I was welcomed by very friendly and always helpful staff. I would particularly like to mention Miss Breil at the reception desk for her kindness and professionalism. She also speaks excellent Italian

The worst hotel in our France travel: 1. Staff are extremely rude and untrained, reception and cleaners all give us hateful faces. Maybe they are racists, who knows? 2. I can’t believe this hotel charge us a £200 deposit for 2 nights even though we are an Accor member, which is the same price as the room. Nobody charges us for such a price, even the much better hotels in France or the same city. 3. We went into the room and found remnants of hair on the couch; we immediately reported it to reception but forgot to take pictures. They insisted that they did not admit the hygiene problem. 4. We also can't believe their receptions English were so bad as a 4-star hotel. 5. We asked Accor customer service for a refund (we know the booking policy was not refundable), and they agreed. But, the hotel manager refused to refund us and said some strange whispers with their colleagues in French, really shame. We didn't stay at this hotel at all; the manager even didn’t want to refund a penny, that's so funny. Bye-bye, Novotel; I would take this experience as a £200 lesson; I will never choose this brand again in my life; there are so many better service hotels than you.

It's ok for a 4 star hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful, and the jungle theme in the lobby is interesting. Rooms nice, aircon works well in the current 41 deg. Comfy bed. Breakfast is quite basic though, but tasty. Central location, everything within walking distance. You get a small bottle of water for free in the room. When you come back late at night the main door would be closed but just press one of the buzzers and they will let you in.

Great hotel in the city centre! We loved our stay, the atmosphere is so calming and relaxing, and the room we had was extremely quite and comfortable, it was a pleasure staying here. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, they even provided me a quite working space when I needed to take an important business call. Rooms are spacey and bright, and the shampoo/body wash selections were insane, super high quality product from a premium brand, really appreciated. Breakfast is absolutely worth it, best quality especially since most product are locally sourced, from natural honey to yoghurt and French pastry. And yes, they serve continental breakfast too.

I had the most unpleasant experience staying at the Novotel Toulouse Wilson in Sep 2023. This is why: 1. Just before 5am on 11 Sep, the fire alarm in the hotel went off. When several of us guests went down to the lobby to check on the situation, the staff said he couldnt find any fire and didn't know why the alarm went off. When one of my colleague stayed in the same hotel in Nov 2023, the fire alarm also went off in the middle of the night like this. Same response was provided by the staff when he went to the lobby. This appears to be a recurrent issue at this hotel. Being jolted up from your sleep in the middle of the night by the fire alarm is very alarming and pretty scary. Being told they do not know why the alarm went off is not reassuring. 2. I asked for 2 morning calls for 12 Sep - 4am and 430am. I did not received a single morning call from the hotel. When I went down to the front desk to check out at 6am, the front desk staff looked surprised when I mentioned I had requested for morning calls. He referred to a physical file on his desk and then said simply to me 'oh, I forgot'. I could have missed my flight/cab/meeting because the hotel staff 'forgot'. 3. During this check out on 12 Sep, I returned the adapter that I had borrowed from the hotel. The staff took over the adapter and placed it down next to him on the desk. Yet I was charged (30 euros) for it. I only realised this when I looked at the invoice after signing the credit card slip. 4. My booking did not cover breakfast as I do not have a habit of eating breakfast. Yet I was charged one breakfast (20.50 euros). I only realised this when I looked at the invoice after signing the credit card slip. 5. The extra charges of 50.50 euros (30 for adapter + 20.50 for breakfast) took 2 months to be returned to me via my credit card account. The lack of efficiency for a simple refund was appalling. I called the hotel every week to check on the refund status. Yes, despite repeated calls from me every week, it took 2 months. 6. Certain parts of the room were very dusty - the bedside table, the telephone, the window sill. I was very disappointed with my stay at Novotel Toulouse Centre Wilson because I expected more from an international hotel chain.

I arrived the night of a huge city-wide festival (Sept. 21) and stayed for a few days - this is the best location for seeing all the major sites of the City of Toulouse - I walked for miles and saw the Botanical Gardens, where they have beautiful free-range chickens and roosters roaming; I saw St. Etienne's (St. Stephen's) Cathedral dating back to 1075; there are several museums to visit (if open) and a lot of beautiful streets to roam. The hotel staff was fantastic, and the rooms comfortable. This is an excellent hotel that made my stay in Toulouse the highlight of my trip to France!

Well located at Wilson. Room conditions and quality exceeded expectations of Novotel. Novotels are a hit or miss and this time round, its room quality exceeded the usual Novotel expectation. However, pillows were foam. Plush pillows would make the stay perfect. No upgrade offered despite Gold status. Check in was only also available after 3PM. Lobby was a bit messy looking and not in the best condition or welcoming atmoshphere.

They do not have their own parking lot and have an agreement with a public parking nearby. We came to the hotel, asked for the parking (on the website is publised they have one) and the staff gave us directions to get there. When we did, it happen to be closed, we had to search for another, but most of them were full. Finally after more than one hour we managed to park by our own. Awful experience

The rooms are very noisy due to a bar outside that plays extremely noisy music. When we complained we were downgraded to a much smaller room with no water bottles and amenities and again the air conditioning was too loud. The bathroom design is not suitable for family. The breakfast was beyond bad. One cannot even have bread butter let go of other things as the bread was hard and stale. Everything was cold, nothing fresh atleast a week old. Eventually we decided to take 1 banana but even that was black. It doesnt even deserve to be a 2 star hotel.

