I went in on a Sunday afternoon around 3PM, I was the last patient they took in for the day and they rejected anyother patients who walked in. Place is small but has enough chair to accomodate you. Office itself is relatively clean. Staff could be more friendly and kind. The first thing I noticed when I went inside the exam rooms was there were no computers. (its old school hand written files). Doctor that I saw was competent and friendly.

She thinks it is on healing process she thinks its a shingles. She told me not to have any medication. Is this really a clinic? She wasn't even in the room and she was talking to her friends. The chinese women doctor is so unprofessional, rude and stupid.

doctors not completing prescriptions. receptionist *lana* hung up on me when i was trying to tell her my situation. admins not faxing the write pharmacies, u name it. she thought i was being rude to her. i was commenting about the doctors not doing their jobs because i've had to call and follow up 8 times over the last week to get a COMPLETE prescription. the prescription was 1) sent to the wrong location 2) incomplete (missing info). i've had TWO different consults because both doctors didn't do what they said they would do and it's just a complete waste of my time.

Worst healthcare experience of my life. If I could rate this a 0 I would. All the negative comments are true and facts. The receptionist did not acknowledge me at all when I got there and on top of that, you can’t even get a hold of them. The doctor was extremely rude and would have a negative comment on every symptom I stated to her and did not make me feel comfortable in anyway. As I was walking out she told the receptionist that “you shouldn’t have let her in.” By far, the worst walk-in clinic I have been to and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Would give a 0 if I could. Called the clinic first but it went straight to voice message. When I called a second time after 10 minutes, a very rude receptionist picked up and hung up as I was still speaking. When I arrived at the clinic, the same receptionist mentioned that I need to wear a mask in a very disrespectful tone ( despite the fact that there are no mask mandates at this point) and when I mentioned that I do not have one on me, and if she has one i could use it, she got upset saying they do not have any either. I left and would never go back. Awful place!

What an amazing doctor they have in the clinic. I would give her a 0 star if there's an option. Yesterday, I saw Dr. Chan after half an hour of waiting and explained my condition (I suffered for a couple of weeks with a painful throat, and blood came out with phlegm, etc.). She spent 10 seconds examining me and told me there was no infection. She recommended Tylenol or Advil for the pain. She kept ignoring my explanation of the symptoms. She refused to prescribe antibiotics to treat infection in the throat and behind the ears. I went to another Walk-in Clinic on the same day. The Doctor told me there was an infection that was too obvious and prescribed antibiotics, and now my condition has improved. I recommend seeing her if anyone wishes to worsen their symptoms.

If a doctor is not able to see patients at a walk in and you are only doing phone appointments maybe that’s something you should have posted on door….I dunno maybe for walk-in patient who are unaware that they won’t be seen by the doctor. For bonus points maybe put that on your website too. That way you can spare people having to hear this from your eager to dismiss receptionist

This clinic should not exist. It’s a walk in clinic where you can’t walk in. You go to the front door, call the number on the door and if you’re lucky eventually someone will pick up and tell you the doctor will call you ‘maybe’ in 30 min for a phone appointment. This is a joke of a clinic. Who knows if they are even doctors. Don’t waste your time!

Worse clinic ever , it shouldn’t be a clinic , they locked their door before 7;30 while they should open till 8:00pm. After 10 mins knocking at the door , someone opened the door and she said we are closed , and she said that have already the last 3 patients inside to finish at 8:00. I tried to explain my pain, but she didn’t care … what kind of doctor 🤷🏻‍♀️she is.

I was feeling very sick on a Sunday afternoon and found this walk in clinic, despite the bad reviews I gave it a chance and I came here. The Staff here were friendly normal people, the wait was quick about 15min or less. The Doctor I saw was very polite, professional and helpful, they prescribed any antibiotics because he said it was a virus and no signs of infection. A strep throat swab was done and I will be called if it’s positive. Overall I had a good experience at this location.

Receptionists and female doctor are extremely unprofessional and prejudice and do not care about their patients. Avoid If you want to feel stressed going to see a doctor. Please go to another walk in clinic and read the reviews below.

Would give 0 stars if I could. When the clinic opened at 5:05 pm instead of 5 the waiting patients were told that the doctor won’t see anybody who has cold and cough symptoms, this in the middle of the flu and cold season. The majority of the waiting patients were in this category and we’re all denied care. The recommendation was to make appointments at a cold, cough and COVID assessment clinic at another location. No wonder that our emergency rooms are overcrowded if patients can’t get basic care for a cold or cough at their family doctor, after hour or walk in clinics. Very unprofessional and worrisome that a doctor has no problem sending patients away.

Went there yesterday at 9:30 am, already 5 patients ahead of me. Door opened around 1010 am. Waited 90 minutes before I sawDr. Chiu. Explained to him my condition. He spent 10 seconds examining me and told me to let nature take its course and just suffer! He refused to give me any antibiotics to treat the boil, which is infected and caused pain when I sit. He told me to go to the hospital Emergency if I couldn’t bear the pain! What a waste of my time!!! I went to another Walk-in Clinic today and the Doctor prescribed antibiotics and my condition has improved already after 2 doses!

Absolute waste of time. This clinic refuses to write any sort of referrals on account of the amount of doctors they have. Whats the point of a walkin if you cant get a referral to a blood test or EKG??

