The Hotel Royal Wilson is an older 3 star hotel and shows signs of wear a tear but the rooms are comfortable and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The location is excellent with plenty of restaurants to chose from. The only negative was the poor wifi (hard to live without it now) on the upper floors. We were on the fourth floor.

I am enjoying my stay here. It is very economical, conveniently located, very comfortable and quiet rooms with a staff who tries hard to make sure you enjoy your stay. I had a climate control issue in my room, I was moved to another room the next day where the climate control was much better. This isn't the most fancy hotel around, but I came to Toulouse to experience France, not to stay in an expensive fancy hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Hôtel Royal Wilson is exceptional in every way! I chose to stay in the dormitory and it was lovely. Safe & very clean with privacy curtain, bed lamp, chargers, and comfortable bed & pillow. What sets HRW apart however, is the incredibly helpful staff, Nadine especially, who went above and beyond to assist me with transportation problems and other friendly tips! I recommend it most highly!

I stayed there one night in September. I loved the curtains on my bunk bed! Big plus. Downside was no fan in the room. Good value for the price.

Please change those metal rings. Their sound throughout the night make me mad. Hostel and staff are really nice.

I stayed in a dorm, every thing is great good beds with privacy curtains, lookers abd fancy furniture the only thing that bothered me is the exit light inside the room The location is perfect it s in the heart of toulouse

Small hotel in a great location, and nice to have air conditioning in the room. But the bathroom just had a tub with a sprayer, not an actual shower, and the hot water sometimes never got better than lukewarm.

Top location and very reasonably priced.

Really cool place! From the location to the staff everything was amazing. The building itself is awesome. You can definitely feel the history in there. Also, the interior design is something that you don't see everywhere.. Not at this rate. The four stars is solely because the bed wasn't the greatest due to the very thin and hard mattress. Overall, yes, I happily recommend it.

Clean and friendly Hotel. Convenient for the sites and shops of Toulouse. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Main issue of Hotel was the poor shower - a hose over the bath that had to be run at max temperature to be warm. Very old fashioned by todays standards

Stayed there as a part of a bike tour. The personnel is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is located in the city center and close to all the sightseeings as well as to the means of public transportation. Overall, it was okay, but the hotel is really basic (which you could expect from a 2-star hotel). The rooms were clean, there were shower kits and clean set of towels. The room was facing the inner yard and it was not always pleasant to open the door or the window as other guests were smoking in the yard and the smell of cigaret smoke went into the room. At the same time, there was a very unpleasant smell in the room itself, could be because of the old carpet or something else. I think it's a good value for money for a short stay in the city centre, otherwise there're better and also cheaper options. The breakfast is nice but again really very basic.

For the price they give,this is the best solution. Plus near the center of tourism. Rooms looks like too regular.but comfort. The only thing is handshower,not good idea.

Very nice hotel, it's a family-like business. The staff is welcoming, the breakfast is good and abundant, and it's well located close to Toulouse city centre.

I have stayed at least 20 times in the Royal Wilson. This should tell you how much I like this hotel and the staff of Royal Wilson. Every time I come to Toulouse for business I stay in the Royal Wilson, and only there. The hotel is lovely, it is an old historic building with very appropriate decor, it is located in the very center of town, and the staff is always kind and friendly. Moreover, even the hotel rate is affordable. The rooms are small, cozy, and comfortable, the historic staircase is lovely and should know many stories if it could speak. In particular do I like the open inner courtyard on the first upper floor which shines in its mediterranean flair. Even rain feels less sad there. I always ask for a room there, and often I am granted my wish. There is only the best to say about this hotel, it is one of my all time favourite hotels ever, and I hope to return to there many more times in the future.

Clean place with an unbeatable location, a few minutes walk from the train station and in the heart of the city. I also want to highlight the friendly treatment of their staff, especially Liz from Mexico. I will definitely book with them again. Thanks 😊

We loved this place. Close to all the attractions at the heart of Toulouse that you'll want to visit, and very decent hotel for the price. Rooms were small but more than adequate, clean, and breakfast was well worth the €9.
