Front desk woman was amazingly helpful and kind, which was so wonderful - that is enough to make me glad to stay here! Great location, right on the Capitole square, just down the Rue Taur from Saint Sernain and its associated museum, surrounded by restaurants, music and shops. Very reasonable room rates especially for the location, although if you want to have a beverage, get it from the Carrefours across the street -- it was 4.5 euros for a small bottle of iced tea, which is 2 euros higher than even our sightseeing cruise was charging while underway! :-)

Perfect city hotel for a short stay at Toulouse. The location of this hotel is just amazing directly next to the capitol. Very friendly staff. The first room had a broken bed, but after complaining they offered us a new room real quick. Very calm in the backyard. The breakfast is really good as well. Would come back any time.

A part of a very busy French city. Restaurants, scenery and location is brilliant. A visit to the covered market is a must.

Excellent hotel! We had a lovely stay. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. There must have been a good sound insulation because we didn't hear a thing. We mostly booked this hotel because they don't have carpets in the rooms. We think it's more hygienic without carpets. The room was very clean, everything was spotless. Breakfast had a good selection including a few vegan options and the hotel staff were friendly and professional. We loved the musical theme of the hotel as well. The location is in the center or Toulouse Capitole, everything in the city center is at a walking distance from the hotel. If you come with a car you can park at the underground Capitole parking (email or call the hotel first) it's an alright parking, pretty safe to leave your car there overnight.

All the staff are very pleasant and helpful, giving a great guest experience. The rooms, whilst furnished in a slightly minimalist style, are very comfortable and clean. We enjoy the experience of coming from the Place du Capitole and within a few steps being in the tranquility of the hotel courtyard.

Everything about the hotel was perfect. The location couldn't have been better, we were able to walk to so many different areas. The decor is lovely and everywhere is spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice and all staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed here on a recent trip with my two children... They have a family solution which is two rooms inter connected which is fantastic. They are large rooms, with super comfy beds and pillows. Additionally the priced in continental breakfast hits the mark. The hotel could not be more central... Step outside into the main square where the little tourist train awaits, as well as all the cafes including Cafe Florida. Cost is competitive also. Enjoy!

One of the Best IBIS hotels I have ever stayed First Location is just perfect in the center near to everything by walking distance ! Receptionist are very friendly and helpful . Rooms are nice.

Toulouse is a lovely place to visit and Ibis Styles Hotel is located in an ideal position, right on the main square. Very good breakfast.

Terrible customer experience at breakfast.

Excellent centrally located hotel. Toulouse is well worth a visit of 3-4 days and hotel location makes all attractions accessible on foot.

Location it superb, but going to the parking can be challenging in the evening with a car. Good breakfast and overall good sound insulation from the room to the coridor. And good seating area in the courtyard. View from my room was terrible in to the back and some ventilation shaft, even during the day really dark.

Very nice hotel, clean, modern rooms in the building with an armosphere. Perfect breakfast. Double rooms have different size, mine was very spacious, but a colleague complaint about other one that they had just 1m around bed.

Good hotel in the city center, new and clean inside, with some nice interior. The stuff was friendly as well and breakfast very was good!

Very central hotel right in the heart of Toulouse surrounded by numerous cafes, restaurants and shops. A metro stop is also round the corner. Staff are very helpful and polite. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is good and varied. No cooked breakfast though. However still satisfactory. A pleasant stay and highly recommended.

Exceptional staff

The location of this newly renovated Ibis Styles is great! Right at the Place de Capitole. The rooms of the hotel are very neat and modern, perfect for a business or city trip. The bathroom is very spacious and has everything you need. It is a clean place with really friendly staff! Also the breakfast served fulfills everyone's wishes. Altogether it is a great hotel, which comes in very cheap per night!

I was disappointed by the room for the price I paid; you could not open the window, the shower had no pressure (while on the first floor - come on), the breakfast was only until 10:30 on a Sunday morning (come on 2). Clearly they are basically optimizing costs and kind of trying to save every cents they can. Next time I’ll go back to the competition next door. Edition after hotel's response: what kind of creepy Hotel Management / Customer Relationship Service gives the exact time (at the minute) of when their guest booked and when they arrived on a public customer review to answer customer feedback ? Do you want also to share your CCTV ? Freaks !

Super nice 2 days stay. Nice peeps at the reception, room was clean, facilities are really well maintained. Breakfast was ok, not much (but it was Covid circonstances) so pretty much limited. Perfect location in front the the most famous platz of Toulouse!

Fantastic staff and location. Can not recommend more highly for a central Toulouse stay. A beautiful city and a fantastic location to enjoy it from.
