Alexis and Mercedes were great! My fiancé and I were shopping for an engagement ring and we came across Alexis and Mercedes. We knew exactly what we wanted, a salt&pepper diamond. They were really helpful in the design of the ring, explaining to us the different details and options. Having the 3D rendering of the ring completed for our review was supportive in making our final decision. We will be looking forward to having our wedding bands done by Alexis and Mercedes as well next year. The price of the engagement ring was on par with other salt&peper diamonds we were window shopping for. However, knowing that we had the option to customize our ring for generally the same price of other already made salt&pepper diamonds out there was special for us, and was definitely worth the value.

My fiancé had an idea of what he wanted to give me for our engagement ring. He met with Alexis, and the result was absolutely beautiful! We knew that we wanted a unique design with a black diamond. Alexis and Mercedes created my dream ring! My fiancé found them all on his own which is a surprise in itself haha. They were able to do a virtual consult and secretly design what I had been hinting which was a pear shaped salt and pepper combo. Super excited and honoured to wear this custom piece every day. Turnsmith Jewelry is by far the best jewelry store I have ever gotten jewelry from! I gave my fiancé some specific things that I wanted for my engagement ring and he got lucky and found these ladies who where able to meet all of the qualifications for my dream ring! They did it perfectly and talked with my fiancé about all of the details, modifications, and exact requirements that I wanted for my perfect engagement ring! With how many beautiful rings Turnsmith had to choose from, the modifications I wanted to make the perfect engagement ring were actually limited. They have tons of beautiful jewelry to choose from and there at a reasonable for the quality of that they have to offer. With how amazing my ring ended up, I would have guessed that my fiancé paid 2-3X as much as he actually did! When we got our engagement pictures taken a few weeks ago, I wanted a bunch of the actual ring by itself as you can see from my picture. I don't care what type of ring you're looking for, I DEFINITELY recommend checking these ladies out!!!

The process from start to finish is simple and enjoyable. We met in her downtown office after I had emailed some images to give her an idea of what I was looking for. At the meeting she had some examples of styles I could try on with my engagement ring. She understood my style and created exactly what I had envisioned. The ring was finished and read for pick up on time. She was great with communication throughout the process as well. Alexis is absolutely AMAZING! My fiancé researched for a ring designer online because he wanted to be involved in the process and he was thrilled with Alexis. Right from the first meeting she put his mind at ease and made him feel comfortable! The engagement ring is absolutely beautiful. We were so thrilled we couldn't imaging having anyone else design our wedding bands. I wanted mine to match so she asked to have my engagement ring back so the wedding band diamonds would align perfectly with my engagement ring. The only concern I had was that my mom was coming from abroad in about 5 weeks and was dying to see more than just a picture of my ring. Alexis promised me that she would have my engagement ring back to me and even told me she would have the wedding bands done by then. She managed to get them all done and back to us several days before my mom arrived. I was absolutely thrilled with her work once again! I found Alexis much the same way you probably are - by looking around online, and trying to get a sense, from reviews and past designs, who would be best suited to craft the ring I was imagining for my girlfriend. After much deliberation, I''m glad I trusted my gut and went with Alexis, as she was absolutely incredible to work with, from start to finish. She is an incredibly patient individual, and she is always willing to entertain any question, no matter how "uneducated" it may be. She is thorough, prompt, pointed, and an excellent communicator. But, more than any of her specific skills, Alexis is a sage at drilling down towards your ideal design, and she was incredible at interpreting photos and descriptions of my inspiration and using them to create something magical. Since I was intent on designing the ring in relative secrecy, without input from my fiancé - and since her style is elegant, classic and relatively minimalist - I had to lean on Alexis to help me make subtle but impactful decisions that would differentiate this ring from any other. In the end, her designs were gorgeous, and her facilitation of the diamond selection process is expertly curated. Everything about the way Alexis operates is reassuring and confidence-inspiring, and she effortlessly makes the otherwise nerve-wracking process of buying a ring extremely exciting.
