En lisant les commentaires je ne suis pas la seule à qui on ai dit ça visiblement… Je m’y prendrai tôt mais j’irai désormais consulter un ophtalmologue en dehors d’un gros centre.

I as a foreigner (graduate student/Teaching Assistant) have very limited chances to get appointments and keep up with my schedule . This place for lack of hours, lack of appointments and lack of ability to accommodate students, especially when this is a large city is shocking. Going to another city for an appointment feels insane but that may be better than waiting many months to get a RDV at this confusing and inconvenient "service".

Best eye treatment, take online appointment and have your eye check up in 20 mins. Most staff speaks English too.

Great center. Couldn’t find an appointment anywhere else before 6 months, but managed to get one here. The staff are very welcoming and the doctors are great (they speak english too). I didn’t give a full review only because I was admitted 20 minutes late

Very bad service. I won't suggest it to anyone. Yesterday on 22nd Nov evening , my kid and I were having an appointment with them and due to "Manifestation des agriculteurs" all roads were blocked. We drove more than 1 hour, stuck in traffic with all block roads from Colomiers and reached 15 mins late for the appointment. And I requested them multiple times to take us in as we are coming from far and there was really bad traffic. My son and I came out of our car and ran for more than 1 km to reach this place as cars were not moving. They didn't let us in. I could have understood if it was normal traffic and we arrived late but if you go to the news, you can see how bad it was yesterday evening. In general if you go to Point Vision, you need to wait for hours to get your turn to come. At that time this appointment timing isn't taken into consideration. It took us 2hours30 mins just to go back to our house. We were just on the road for more than 4 hours without our fault. Without any check-up. Will never come to this place again and will not recommend anyone to waste their time too. Update: It was 15 mins but you can say whatever you want. I can say what I experienced. Also the person sitting at reception was very rude, she shouted at me. Even my son felt bad because of her behavior.

A fuir. Pour une simple demande de lentille, on vous propose un passage chez l'orthoptiste rapide malgré le fait que vous arriviez avec un bilan venant d'être effectué puis on prévient que vous ne les aurez pas aujourd'hui qu'après un passage chez l'ophtalmo vous repartez avec n devis.... et un second rdv pour l'ophtalmo pour adaptation.... bref on vous prend pour la poule aux œufs d'or on va me répondre que c'est pour mon bien !!!! Passez votre chemin!!!

Dès mon arrivée, trop en avance apparemment, il m’a été demandé d’attendre dehors car salle d’attente trop remplie. Sauf que dire cela à une personne qui n’a plus 20 ans, c’est très moyen. Après une attente interminable car les heures de RDV ne sont pas respectées, j’ai été prise en charge par une jeune fille très courtoise et professionnelle. Attente à nouveau pour être reçu dans un deuxième temps par une ophtalmologue. Elle parait professionnelle et agréable jusqu’au moment où elle rédige une ordonnance pour des lunettes sans tenir compte du compte rendu de sa jeune collègue qui préconise des verres progressifs. Je lui en fait donc la demande et tout en souriant me répond qu’il n’y a aucun problème et qu’elle me change l’ordonnance. Je suis interloquée par cette scène où c’est moi qui choisis, en fait, la correction qui sera appliquée sur mes futures lunettes. Puis, c’est le moment de récupérer la carte vitale auprès des secrétaires qui ne sont pas plus agréables qu’à l’aller. Et là, c’est la douche froide: 90€ Alors, certes, les tarifs peuvent être consultés mais quand même, vous ne savez pas, en arrivant, quels examens seront pratiqués donc la surprise est bien à la fin. Enfin, la colonne des taux de remboursements ne correspondent pas à une réalité car j’ai perçu 10€ et des poussières de la sécurité sociale et 17€ et des poussières de ma mutuelle. Avec, bien sûr, une nouvelle visite à prévoir dans 3 mois, alors qu’il m’a été clairement indiqué que ce serait juste pour confirmer que tout va bien. Je comprends bien que ce protocole ne cherche qu’à vous faire dépenser des sommes importantes, avec des dépassements d’honoraires significatifs. Emballée à l’idée d’obtenir un RDV dans des délais défiants toute concurrence, j’ai déchanté après ce RDV et ne retournerai pas dans ce genre de centre qui n’a pour objectif que de s’enrichir. Dommage, le concept était vraiment très bien à la base.

RDV presque pris de la veille au lendemain et tout était au point ! Peu d'attente, personnel qui a le sourire et surtout une super écoute pour une prescription qui me convient ! Merci beaucoup !