It’s 6:48pm and they just turned away a woman who had phoned in advance to check - she’d been told last patient accepted time is 7:30pm - they ‘close’ at 8pm. It would be helpful if the address or information said they are inside the Loblaws store ! Walking around everywhere when sick trying to find the place is not good. No clear instructions. There’s a Take a Number dispenser and number displayed but they don’t use that system . I’ve lost my voice and no one was manning the desk . Miserable miserable experience.

At 10:15AM on Sunday, Oct 8, this notice was posted to the door. The clinic opened at 10AM (there were approx 5 patients waiting). Posted hours that day were 10AM-4PM. Thankfully people continued to walk in and register. But this is a very problematic message to send to ill adults and children seeking urgent care.

Had a very good experience here during after hours around 7pm. Had a nasty strep throat infection, all the walk-in clinics around me were all super booked up and extremely competitive to get a spot, spent way too long trying to find a clinic just to get antibiotics. I even tried going to the ER only to be turned around by being told there was an eight and a half hour wait. Came here as a last ditch effort and was impressed. It was hard to find but there was barely any wait, the staff was nice, and it was relatively clean for a high-traffic walk-in clinic. I have no experience with the non-after hours staff. I'm sure on weekends and during the day it's busy and hectic like every other clinic but that was not my experience. Would recommend checking out if you're in a similar situation and think you have no other options.

Strep test done in office. Did the best they could within a broken system that has gutted walk in clinic access in the area. 3hour wait but at least I was seen in person by a doctor on a Saturday

My son was coughing, so I took him to the clinic. When I enter the facility, an extremely rude recepcionist wouldn't stop saying "You have to wait outside", before I could even ask if it was possible to see the doctor. When they open at 5pm, the same recepcionist said that the Doctor, a woman, didn't want to see anybody who was coughing. What kind a doctor says that? I assume you don't want to see anybody who is sick either? Don't waist your time here.

Went there last week. The door is close with a notice that told you to call to book an appointment. Well calling doesn't really work. So I went away but come back an hour later to see theres people filing out form. So I suggested try knocking the door and wait to see if is there a nurse/ receptionist available( waited patiently for 10 mins. There's a camera so they can see you. They know you are there so please stop knocking non stop, it's rude. Just be patient!) The doctor I got to see is nice and actually give time to listen and giving suggestions back to my concerns. Receptionist are nice. The places is really clean and now they only allow three group of ppl to get into the lobby each time, so some will have to wait outside of the clinic. The wait on the day I went is not terribly long. The whole process for me take probably around an hour.

I really surprise how good they are! I got scratches by my cat. Because this is during the Covid pandemic, first they were consulting on the phone with me very patiently. And they gave me a vaccination immediately since they decided I need a vaccination. Very fast and nice experience with them. Definitely recommend them!

Got there at 5:30pm. There was a note on the door requesting to call and leave your number on voicemail and that they would be calling you back to talk with the doctor. I actually waited till 7pm and then decided to go home and come back when/if needed ( I live close by); however I never received a call back! Very disappointing....

They don't care to update on their website or put a sign at the door to let the patients waiting outside the locked door know the doctors are NOT taking any walk-in. And the staff working inside also have NO idea if the doctors will be seeing patients in person the next day... So call ahead if u plan to go... Good luck!

I came here yesterday just after 6pm, didn't have to wait too long to be seen. Dr. Liao did a good job assessing my injured foot but mentioned that the clinic is not allowed to order x-rays so if you need that service, no need to come here. I asked if she could fill out a form to indicate I was fine to return to work and she said the clinic policy does not allow them to fill out forms. I understand clinics charging a fee for the time to fill out forms, but I've never come across a clinic that refuses to fill out forms at all. If you need x-rays ordered or forms filled out, save yourself some time and go to a different clinic. Edit: Dr. Liao had said in her assessment that the appearance of the foot injury didn't warrant x-rays because it was most likely not a fracture. Another doctor ended up looking at my foot today and strongly urged me to get x-rays done in the ER. The result: x-rays showed a fracture; Dr. Liao's diagnosis was actually incorrect. Maybe not such a good job assessing my foot after all.

This place has so many bad reviews and I’m not sure why. The doctor explained to me that there are a few doctors on rotation so not all of these doctors are horrible. I had a wonderful experience with Doctor Jennifer Hunder. She was super friendly, kind and thorough. I had asked her if she’s accepting new patients at her clinic but unfortunately she is retiring next year. I will be back to this walk in clinic with hopes that the other doctors will provide this great customer service.

Don’t waste your time going here. Amazing lady at the front, Dr. Victor Liao however does not listen to your issues and speaks over you acting like he is your body. Very odd and rude. Don’t waste your time, you deserve better care than this place can offer you!

I usually go here when I don't have time to schedule an appointment with my family doctor. The doctors are not bad, they don't care as much as your family doctor would but you shouldn't expect much from walk-in clinic doctors in general. There are many bad reviews about the wait time here which is true. I came early once and was second in line before it opened. Somehow I ended up still waiting an hour. I also wasn't seen second even though I was there before the others. I think the receptionist gave priority to some people she knew. Anyway wait times are bad at all walk-in clinics so I would still come back again if I need to see a doctor after hours.

Please do yourself a favour and find a different clinic. You deserve better care than this. An absolute waste of time. Got a phone appointment at 6:30pm with a woman (Dr.) who proceeded to judge my condition, talk over me, raise her voice and not listen. Reception told me to email them photos of the issue (which I had in advance, along with additional details, so they would be prepared). During the appointment, it turns out the Dr. never looked at the email, then told me she would call me back after going to check it. It has been 10 hours - she still hasn't called me back. Seems to me, they just want to get paid and not actually help anybody.
