Everytime
I
come
to
this
location.
They
always
get
my
order
wrong.
Now
figured
it
out.
It's
not
the
person
taking
the
order.
It's
person
who
is
making
the
order
and
chooses
not
to
read
the
orders.
How
many
times
do
I
have
to
say
no
cheese
because
I
am
Lactose
intolerant.
And
to
my
surprise
there
is
always
cheese
on
it.
Every
gosh
darn
time.
Today
is
Aug
09,
2022.
And
history
repeats
itself.
It
has
come
to
the
point
where
I
have
to
fight
back.
I
doubt
I'll
get
my
money
back.
So
you
can
hold
this
1
star
rating.
If
I
could
give
this
store
a
0
I
would.
What
makes
this
more
annoying
is
that
this
happened
inside
the
store.
Now
for
the
drive
through:
They
want
to
rush
us
through
their
drive
through.
They
get
annoyed
with
us
when
we
want
to
take
the
time
to
look
into
our
Tim
horton
bags
to
insure
that
we
got
the
right
order.
They
focus
more
on
getting
their
low
drive
through
time.
Yet
they
mess
up
the
majority
of
those
orders.
Enough
is
enough,
train
whoever
it
is
that
is
not
reading
the
order
screen.
I
speak
for
everyone
who
has
the
same
issues.
It's
not
hard,
we
tell
you
what
we
want.
The
person
who
takes
the
order
sends
it
off
to
the
person
who
makes
the
order.
Now
I
know
most
of
the
time
it's
not
the
person
who
takes
the
order.
Because
I
can
see
the
order
being
inputted
into
the
computer
system.
