hot enough! Totally recommend this place.

Love this place, very relaxing atmosphere and a great place to go if you want to chat with a friend and hang out for a few hours. The prices are a little high but it makes sense considering most people will only order 1-2 items and spend multiple hours hanging out. The colourful couches and mismatched tables emphasize comfort over style, which is very unique for the neighbourhood which has many other very “modern” decorated restaurants and cafes that end up very cold and uninviting in atmosphere. It just makes Cafe princess all the more inviting! Wish there were more spots like this I always pop in whenever I’m in the neighbourhood and need to sit down with tea or a treat and just enjoy the company of a friend.

It was my first time going here to study with my friend and the people were so kind and the place was really nice! They let you choose where to sit, and of course we had to sit on the couches! Haven’t tried their food but the drinks were pretty decent. Will for sure come back again!

Where do you go at 12:30am for a drink, dessert, study, or a board game? This is the place. Perfect for dates or just hanging out. Was greeted by an old man, but with the kindest personality and professionalism. Felt so comfortable we didn't want to leave. Definitely on the my list of returns.

If you want to try korean dessert, this is the place to be. Croffle waffle bingsu you name it they are all outstanding. Cafe is also Spacious with many seats so it is suitable for big group as well. Lastly, very convenient location, it is right by yonge and finch subway station with many other korean restaurants near by. Friendlt staff and the cafe is open late. 5 out of 5, must place to visit.

This place was so cute. We walked in to nice service and had been tended to quite nicely the whole time we were there. I ordered a hazelnut hot chocolate which was perfect. Not too sweet or plain. I also ordered the brownie chocolate cheesecake. The brownie piece was a little too hard for my personal taste but the cheesecake was super delish. We purposely chose this cafe to play board games. The price to play was super reasonable as well. $2.50 per table to play is quite inviting. We enjoyed the few games they provided but we will bring our own for sure next time. My friends ordered the black tea which they liked as well as the strawberry shortcake which they also enjoyed. Our desserts were big so the price of $7+ with taxes is really worth it. As well as the drink since it’s so big. The tea was the pot with a cup which is always a win. My only recommendation for the place is to have more games & take care of the games they have. Most importantly since the keyword for this business on here is board games. Scrabble didn’t have all the letters it’s supposed to have & Clue had Monopoly money in it as well as a lot of missing key pieces to play.

Nice chill place. Great space for board games (although you need to bring your own) and the desserts are pretty great! The croffle really hit the spot 👌

Korean Food themed cafe with a fancy sit in sofa cafe experience (better than Starbucks), but couldn’t sit cuz of covid. The price is a bit on the pricy side and it’s very quiet. The employee knows what’s going on and can manage the workplace. I got the cinnamon-honey toast. The honey flavour was there and in good amount, the cinnamon flavour was a bit missing tho. And we asked for extra Oreo topping, yayy. Also, I wish they gave ice cream instead of whip cream because it isn’t as fun, like it’s cheaper and healthier but ice cream is definitely better. They have waffle, coffee, patbingu, and more korean desserts with Korean music in the background playing. I paid $10 for this. (It was a good size, but could’ve made it at home)

Service is iffy. They have physical menus but some servers will refuse to get you one and insist you use the QR code one. It’s cash and debit only. Some staff don’t know the menu. There are issues with them bringing the wrong food. Some staff are cold and distant.

I went there with group of friends and ordered tea and some desserts. They were delicious and not too sweet. PSA it is a coffee date store and each person has to order one thing.

It's a nice cozy place. The dimming lights was really giving the vibe. We ordered sweet potato latte and strawberry cheesecake bingsu. The latte, not really but the bingsu was great. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Cozy place for you to spend time with friends. Big sofas like the one in FRIENDS. I don’t think I’m gonna go back. Nothing special really. We ordered Coeffel which was a croissant grilled in a waffle maker. Tiramisu Coeffel: very bitter, coffee powder was too much for me Strawberry Creamcheese Coeffel: crossaint + cream cheese + strawberry sauce😶‍🌫️

Very nice staff! Great service! I didn’t like the strawberry cheesecake, it was more like snow flakes! But waffle is very good!

It is a small intimate, cozy and a pretty place to spend time with friends or study. I had Strawberry Bingsu the last time I went and it was delicious.

It’s a great late night cafe but nothing special. Great spot to hang out with friends and play board games. I would say it’s not really an ideal cafe to study / work because the ambience is too cozy - makes me feel sleepy. The light is too yellow and the music is so slow played at low volume.

Cute cozy cafe to go with friends! My friends and I ordered the injeolmi bingsu and sweet potato latte. Injeolmi bingsu was yummy - but a little more on the expensive side for the serving size. My friend said the sweet potato latte didn't have much sweet potato taste, but was warming in the cold weather.

The place is relatively hard to locate but the place is small and warm enough to make you feel comfortable. The deserts we ordered (red velvet cake & new york cheesecake) were appealing enough to order again. The vibe is calm and is a must go Cafe if your girl is upset and wants to kill a late night desert craving .

I used to come here all the time with my girlfriend, but it’s gone downhill a bit. I miss the old drink options, it’s kind of limited now. Nonetheless, the Oreo smoothie drink I got was delicious, and the couch seating was great.

Me and my brother randomly visited the cafe. Small place but cute. The food was delicious and yummy. We had nutella waffles and cafe latte. Would recommend to go!

As a first time customer for the midnight experience it was fun and cute. Went with my co-workers after work and wanted dessert and this place was still open after 12am. REMINDER: there is a $5 extra for midnight customers cause they are open till 2:30am so that's reasonable. The food was lovely and good, a little pricy for my range but it was on yonge and Finch which is a pricy area anyways, mainly paying for atmosphere and the cute cuddle vibes. Perfect for dates or like a lil treat for anniversaries. The uncle that served us was really nice and friendly. I think me and my co-workers shocked him that there was so many people in our party (6) but he made our orders with care and they looked so pretty.

The desserts here were surprisingly delicious and well portioned. While the couches were comfortable, the decor looks a bit aged and dingy though.

This place is a cute place to meet up with friends. I used to bring my notes and laptop here to study (they have wifi!) or to get some work done. They only have desserts — like cakes, waffles, bingsu, ice creams, and croffles. I love the croffles here, they are delicious! My favourite is the original one which has condensed milk on it and the black sugar one.

Super cute interior with a sofa or table area. The strawberry cheesecake bingsu was actually so so good I’m 100% coming back for it another time. Very aesthetic place to study but I believe there’s a 2 hour limit.

Couch looked old but comfortable. Place was cozy and accepts debit or cash only. Noticed there were mostly college students, still a good place to hangout and catch up. Drinks were also good. 🫖

Very good service. Food was delicious. Enjoyable atmosphere with kpop in the background. Would definitely recommend the citron slush. Princess platter is a good option to order for two.
