For a second week of business meetings in Toulouse not far from the airport, an excellent base to stay. Spacey, clean and modern room, very friendly service. Excellent kitchen equipment. Room is fully air conditioned and the windows protect effectively from the road nearby. There is also a nice and supervised swimming pool (which I had no time to use due to meetings and business dinners), and a possibility to have breakfast in the hotel restaurant with a nice terrace. Will come back next year.

Great hotel and brilliant staff.

WE were told on arrival that we hadn't paid for breakfast which confused me. I was sure I had - however 30hours of flying from NZ had me doubting myself and I trusted the lady checking us in. When checking out, I discovered we had infact paid - however they wouldn't refund. She said she'd get her boss to email me. He has now emailed and says it's non refundable. I feel very disappointed, as it was the staff that mis informed me. She even told me where I could go to purchase breakfast outside of the hotel. Effectively, I paid twice for my family - unnecessarily.

Welcoming staff. Self catering rooms with kitchen facilities. Good breakfast. Reception is closed on Sunday afternoon, please check the website. Quiet place, more suited when you have a vehicle.

We just stayed two nights, but wished it would have been more. We stayed in a really nice apartment close to the swimming pool. Enough room, clean bathroom, even a little kitchen was there. The whole residence is very calm and good for relaxing, the guys at the reception were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good.

Simple but very comfortable hotel

The place is beautiful and the servire good.

The staff is great and the main areas are ok. The rooms were once great and are really more apartments but they are very old and need some major cleaning.

Nice rooms, good connectivity, Peaceful area, Nice Professional staff, Breakfast is one which you can never miss. Every day room service is done. Clean and hygienic vicinity. Great place to live.
