This place is a waste of my tax dollars. Took my 9 month old daughter there to see if someone could listen to her chest (she’s sounding phlemy) only for them to tell me she couldn’t be seen that I would have to go to Mississauga hospital. What the hell is an urgent care clinic even doing open if you are going to turn away a baby? Since when did we start refusing healthcare to children? The crackheads waiting in your waiting room didn’t seem like they needed urgent care, but you did not refuse care to them. Totally disappointed with this place. Shame on you.

Don’t disrespect nor dismiss people in the middle of their question by telling them to go to a walk-in clinic and hanging up immediately. I thought chest pain was supposed to be taken seriously.

Horrible place. Sure the helped me get better but how they went about it was deplorable. Numerous times I was awoken with a needle in my arm with the nurse claiming it was for blood tests. That’s fine but proceeding without the awareness of the patient constitutes assault. I believe they prematurely discharged me as I was physically not able to walk. My issue was detox from alcohol and was recently evicted. They phoned the intake knowing full well I wanted to quit and go through abstinence program but instead they picked the first bed available. It turned out to be a really bad harm reduction centre we’re use was everywhere, even in the premises. It was almost like they just wanted to get rid of me. I also asked for a letter from the doctor explaining I needed some time to strengthen up before returning to work, but no letter. I had to chase them down. In short, they don’t give a care in the world for the patients there. Stay away if possible.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff on the phones. I called to reschedule my appointment as I was unable to meet the date and time I was given, the lady on the phone transferred me to an extension that’s only open on weekdays and hung up, I called back asked her why she transferred me to an extension which she clearly knows isn’t available, behold this rude customer service rep on the phone said that was the only way she can help me by transferring me to an extension that is unavailable and there’s nothing else she can do. How inhumane can you be? How does she have a job there? I recorded the phone call and will be reporting it to the management, hopefully they don’t have the same perception. Without stepping into the hospital I already got a poor service.

This hospital is way overcrowded and understaffed. Even the nurses agreed with me when I observed that it resembles a zoo. Too few professionals and support staff, trying to serve too many patients. The emergency waiting rooms are a minimum 5 hr. wait, usually more, especially at night. I’d prefer to avoid going there after 1 pm. In my view, this hospital needs a massive injection of new funding.

Pretty decent and curteous staff. Went for a WSIB speciality assessment floor 3. Urgent care. Seating is good. Waiting areas are clean and tidy. Ample of parking. (paid)

The worst hospital in the GTA, terrible!! staff, management admin etc. Not only are they mean and aggressive with their patients they make up lies and withhold information- even though I am fully vaxxed they made it so difficult to see my dad. Don't come here unless you want bedsores and more ailments then what you came in with... With everything there was some good, some of the nurses were very kind and took the time to listen which was appreciated.

The most unorganized health facilities ever. I went to pre operation appointment booked, lady by name of Melissa canceled my appointment by herself. I was lucky that I called back and I found out about that. She gave me another day at 7:30am, I called the day before to confirm it and she said my appointment is at 9am. Very, very unorganized.

Get a number from the registration area and wait for your number to be called. The desk staff are very efficient and helpful. Once you are registered, you will proceed to the area where your appointment is and check in to let them know that you have registered. Wait for the nurse to call you in if you are there for the surgery clinic. Check out when you have finished. Give yourself extra time as there may be a wait. Prepare to pay for parking in the area ($3 for 1/2 an hour).

Staff were friendly and someone to direct you every step of the way. Security at the entrance directs you to the Covid Screening folks, who then direct you to Registration (take a number), who then direct you to your appointment location. The Surgery Clinic requires check in and check out the desk and has a large waiting area with washrooms and parking pay machines in the same area. Round about located near entrance for drop off and pick ups. I gave it a 4 because I didn't like that I had to drop off my test sample to Lifelabs in the building beside it.

The reason why I’m giving this a 1 star review it’s because the receptionist or whoever picked up the phone is really rude. I called in to ask a simple question and the attitude I got back really caught me off guard. She told me I don’t make sense and proceeded to yell at me with an attitude when I was speaking calm and clear. It was a yes and no question, the comments were unnecessary. It’s really disappointing since I used to go there a lot. If you don’t wanna do your job and have a problem of being “ nice “ to people then quit. She also hung up on me in the middle of talking. It’s disappointing that now with issues health care is facing today, it’s unfortunate that people with lack of sympathy and ignorants are working in health care. — I DO NOT RECOMMEND—

Went for a minor procedure at the surgical clinic. under the care of Dr Barbara Jemec. I cant say this enough but she is an amazing doctor . Amazing hand surgeon:) Everyone from registration to the nurses was great and helpful especially Dr Jemec and her team were great at making me feel less anxious. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr Jemec

I have recently been treated at the Queensway Health Clinic. The care I received was wonderful and all staff couldn't have been nicer. Whoever were there on the morning of both Tuesday Sept.21 and 28th I thank them from the bottom of my heart for their kindness. Particularly the RPN who looked after me and removed my sutures Thank you for your fir your kindness. Sur

I went in fine and got my x-ray done, and the staff told me to leave. An hour later I get a call back asking me where I was. Turns out I was suppose to see a doctor after my scans(I was not told to go to a waiting area or anything) , thanks to the staff in charge of my x-rays I have to make another appointment.

