Definitely not what I was expecting when a local waitress recommended stopping into the Giddy Up Cafe! Iโ€™m so glad we stopped in! We shared the Hawaiian Dinner Special and boy was it good! There was a line when we entered but honestly was happy to see they were busy! The wait was manageable and the outdoor eating area was perfect to relax and chit chat while we waited. We will definitely be back to try their breakfast the next time weโ€™re in town!

The staff is super friendly and music is on point. A must if youโ€™re downtown during the weekend. Perfect after a long soak. Also, the coffee is small batch roasted in house.

You order at the front, find a seat and they will bring the food out to you. The food is a good portion. They do offer alternatives for dietary restrictions. I ordered the quiche and had a beautiful side of fruit. It was delicious. My husband got an omelet burrito and it came with a side of well seasoned quinoa. The atmosphere is wonderful and relaxing. Definitely recommend.

Went to T or C for our anniversary and the Giddy Up had a special Spanish menu for the day. The food was to die for and the place was so cute and quintessentially New Mexico. 100% coming back.

My friends and I ate breakfast on a Sunday at The Giddy up Cafe. Great service and food. The food is pricey, paid $13 for a biscuit with green Hatch gravy and another $13 for an omelet. Vegetarian options are available. However, I am lactose intolerant and no dairy free options available for coffee. Sitting is limited and mostly outside. Unfortunately, someone was hovering over us to finish eating so they could sit. Overall, a cute place to grab a quick bite.

Favorite place to eat in town! All the staff are friendly and attentive. Clean outdoor seating is pleasant. Food is high quality ingredients that looks and tastes like it is under priced, so good! Carling is amazing, and makes everyone feel welcome.

This was literally some of the best food I have had in such a long time. We were visiting from Albuquerque and this restaurant was the highlight of our trip. Such great people and some incredible food pairings that work so well together. A must go if you are in T or C!! Thank you all for an amazing experience!

I visited and ate at this cafรฉ while on a girls' trip last year in New Mexico. The cafรฉ was quant and the food was so good! I had a pasta dish that was delicious. My friend and I sat outside to eat and it was chilly as it was February. We were given blankets to wear while outside, which was so nice! Service was great and I would definitely eat here again if I visit Truth or Consequences sometime in the future.

This little spot is the place to go for breakfast and for good reason. The biscuits and gravy came highly recommended so O got them. It was very good. I would definitely come back.

Delicious home-cooked food, peaceful patio and sweet, kind staff. What else do you need? I got the breakfast sandwich and my partner got the chicken and waffles. Yum!

Best iced coffee of my life! I bought a bag of ground coffee to take home, they roast it there. The collard greens salad and curry wurst was excellent. Great gluten-free options. The ambiance on the patio was so nice too.

We stopped for lunch at the Giddy Up Cafe. What a treat! Delicious, healthy food in more than enough portions. We ordered two omelets with different additions as well as a veggie omelette with an egg. Portions were large enough to share if you want. We parked on the street just across from the restaurant. Lovely shaded patio area made our visit complete as well as a delightful young lady who took our order. Itโ€™s not far off the interstate so stop by if youโ€™re hungry.

We came in stressed from a small car accident, unhurt but shaken. The waitress was immediately welcoming and friendly! The food was delicious and the homemade plum slushie was divine. 10/10 best place, and queer friendly too!

๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ Tony's is the best..! Today was my 59th Birthday so we had to eat there to celebrate. My wife and I had our first date there 14 years ago when it was still LaPinata. As a result we had them caterer our wedding. We just moved back to T or C less than a month ago and we've already eaten there 4 times....
