I'm
a
big
fan
of
Ethiopian
food
as
I
have
eaten
it
numerous
times
so
when
i
pass
by
Makeda
and
the
place
was
full,
I
decided
to
make
a
reservation.
Unfortunately,
the
food
is
changed
too
much
to
suit
the
French
palate.
The
spices
are
completely
toned
down
that
unfortunately
one
dish
to
the
others
doesn't
taste
any
different.
Even
the
injera
doesn't
have
the
slight
sourness
(it's
meant
to
be
as
it's
a
natural
fermentation
dough).
Upon
second
observation,
the
customers
of
this
restaurant
are
French
people,
not
one
is
Ethiopian,
so
that
says
a
lot.
The
cleanliness,
service,
and
attention
to
details
deserve
5
stars
as
the
place
is
very
well
kept
and
dirty
tables
quickly
cleaned
by
the
waitress.
If
you
want
to
try
a
westernized
Ethiopian
food
with
clean
cutlery
and
such
do
go
here,
if
taste
is
what
you
are
chasing
after,
you
better
not,
especially
if
you
are
used
to
Ethiopian
food..
The
taste
is
not
worth
the
expensive
price
tag.
