Asked for a cream cheese bagel this is what I got, looked at the other review pics and there is another person with the same issue...they don't try to fix issues left on this review trend, I think the owner of this location is convinced there will be a world wide shortage of cream cheese lol

I ordered medium iced capp and chocolate dip doughnut. I would give 5 stars for the arrogance of the lady served me. But only thing that can beat the arrogance of staff is the Doughnut I received.

Ordered "everything bagel" with plain cream cheese and received a danish. Today I decided to leave a feedback because it's the third time they get my order completely wrong and I have the bad habit of trusting and not checking the content of the bag and driving off. I do realize you have to be fast to avoid the line up in gas station but there has to be a better way of handling the order people. For God sake get your acts together. This is not rocket science.

Absolutely the worse service...walked over from work at 1:30 am and was told that I could NOT get service because I didnt have a car. I tried and tried and was refused service ...I was totally brushed off even though They were serving through drive through. I also walked through the drive through and just dont understand why I was flatly refused a coffee. I was flabbergasted at the flat out hand gestures waving me away like I was a bother... I will never go to this sub standard location again... shame on you!

Im so done with this tim hortons i go here because its close to my house i usually dont get their food because they always mess up something this time will be the last time because these employees are very petty my husband asked for more cream cheese because he opened the bagel and noticed there wasnt a lot and they only added a little to one half of the bagel and this is a recurring thing and im so done. They dont just mess up mine they mess up my whole familys and when ever my friends visit and they go there my friends are also upset over the poor service.

Asked for a jalapeño snacker. Not sure what I was given but this is definitely not what I ordered.

I wa going in the drive thru and I order and then the person giveing me my tea spills some on me and I try to clean it up casue it hot and she tell me that I have customers waiting and she said do you want your food or not she was trying to threaten me by saying I’m gonna give your food this is her bad service this happened at around 3:30

They always get my coffee right. I love this location.

Normally the service in the drive through is good. The past 2 mornings the lady taking my order greeted me by saying "ya". That was it, no other words were spoken by her. No thanks no can i get you anything else. Just one word "ya" this occurred approximately at 8:40 am. She needs to be trained properly.

So, You go to Tim Hortons with an expectation that you will get served the right food well done. I just ordered a medium French vanilla and two egg farmers wrap 10 minutes ago. the French Vanilla was just fine however they did not Grill my egg farmers wrap at all! I mean if I wanted I could have just ordered all separately and grilled them myself guys! You had one job to do!

They give me a breakfast and the eggs was Old from The yesterday and it is so disgusting. I never bought anything from this place again.

Last 3 times in the morning that I’ve been to this drive thru I have been in and out in less than 3 minutes. Ordered food, drinks, Tim bits and many items and they’re always ready. Barely have enough time to get my payment out! They are so efficient and polite. Always a great experience.

I come here everyday, sometimes it’s good and other times it isn’t. There is no consistency unfortunately. The staff are always friendly but they should re-train how how to prep orders. Today I got a farmers wrap and it was rolled into a ball basically.

December 9 th 2022, today at 7:40am ,I was ordered in the drive Thru, sausage and egg on everything begle no cheese, cut half two pieces and three ketchup on the side, these are punch on the screen and I said small coffee triple triple, they didn't punch it and then I said hashbrown make it combo they punch it and they dint punch combo and told me drive thru, they didn't punch the order completely, I came I paid my order, She gave coffee first and she gave me sandwich , I checked my bag ketchup not in the bag , I asked she gave me again, and I asked again did u cut my sandwich, she asked begle department they said yes , and she answered me yes they cut it , I drove away I open the bag and give to each kids two half , tharally disappointmented. They didn't cut the sandwich, before I leave the drive thru I asked her. They didn't cut it ,this is 3rd times happened to me, Poor service 😢

The worst Tim I’ve ever been to Pari named employee had no manners or etiquettes of customer service I took the drive thru and All they cared was about their timer , they told me that i have to come in at the front to pickup my order so what’s the purpose of drive thru if I still have to go in and pickup I ordered loaded wrap and iced coffee I should call iced coffee as warm coffee, it had only 2 ice cubes and melted right away The wrap was as small as a hash brown When i told the employee about same and she was too rude and was like we make it like this over here if you don’t like it you can leave the order not even once she asked to remake the order and then i left my order on their counter Never going to this tims ever again in my life

Today their drive through was inoperative. So I had to park my car and go in to order my coffee. There was a long line of people. Since I was late to work I decided not to have my coffee and go back. (For most of us the morning coffee is one of the main joys) So I stepped out of the Tim’s. Suddenly out of nowhere an employee came to me and asked “why are you leaving sir can I get your drink?” I was so supersized. Yes I did get my drink and I asked the name of the employee. Her name was Jenny. Thank you Jenny for your kind heart. You made someone happy with no return intentions. Thank you once again.

The lady’s shirt was touching my wrap while she was making it, I pointed this out and she started shaking her head. Also I paid extra for extra lettuce and I didn’t get any extra lettuce. Also these wraps have gotta be the SMALLEST wraps I’ve ever gotten at a Timmy’s.

By far the Worse tim hortons. Have NO jam NO BAGELS JUST EVERYTHING BAGEL OR CHEDDAR cheese, NO NEW HARVEST breakfast wrap either!! What's the point of this Tim's! 😕 && the customer service is horrible, the female didn't even know about the new harvest wrap and the dude there seems lost and charges me for a bagel he wants me to come inside to get🤦🏽‍♂️ when I'm in the drive thru. DONT GO HERE

Normally I have patience, today I stood at the counter and watched 4 employees continue to take orders from the drive-thru and not help me. Once it was finally convenient they screwed my order up...how hard is it to take a food order. This is the worst Tim's location and I live in oshawa so that's saying something.

I like to go this location coz I feel very good service and very nice tea

I ordered a French Vanilla and two crispy chicken sandwiches. Just after leaving the entrance realized it’s a coffee but I was okay with it and compromised. Went home and tried chicken sandwiches and noticed the chicken been re-fried (meat is real hard and not fresh at all). This is the last time I’m buying snacks or food from this location. It’s really disappointing and shocking to know that still restaurants re-fry and sell the food.
