    For some strange reason every time I come to this location.. I mean I pass by every night to go home from work. I enjoy a tea/dark roast and a bagel but the night shift after 12am seem to never make effort to make the orders properly the way I ask. They always seem to rush instead of taking a little more time to correct it. They never stir my tea nor coffees and never cut my bagel completely in half making me have to inconveniently tear my bagel weirdly and drink bland tea or coffee until I get home to stir it or drink the sugar that settled in the bottom when i reach the ending of it, its ultra sugary.

    This place became so worse. This place was my go to place but since they hire new people and specially ladies working there. Bruh! They got the attitude, first they get me wrong order and when I told them this is not what I order, she freakin rolled her eyes on me and gave me attitude. Like if you not satisfied with you job quit it then no is forcing you do. And one good thing that since that day I stopped going to this place. The guys working there are so chill and cool but Tim Hortons work on your ladies staff. The good thing I stop going to this place, I would like to drive 10 mins away then going to this place. I guess you see this review and talk to your lady staff. Thanks

    I understand that mornings are hard for some of us, but you should not take it out on your customers. That lady whos working at the drive thru around 10am was giving me attitude just because i ordered the wrong coffee. The guy who made my coffee however was willing to change and more than happy to do so. 5 stars for that gentleman.

    I have been going here since a young age, their customer service isn't the best as they tell you to hurry up. They usually run out of doughnuts at night time which is really annoying. The drive thru line is always slow...rather go inside to order.

    ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK. I pre-order on the app and ofcourse when I get to the drive thru speaker/window they tell me they don't have that muffin, donut, cookie, bagel, bun for the burger, milk for the ice cap. You need to fire the manager at this location because the inventory is not being done. I'm tired of always being disappointed and ripped off because I don't get my money back, instead I get something that I don't want and it's cheaper than what I paid on the app. Thanks to you I will no longer use the app or go to your location.

    A manager called me a "BehenChod" this morning in the drive-thru, because I used my credit card the old school way. (Tap wasn't working). So, from now on, i'm going to take my time every morning and screw up your drive-thru times. I'll show your store how much of a "Behenchod" I am, when the general manager notices that your average time suddenly dropped to 40 seconds.

    Usually I am the person who does not write negative reviews, because all of us are in the same boat to help out the community by serving, but they really need to improve a lot of things from their end. The paper box they put their breakfast wraps in it, they are trash. Whenever they put wrap inside the box it sticks with the box and hard to take out. This morning I got the wrap and it sticks to the box and never came out the wrap got broken in the middle of it and ruined my whole breakfast. Sometimes the chocolate dip donut it sticks to the bag and whole chocolate runs away from the donut, it's like one bite of donut and lick the chocolate, one bite of the donut lick the chocolate, Come on Tim hortons, everytime you get chocolate dip donut in the morning it just ruins your day. I don't know what else to say.

    I go to this location all the times and I have been a loyal customer since long. However, I am not satisfied with the service that I get anymore, there's frequent stock out issue and some of their employees need to be trained on how to be a little more polite with their customers. Having said that, I still love their iced cappuccino with chocolate syrup in it, whenever it's available that is 😉

    Nice place and very decent service. Fast and efficient service. I had dark roast coffee with strawberry filled donut. I haven’t seen it in most tim hortons for a long time. While i was there I noticed a dumb (one who couldn’t speak) guy trying to place an order. He was showing hand gestures to convey what he wanted. Amar, i guess she was the supervisor, patiently listened to him to make the order correctly . Good hospitality and good attitude showcased by the team here.

    Nobody cares about their jobs here. I was standing in front of a empty cashier that no one even bother to check if there is any customer waiting. After 2-3 mins of waiting a guy cut in the line and they took the order from that guy first… By any chance you have to drop by here, I recommend just grab their coffee and go to the Burger King next to them for foods. The sandwiches and foods from next door are fresh and hot, unlike this Tim Horton just leaving their foods for sales falls out from the basket like in the photo.

    A coworker and I recently visited this Tim Hortons location and was impressed with the quality of service. The staff were friendly and efficient, and my order was prepared quickly. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was pleasant. We ordered 2 coffees, a breakfast sandwich, and a farmer's wrap, all of which were to our satisfaction. The prices were reasonable, and I would definitely recommend this location to others.

    I placed a mobile pick up order to have it ready when I got there, and somehow the order didn't go through despite me receiving a receipt immediately after. They asked me twice what my order was and then had to look at my phone to make it. I paid extra to modify my drink and received just the basic item, so wasting an extra almost $2. I was already running late from waiting so long so I couldn't stay to fix the issue.

    Kind of makes me question the they're open policies. The restaurant says they're open 24/7 for service however they do not have food after 10:00 p.m. go figure I guess I'm going to McDonald's instead.

    Am a dumptruck driver and I been coming to this timmys for the last 4 years. And if there closed and we get our coffee and food through the drive threw window. But today the guy said that this is the last time he gonna serve us. Because his manager told him. It would be really nice if you guys can open the doors 24 hours too.

    I placed an order through drive through and forgot to order chocolate crosaint. So as soon I approach the video and ask them for that plus my order. Her response was it’s a pick window. I think they should learn to behave and increase their customer service. Something as little as this can lose them a lot of business including mine.

