Absolutely useless!!!! I'm calling to make an appointment for a real problem, not a simple check. I have been offered an appointment in more than 3 weeks! I am re-explaining the urgency because the information was not visibly understood. I am told that there is no emergency window. I therefore ask my interlocutor to see with a doctor if it is possible to double an appointment and to contact me again to keep me informed. The secretary replies that she will try (I love it!) but that if I don't hear back, I will have to call back the next day from 11 a.m. No reminder, super amazing!!! The next day, it took 1h30 for someone to answer the phone. Same story, impossible to speak to a person authorized to make a decision. Pompon, the secretary advises me to go elsewhere even though I do all my exams in this center and hangs up on me!!! Good employee! What a catastrophe !!!

I arrived at the scanner and MRI department very tired and in bad shape, very warm welcome from the secretariat who, given my condition, offered to sit down and fill out the form together. I was also asked to lie down. The MRI procedure was explained to me and everything went well. A really big thank you to this service where humanity and competence go hand in hand!

It's really great to always find places for an MRI or Scanner where there haven't been any for a long time for all the other establishments... Despite the fact that it takes 50 miles for me to get there, It's always better than hearing 1 month or more of totally moping around. The staff is charming and very kind... The only little star I'm taking away is for the 4 hours of waiting after taking the exams to get the written result, and even then it's to quibble a little 👍🏼👍 🏼👍🏼

Center located not far from the Palais de justice metro and tram stop. Difficult accessibility in my opinion, made worse by the works around the center (in 11/2023). Smiling but stressful receptionists. However, I have a question: is it normal to pay a penalty of €10 to a doctor if we do an examination with a letter of address from a doctor who is not our treating doctor? I've looked into this situation but this is the first time I've heard this and I couldn't find anything online :)

Rendez vous donnés relativement rapidement, j’y ai déjà effectué une radio, une échographie et prévu un scanner, le délai le plus long est pour l’échographie ce qui est tout à fait normal. Pas d’attente en arrivant et peu en sortant, personnel accueillant et bienveillant, tant à l’accueil qu’avec le médecin adorable Dr De Grove 👌🏼

Accueil très professionnel, pas de longue attente. Les responsables à l’accueil ont pris de leur temps pour faire des recherches administratives supplémentaires. Responsables de l'IRM très agréables et efficaces. Analyse réalisé dans les meilleures conditions possibles. Un conseil: si possible, prendre rendez vous le matin car moins de risques d'attentes.

The only Radiology center in Toulouse with very reasonable deadlines. Very efficient and professional making appointments by telephone (telephone reminder the day before the appointment + SMS). The 2 secretaries present at reception today are extremely friendly. Radiology right on time and very conscientious too. A big thank you for all this, even if it doesn’t seem like anything it’s rare and precious these days!

Just come out from an IRM scan. Very polite and friendly staff from the receptionists to the scan technicien) So unusual I in Toulouse scanner places Did not have to wait long for the scan(1/2h) or the results.!!! i will recommande the place .

J'ai passé des examens radio et scanner, tout a été bien organisé, pas d'attente, personnel très accueillant, et surtout l'équipe d'intervention, radio, scanner et injection spéciale, très à l'écoute, bienveillant, ils ont bien tout expliqué et pris leur temps. Du professionnalisme et de l'humanité. Merci

L'un des radiologues (il se reconnaitra) est incompétent et maladroit et se permet de ne pas effectuer l'examen recommandé par un spécialiste. Bilan : Il aurait du faire l'examen comme son confrère le lui demandait, nous aurions probablement gagné 6 mois sur le diagnostique d'une maladie sérieuse. Il arrive malgré tout à tout le monde de faire des erreurs.

Deux ordonnances pour deux types de radios. Un seul compte rendu et un seul jeu de clichés. Je le signale par téléphone et une assistante en vacation qui n’a pas le temps d’expliquer, parle très sèchement et vous envoie « bouler ». La communication est un art qu’elle ne maîtrise pas. Je vais devoir revenir au centre pour obtenir les informations !

Je vais faire tous mes examens radiologiques au Parc depuis quelques années. Je n'ai jamais rencontré de soucis. Le personnel est toujours agréable. Par contre, ce n'est pas souvent le cas du public, qui ne respecte pas les règles affichées (utilisation du téléphone)

My first experience with the park clinic for an ankle exam + basic ultrasound not planned. The secretary was really on top and invested in her work, very attentive, she was able to ask for an ultrasound for me which I accepted. Dr. Long was very attentive and acted in advance to schedule an MRI for me fairly quickly. I was really surprised by the support provided by this clinic, which was truly efficient and human, from the secretary to the doctor.
