Very friendly family business! I received a lovely Pandora bracelet as a gift a few months ago. It was purchased at this store, but it was too large for me and I wasn’t given a gift receipt that would allow me to exchange it. Also, it was past the regular time allowed for the bracelet to be exchanged. They recognized me as a previous customer and after providing information about the purchase, they very graciously did the exchange. I had an excellent watch purchasing experience with Guo Jewellery. At the time, I was interested in a Seiko watch that was not yet available (reference SPB363J1). Adam was very accommodating with finding out if that model was going to be ordered and gave me estimates on when it would arrive. The watch arrived within the timeframe in perfect condition with no issues. They were also very helpful in sizing the watch to my wrist. Their selection of Seiko watches is quite good, with some limited edition models as well. There are also some nice Tissot and Citizen watches if you are a fan of those brands. This place is a gem and will remain my top choice for Seiko time pieces. Pleasant experience from ordering to watch bracelet adjustment, planning to buy from them in the future. Love this jewelry store! I’ve been going here for more than 15+ years with my mother and we both do all our buying and repairs here. The staff is super helpful and patient. They do their repairs in house so no need to wait two weeks for jewellery fixes and the owners are always willing to work with your budget. I recently brought in a ring for resizing. Due to arthritis on the finger, it's difficult to determine what size would be right. Instead of rushing into a size, Tammy took time to size it one mm at a time till it fitted comfortably. Other stores could have charged me for each adjustment. Tammy and her staff were attentive, friendly, patient. They are trustworthy, knowledgeable and very professional. Highly recommend.

I wish there were more than five stars for the amazing service I received from Adam today at Guo Jewellery in Gerrard Square! I went into the store to see if they had a certain charm for my grand-daughter's Pandora bracelet. At first I was told that it is a relatively old charm and that they no longer carry it but that I might be able to find it at another Pandora store or to try looking online. Oh well...I tried. I left the store and was sitting in the food court area when, all of a sudden, Adam comes over to my table and tells me that he looked and actually found the charm! Wow! He took the initiative to look for it even though it may not have been there at all any more. And then he came to find me in the mall!!! Luckily, I didn't leave immediately after finding out that the charm wasn't available. Anyway....I am beyond impressed with Adam and the AMAZING customer service he provided!! Guo is our go to for all my family’s watch repairs. They recently did a fantastic job repairing a sentimental piece. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a vast assortment of jewelry including Pandora and Swarovski and pricing is very fair.

I’ve been having things repaired here for years, chains, clasps, bent bangles, watch batteries…they always do good work. I sent my daughter here when she needed a new watch strap and she was impressed by how quick and inexpensive it was. Super friendly and reliable.

I have a locket that I own for over 15 years that I got in Europe. It is obviously very precious to me and sadly it started falling apart because of daily wear and tear. Adam is amazing! When I picked it up 4 days later, it looked absolutely amazing. No gold line or anything. Super happy. The guy there was super easy and friendly to deal with. My dad went here to get his rings cleaned when I was little. It’s been around forever!