    Very friendly staff and quick service. However, avoid drive thru during morning rush. Cars were back up onto the main road. In the staff’s defense, they did keep the line moving fast. I skipped the drive thru and went into the store. No line. In and out in 3minutes!!! Ample seating space inside, comfy chairs and clean ambiance. Free wifi inside if you were wondering. Same store also has BurgerKing inside.

    While waiting for my order to be full filled, a guy walked up to the pick up section asked for a manager then started speaking in a language the staff could understand to put in an order instead of waiting in line. Apparently they took his order and wasn't told to go wait in line like everyone else.

    Extremely best place, it’s number one Tim Hortons in area. Service of employees and the speed they work on is excellent. I always travel 8 km to get my morning coffee from here. Moreover supervisors and their team in afternoon knows how to deal with customers even if it’s rush hour.

    I have been going to this place since 2011. I think susan was the manager that time but from last 2 years this place is going bad to worse. New staff don't give a damn f$&k about your order. They just throw food at your face. we have to ask for tray , sleeve or napkins. I had like 3-4 incidents when they messed up my order but I ignored. Today there is new trainee who was making my coffee and she asked the supervisor if she needs to stir it. But the supervisor gave her reaction like just give it (no need). Tim Hortons used to write on lids to identify the coffee but these guys do not bother to write on them.There were such a good time when we really enjoyed our meals from this location but now it just feels like we are ordering from 3rd class cheap road side coffee shop👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

    I went to this place on July 26th by 2.20 pm. There were few people. There were more staff than people. The black boy staff who help me with order was friendly and did great service.

    Asked for an Iced Capp with a shot of Baileys, a Baileys Latte and a Baileys Boston Cream (to try them all out). They only had the Iced Capp available, which they then turned into a Baileys Iced Capp with whipped cream and charged me extra. When I said I just wanted the shot of Baileys, the girl at the window said "you ordered a Baileys Iced Capp"... I told her that there's a difference in the way I ordered it because I don't want the whipped cream. Took the thing without a huge fuss because I didn't want to hold up the line. Also, this location often runs out of the popular items early in the day, and they don't seem to restock until the next day. It was only 6:45pm and they didn't have 2 of 3 things I was looking for.

    I usually come here every other morning to grab a coffee, a snack or even breakfast if I'm running late to work and couldn't eat at home, the place is always busy in the morning but what Tim's isn't busy during the morning.

    Very convenient place to get coffee for truckers in night. Always thankful for your friendly service in night. A Punjabi guy and a girl works in night. Really appreciate their hard work , handle busy drive thrugh while performing other duties in store.

    Recently renovated location from top to bottom... used to be quite dingy. Drive through is usually quite efficient. Also has a Burger King on site (great 2 for 1 combo location when your party can't decide what to have for lunch). Easy entry and exit from southbound on Markham Road or from Nugget Avenue.

    I normally order bagels or breakfast sandwiches. All very fresh, very tasty. My children love the frozen lemonades. Lines move quickly most of the time. The ordering process can be tiresome. Either the clerk can't hear me, or l can't understand the clerk. I have to repeat my order more than once. Is it a technical issue or a language barrier? There are issues at the pickup window as well. If l order three drinks, l have to ask a few times for the tray. I also wonder why they don't put orders in bags? Why hand me all these individual bags for each item? Pack them in a big bag. Please!

    Can’t go with less than 5 stars for customer service at the location. I was served by Harmanjot on weekends midnight and must say one of the best Tim employees i have ever seen in Scarborough. I don’t remember the name of other two associates but this tim’s weekend night staff is amazing and They don’t really rush like other locations.

    Go to location for mornings and afternoon. They always have what I want. Always fresh and hot . Even when there is a long line up , the service is fast and perfect. Went and got my timbiebs without a problem. Also got the timbiebs hat . Only once they messed up order but went back and they fixed it no questions asked .

    Edit: Their customer service has improved! They give more effort to make sure the order is correct, and their candy cane white hot chocolate was sooo tasty! They forgot my apple fritter donut :( A week later~ they gave me strawberry cheescake donut instead of muffin~ have to check my orders before I leave next time :(

    Everytime I come to this location. They always get my order wrong. Now figured it out. It's not the person taking the order. It's person who is making the order and chooses not to read the orders. How many times do I have to say no cheese because I am Lactose intolerant. And to my surprise there is always cheese on it. Every gosh darn time. Today is Aug 09, 2022. And history repeats itself. It has come to the point where I have to fight back. I doubt I'll get my money back. So you can hold this 1 star rating. If I could give this store a 0 I would. What makes this more annoying is that this happened inside the store. Now for the drive through: They want to rush us through their drive through. They get annoyed with us when we want to take the time to look into our Tim horton bags to insure that we got the right order. They focus more on getting their low drive through time. Yet they mess up the majority of those orders. Enough is enough, train whoever it is that is not reading the order screen. I speak for everyone who has the same issues. It's not hard, we tell you what we want. The person who takes the order sends it off to the person who makes the order. Now I know most of the time it's not the person who takes the order. Because I can see the order being inputted into the computer system. Please do better Tim Hortons at Markham and nugget. Thank you good day. My name is Tony and I approve this message.
