My daughter attended during the summer, it was her dream come true attending gymnastics. She enjoyed gimnastics activities but unfortunately she never got to enjoy any outdoors. Once you entered the place lack of lighting which made it look depressing. As a parent the staff lack of manners and customer service. Not friendly at all minus only one employee that greeted me twice ever. We turned down their offer for our daughter to do gymnastics in a professional level due to the fact that their staff was unprofessional sitting on the counter tops of the kitchen just lounging around not even saying hello to any parent.

Etobicoke gymnastics: very disappointing place, they use to be good few years back, now it is nothing more but money grab. They do not stand by their own rules and are very arrogant, EG do not want to resolve any issues in person. Despite registering my daughter as first in line, her place was given to someone ales and we were told: ”We do Not know what happened” Kid was crying entire Christmas because there was no place for her. I contacted Owner but he didn't even bother to respond, absolutely unacceptable. There is one older group that does learn a little, all others are just to support the place financially. Instructors are 15 year old girls without any coaching experience, I have never see them showing kids anything, not a simple back flip. Place is a joke. Etobicoke gymnastics is dirty and smells like dirty tube socks, many parents complained about the smell without results, kids are bored and not allowed to do many tasks that one would expect kid to learn in gymnastics classes. Very bad experience. They have “temporary” location now for last 1.5 year that doesn't have obvious gymnastic equipment. We have now moved our daughter to different place and she just loves it. It was wasted 1.5 year, change is good, and there is tons of competition around with much better standard and much better stuff.

My daughter has been going here for years. Throughout the years we have had minimal communication, and when you call the office you can never get a hold of someone. Nevertheless, I wanted my daughter to get the experience and this place was very close to our house. In January, I pulled my daughter out of the program and asked for a full refund. The owner, Dave gave me the whole ‘policy’ quote and basically indicated that he would refund $279( which i have yet to see!). I paid over $400, to which my daughter did not attend to any of the first classes. He did not once ask why she was being removed or if there was anything that he could accommodate with! He asked, but after the fact. This place is basically a money grab! Their trainers are high school students and really dont care about your childs progress. They also had a shortage of metals, so my daughter didn’t receive her metal at the end of last season. I wrote to them about my concern about my daughter not receiving enough support and not learning any new skill or even progressing. They wrote back saying that they are trying. My daughter has been going for years and she has mastered the cartwheel! Thats it!!! Additionally, Dave accused me of speaking to his staff rudely…. I am sure there are a lot of parents upset with this place and they confused me with someone else. Get your info straight before you accuse people. I have wasted my money here for years. Please think twice before placing your child here. There are many amazing reputable organizations out there that care about you and most importantly the athlete. Would have given a zero if i could!

Excellent, clean and comfortable facility. Management and staff are very helpful. My kid got lots of extra attention from the fantastic coaches.

Big gym with a cozy atmosphere. Teachers are fantastic. Laura the trampoline instructor is top notch. Definitely beats the other gyms we have been to.

Bringing my son here one year now, 2 terms. I dont see too much skills being taught to anyone. Very basic stuff and even older age kids that I see barely doing anything that looks like real gymnastics. This is more a play gym. Also parent waiting area is full of parents with noisy and uncontrollable toddlers who are left to scream for one hour and administrators do nothing to ask parents to reign them in. Huge headache. I wouldn't keep going next term since no real sportsmanship and very uncomfortable to even be there with such rude parents and their unruly kids.

Just had the first class for my four year old daughter and very impressed overall. Nice facility, good equipment, well maintained, friendly staff, good viewing area. Update, now nearly a year later of continuous sessions and still just as happy!

Excellent first gymnastics class for our daughter, led by patient coaches. Clean facility, effective warm-up, and well-organized stations. The sticker reward was a nice touch. Great for ages 2-3½.

Coaches are very friendly and help your children learn new skills!

My daughter has a lot of fun and gets good exercise as well. I've seen some boys go as well. The coaches are knowledgeable and kind hearted. There's a club fee that is paid once a year and the sessions very in price depending on age and level.

Nice clean and well organized gymnastics facility. Friendly, knowledgeable coaches and small classes. Great place!
