The apartment itself is big, had amazing views of the city and contained everything you need however their hours of operation is only 9-7pm and we were charged an extra 30 euros for arriving outside of these hours. Service sucks overall. You aget penalised for leaving the place dirty - you have to take out the trash, etc yourself which is just an inconvenience. Parking is a little far when you have a lot of bags and is 27 Euros.

View was great and the rooms are modern. But personnel speaks almost no English. Breakfast you get in a bag on the day before. But sometimes it gets forgotten. Fortunately, with the inbuild kitchen, you can make your own one.

Great place a little hard to find nice view walking distance to shops and points of interest. Last night there we had a lightening storm awesome show from the 18th floor

Meh. Location is nice and space was new/freshly renovated but it was small and wifi sucked. Breakfast offering was silly but who needs it when you have a stove and microwave. Maybe a bigger space would have made us happier

This was our number place to stay in Toulouse since Sept 2020 but what has happened? The management have clearly changed and has been replaced with the most awful set of employee. Previously we had been welcomed by the manger who was always so polite, reactive and nothing was any trouble for her, she also gave us good discounts as we have stayed so many times. Yesterday I called to see if I could get a good rate, the person who answered a man, very incoherent and pretty off in his manner, he said he could not look at any tarifs and call back in two hours? Are you seriously telling me no computer was there to look at? I run a holiday business and I would never behave like that? I did call back, told to call again, but gave up. We will never go back and haut lofts you have lost a valued guest.

Nice but not as expected. Staff is great, the lofts is nice and well furnished. The view is something. And the breakfast is also worth it. However we expected a bigger more confortable bed and a room soundproofed.

The lofts are a really great concept and we have stayed twice in the past two months. We had a superior loft and the second time upgraded to the penthouse which was fabulous. The views are breathtaking and we have stayed in a lot of 5 star hotels in Toulouse and this , albeit not a five star is the most striking and interesting. It was just amazing to watch the city wake up and go to sleep. A few details could improved on but they are really minor.. better furniture for the outdoor area to sit on and a better tv/entertainment area but to be honest we did not go there to watch tv ,the view is too distracting. The lofts are ideally situated just a couple of minutes from the place Wilson and we explored the quarter St Aubin, which has some really nice food shops and restaurants literally five minutes away. Finally front of house staff are very friendly and informative. I recommend 100%. Also if your coming in by train its a small walk.

We loved the accommodations! It was a beautiful room and the view was fabulous. It was exactly what we needed!

For a long stay is better than hotel, for me. After one week I started prepare food. Very friendly staff.

We loved our stay at HautLofts. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Apartment was clean and well equipped with amazing views of Toulouse and beyond. The breakfast was a highlight - arrived on trays to the apartment every morning with plenty to eat. I’d stay here again.

Room was ok but kinda expensive. The building was sketchy. The worst was the reception, they never answer the phone + were not helpful at all.