Hotel and its rooms are good, situated in a busy centre, walkable to many places around. I had one disappointment we booked a family room they were suppose to give jacuzzi, we forgot to ask and front desk too dint tell us that it is available, when asked later she said not possible to change room and the same lady was bit rude to me when I went to collect my luggage there was a guest infront and they were continuously talking we were rushing to board our bus which will depart in 15 mins we had 5 year old kid 1.5 km distance we should walk to board the bus, I waited for 8-10 mins for my turn after that guest turn she said she will come to me after she finishes with the guest I said iam rushing I hav bus to catch in next 10 mins she made a angry face and “ I will listen to you as I finish this guest”, the other guest was humble she said plz look her need 1st it seems urgent, receptionist again said plz wait with a angry face, there were many guests behind watching the scene, I felt rele bad about this. She dint understand our problem at all.. this was around 5pm 16th Oct.

We got a very quiet room facing the inner courtyard. Very modern equipped. Unfortunately there was only water in the minibar. If you arrive by car, you get a 20% discount at the multi-storey car park. The location is perfect. Very centrally located, you can walk almost anywhere.

Good but not the best. The price was ok and the location is great. The room was recently refurbished but still has a dusty moquette. The major problem in the room was the absence of electrical plugs. There was just one on the side of the bed and one in the bathroom. I ended up charging the pc on the side of the toilet. Not the exactly best picture. Otherwise the personnel was kind and the room clean.

Very nice hotel ideally located in the centre of town. We stayed in the executive suite which was very spacious and well equipped with a table and chairs and 2 couches aswell as two good size televisions and a free mini bar (soft drinks only). The room also has a rooftop terrace so we could sit outside however unfortunately there is no view (possibly due to planning restrictions) which is a shame as the Hotel is located overlooking a nice square. For some reason the room is only equipped with a queen size bed which seems strange as the room is so large it could easily fit in a bigger bed, however it was very comfortable. Bathroom is also well equipped and is very spacious with a nice shower. We were slightly disappointed to find the room wasn't ready when we arrived despite it being 30 minutes after our check in time however other than this the staff were very helpful and efficient. I would definitely stay here again and would give the hotel 5 stars if the terrace had a view and the room had a bigger bed.

American Express chose this accommodation for me - It was requested I would received a room looking at the square in one of the highest floors. Finally only a room facing a back street was provided in the lowest floor. There was a door of a parking slamming all the time and the windows were poorly acoustically isolated. The gym was basically equipped and the spa area was closed due to Covid restrictions, even if almost all hotels have restarted it and national measures were already relaxed. The A/C control was not intuitive and finally the room stayed very hot during the summer night. An extra amount of provision over the average was requested, even if no consume was planned. I wish I could provide a more positive feedback, but the service offered this time was greatly poor - I hope you can improve it, dear Novotel team.

Perfect location, very clean, friendly staff, pretty good continental breakfast. The only negative might be that the hotel is modern in decor, so some might find it slightly impersonal

Everything was good. But downstairs in the lobby when I had to go to the restroom URGENTLY, one of the lobby restroom was closed for cleaning, lady said you can use second one, when I went there 2 steps away, one of the staff says not you can’t use it. He was so rude, he saw I had a room key from this hotel and I’m a guest. They have to train them how to speak to the guests.

The service was perfect, 10/10. The room was clean, with nice amenities, and very comfortable. The mini bar was empty but for us it wasn't s problem. The breakfast was great and with many original details. The gym is small but with good quality machines.

Lovely iron work breakfast room. Bedrooms a touch small. Solid 4 star hotel no complaints slept like a dream.

As a tourist to Toulouse i got lost and decided to ask my way at reception. I was given information i needed and was also allowed access to the bathroom without a problem. Ths entrance and reception area looked clean and neat. Unfortunately i was not a guest so unable to comment on the rooms. If i have an opportunity to be a guest in future, i would consider this hotel though. Did sneak in this lovely lamp in reception though.

I love this place ... as it is the former Capoul Hotel, where I used to stay very often in the last decades of business trips. This time I joint a phantastic restaurant close to ... and was kindly reminded ... that my old beloved Capoul is close :-)

Overall, this was a good stay. The room was good, clean and sufficient. It would be nice to have a shower door to prevent water from getting all over the bathroom floor each morning. However, some facilities in the hotel need repair. For example, the work out facility was run down and poorly maintained.

First room we got was a smelly smokers rooms (402) - we asked to change, no apologies made to us for the trouble. Second room we got ended up very noisy and I could barely sleep for that night. The noise was from the street aside with party goers until 4am then at 6.30am constructions works began. That 412 room needs urgent sound proofing - it should be priority for a hotel to ensure guests have a good night sleep, that's the main purpose. I will not return to that property and I advise against.

👍 We stayed during a cool spell this May. Our room was cool to cold and the thermostat did not work. We were told May was usually warm and the system had already been changed to cooling, and could not be changed back. OK… I understand but would expect to be offered an extra blanket, or some other acco...