Not sure what scam this MRI clinic is running but they have been repeatedly calling me even though I’ve never been here nor do I live anywhere close to this place. I politely finally called them back to ask why they keep calling me and for them to stop as I’m not a patient, and the receptionist very angrily barked to me to tell her my first name last name and date of birth (???), not addressing anything I’ve said. I let her know I’m not going to give her my personal information but I’m happy to give her my phone number so she can check why I’ve been called as I’m NOT a patient she again yells to me “First name, last name. I have to verify your information before I can tell you why I’ve called.” Their admin is clearly disorganized, has no idea what they’re doing, and this angry woman just barks orders to people on the phone with zero decorum and doesn’t even bother trying to listen to what the person on the other side of the phone is saying. Disgusting behaviour, cannot believe people who work in healthcare can have such terrible attitudes for no reason and it’s no surprise they have literally 2 stars lol gross

Twisted my knee so I went in to the Urgent Care Centre at 3pm. From the time I hobbled in until I left was just under 3 hours. I dealt with 5 various nurses/doctors/technicians, all of whom were friendly and helpful. Much better than going to the hospital or ER.

I have only had excellent care at all three campuses, most recently a hip replacement in November 2023 at the Queensway site which was a smooth and efficient experience handled by professional and friendly staff. The follow up visit was at the Credit Valley site and again, although extremely busy, was on time and handled efficiently and by a team of friendly professional admin staff, nurses and my surgeon. I have only positive things to say about my experience at the Trillium health services, and I am very grateful.

this play is EXTREMELY slow. i’ve been waiting here for hours and they only have one worker on shift. it’s ridiculous. staff just laughing, and us patients waiting calmly for HOURS. don’t recommend. would give zero stars if i could but that’s not an option.

I have been to the ER for my children, they thoroughly assessed and evaluated each situation. And have consistently treated them effectively. The staff and doctors were incredibly kind and knowledgeable.

Waiting here in DI for over one hour. Every other patient has been in and out and I am still here. Literally the only one in the waiting room. I pulled number 60 from the ticket dispenser when I came in and they are now serving 72 when the next person walks in. I’m convinced all the technician are on lunch but no one is admitting that.

Dr. Sharon Kim in the fracture clinic is amazing. Hyper efficient yet kind and even very funny! I hope to never fracture anything again but if I do I'd want her to follow my injury again!

Where the parking lot is bigger than the hospital and the emergency always "temporarily closed". How does this serve the people?

  • 1/5 Галина . 1 year ago on Google
The worst service ever. I came for emergency. They didn’t what kind of pain I’m in. There were many people who felt pretty okay. I was in a deep pain for more than 24 hours. I couldn’t breath and I was moving barely. And when she called my name I came then she said the last name it wasn’t mine. And I asked how does it work as I came then because I’ve got an emergency. And some people still okay so you have to manège and ask first is it extremely bad or the situation is pretty ok. After that she said: “it’s not the chair for you. Don’t you see how many people sit there.” So looks like if you come with a pain of finger and another one comes bleeding there gonna stay in the same line. More than that they gonna yell at you show you your place.

Horrible, abusive nurses. Treated me and my baby horribly when I gave birth back in 2017. The nurse was so rough with my newborn, even while giving him a bath. When I asked for another blanket because I was cold, she said no. The breastfeeding clinic nurses were also rude and disgusting. Literally SHOVED my newborns head into my breast. He was crying so hard. Never again will I step foot in this place.

It took me over an hour to take an Uber to this place for a dislocated shoulder, only for me to find out the emergency area is CLOSED? And has been for almost 2 years?! Are they counting on people to just not have emergencies?

Good doctors/surgeons but always over an hour and a half late with appointments. Considering they are done with you in 2-5min usually, makes no sense how they have people spending half the day waiting

I went to Trillium hospital in the emergency ward after my family doctor recommended to remove a splinter in my left thumb asap. After initial diagnosis, I was referred to Dr Sharon at 150 Sherway Drive. Unfortunately, this was my first discriminatory experience in Canada. After waiting for a long time, I reached the operation room, where Dr Sharon Kim was repetitively asking me about my country of birth and last name origin, indirectly asked about my religion, where do I work stereotype questions and based on that she diagnosed my case as not urgent. Even though, the previous two doctors had diagnosed this as emergency. She didn't seem knowledgeable, despite having an ultrasound in front of her and asked me to come after three hours after being in the operation room and already waiting for about two hours. Please safe yourself from Dr Sharon Kim.

I had my biopsy here 3 weeks ago and everyone I met was helpful. Many thanks to the staff at Betty Wallace unit. They are so kind and caring. They understood my needs and feelings and made sure I was okay. I had a wonderful experience here!

Place for non major/day surgery. Busy place and tight parking. $3 per 30 mins. Visiting Doctors and nursing staff is excellent. Process from check in to out explained properly. Help was available whenever needed. Covid protocols are still followed. There is line up for check in so make sure to reach 20 mins early if you can. Other emergency clinics are closed for now.

The medical clinic staff are very mean!!! I came for my appointment but there was construction on the road that caused me to be a couple mins late. When I came in there was a line up at the registration desk for the medical clinic, and when it was my turn I walked to the desk and the lady told me “step back in the line until I call you” in the most rude attitude ever! And she was talking and laughing with her colleagues at the desk for so long and then called me and told me that I’m late and they won’t take me in for my appointment and I’ll have to come again all the way here again next week! Even though I had to excuse half way through my shift, and she left me waiting for nothing! Very disappointing, understanding, rude. They didn’t tell me to come earlier than the appointment as medical appointments usually say!

Had 2 CT scans done on the same day. The staff were friendly and efficient. I received the results of one of the scans the next day but am still waiting for the second set of results. The technician told me the results would be available within 5 business days. I called the main inquiry number and was told they can take up to 10 business days to get the results. It would be great if the information given to patients was consistent.
