The oldest shopping place in Jeddah

Old jeddah market where you can buy all kinds of items for cheaper as opposed to bigger cities like Riyadh, Makkah or Madina. I bought myself a few clothing items and it's better to go and explore shops inside which are cheaper and offer the same quality goods. Sometimes you can get things for half the price if you know how to bargain and try to show you are a local as opposed to a foreigner. I had the good fortune of having a local saudi friend who bargained for me and I kept my mouth shut :p. All in all a very interesting experience، it's an old school market so don't expect it be super store.

One of the best places in jeddah to do shopping as there are alot of local shops with reasonable prices, It's very well organised as the shops are separated from each other for clothes, electronic and trodtinal clothes

It's actually a wholesale market..For buying products to resale it's a good place for retail buyers...and also have some retail stores there. After all, it's actually the best place to buy products at wholesale prices .

Is a historic place in jeddah . I used to go each friday there to get the bus or by my daily shpping vegetables and fruits as well as sometimes cloths . You can meet diferent nationnalities there and all kind of imported goods .

It’s an old and famous wholesale market in Jeddah. Most of the items available in this market. Due to expansion of infrastructure in Jeddah some areas of babaharif were demolished by authority. Historical buildings were located in this region.
