Beautiful restaurant and grounds! Great staff and good food! However, not the cleanest or updated. We stayed here for couple of days before realizing that they had bed bugs and when we looked at other rooms those mattresses had bed bugs as well. The staff tried to help and were very accommodating and friendly, but unfortunately we ended up moving to a different hotel because of it. A lot of the appliances also needed to be replaced and the rooms needed to be cleaned better and updated. A lot of other bugs could easily get inside the rooms as well. Overall, our experience here was pleasant, but the mattresses need to be replaced. I would have loved to give this 5 stars because everything besides the bed bugs and cleanliness was amazing, but a nice and popular hotel should not have this problem.

Loved our stay at BebTepi Sawah Villas. The villas are Balinese Style, which is what wanted in visiting Bali. They are set amongst little rice fields and Beautiful gardens with many orchids 2 pools and although we didn't get a massage here the prices looked affordable. The staff where all friendly, helpful and never overbearing. Beautiful Orchid Duck Restaurant at the Villas where we enjoyed our breakfast from a menu with choices for each course. They have a shuttle bus service free for all guests at different times throughout the day, you fo need to book your seat. We walked back from the Monkey forest thinking it was close enough. But we would not do that again as the roads are not pedestrian friendly near the Villas. We used Grap and Gojek apps for the most convenient way of getting around Ubud on their motor bike taxis. This is a smaller resort, a great place to chill and enjoy a cocktail with Cocktails 2 for 1 from 12 to 6pm ever day. Recommend the Villas as a quiet oasis in the very busy city of Ubud. They where beginning to renovate some of the Villas when we're there, So next season will be worth booking. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We along with our family stayed in Bebek Tapi for 5 nights and we had an amazing experience. We stayed at the Batuan Villa which was pretty spacious, with inter connected rooms and really good if travelling with parents/family. Their hospitality was top notch. Every tourist staying in the hotel had access to free shuttle services that operated between the hotel to Ubud's main center I.e. ubud market and monkey forest (2 drop and pick up points) within set timings and that helped us a lot of money. They have two restaurants, one Japanese and the other one an authentic Balinese restaurant very famous for BEBEK dish. Free refill of drinking water was another plus point. Overall the stay was worth the penny and we would love to visit again. 🙂

Didn’t stay here, came here on a recommendation for the food which was good, the menu is well priced for a villa/resort. Service from staff was friendly. Dishes are around 60,000-90,000INR and the drinks are pretty standard until you go for the liquor. Very relaxing atmosphere for diners. There are plenty of normal tables if you don’t like the low to ground options. Amenities could’ve done with a bit more attention.

The place is stunning and beautiful. I have no doubt, this place is my number one list for the best decoration category that I've ever seen. I ordered crispy & grilled duck here and the tastes was very good. It's a bit pricey but for me it's totally worth it. If you want to having a soothing brunch at Bali, you could never go wrong with this restaurant.

I have only visited restaurant and had great experience. Bebek Tepi Sarah is set on a large property which used to be rice paddies. It is immaculately decorated and maintained. The menu focuses on duck dishes and they are just great, cooked to perfection and with an array of Balinese sauces and dips. The staff is excellent.

The restaurant only. Been here a few times entertaining out of town guests. The food is good as always. The only downside is the exorbitant price for a traditional cuisine, which I supposed make sense being a large establishment with a view and surrounding to match. Personally not my choice to have a meal own my own, but spot on to impress my guests and friends when visiting the island.

Best restaurant view ever. I ordered a very delicious duck stewed inside a Bamboo valves, forgot the name though. The price is high anyway, but with service and scenery like this, I am willing pay again to relive the experience.

Quiet and peaceful, with the most impeccable service. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The spa experience in the middle of a rice field is slightly overpriced, but recommended for the masseuse skill and of course the ambience. Breakfast at the villa restaurant was a visual and culinary delight every morning. The public restaurant is better at traditional than at western food. So you're better off ordering the crispy duck than the mushroom soup.

Service is absolutely brilliant, the waiter and waitress were really initiative.The view of the grass fields were really cool and relaxing. My experience was a solid 10/10. I had my lunch accompanied by Mr. Nyoman, the owner and art collector which was awesome too in the restaurant. overall, its cool. And the crispy ducks were spot on

I've traveled extensively and have never come across such an awe-inspiring resort. The grounds were immense and immaculate, just stunning. There were amazing gardens and spiritual adornments everywhere the eye could see. It truly was heaven and I did not want to leave. The staff were amazing - they were at your service as much as you'd like but also were adept in allowing you to experience of the serene peacefulness of Ubud. Dewi was hands-down the most creative and masterful manager - our group felt like royalty. I whole-heartedly can recommend a stay at Bebek Tepi Sawah Villas and Spas - it truly was breathtaking and somewhere that will always be a fond, memorable experience.

We stayed at the villa for 3 nights, we were upgraded to the room with the private jacuzzi outside and the room and the surrounding areas were fantastic. Ayu and her team went above and beyond during our stay including the housekeeping team who did an amazing job with the flower arrangements and the restaurant team who set up the private terrace dinner in the rice field all for our engagement. All food during our stay was amazing, could not fault anything, would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again

Spent 3 nights here recently while traveling a tour group. Excellent in every aspect - staff, room, food amenities!! Ordered breakfast each day from a great selection of food. Laundry serve was great! Each room had it's own private patio entrance. Enjoyed having a bath tub! Ni Made Trisna Dewi was so very friendly!

Bebek Tepi Sawah Villas is one of the best, coziest, homely, yet full of modern amenities villas in Ubud. It’s one of the best places to stay in Ubud. Centrally located its full of traditional grandeur once you’re inside this magnificent place. I’d like to give our special thanks to the Operations Manager, Ni Made Trisha, Dewi ( Dewi for short). Dewi went out of her way to make our stay extra special and extra comfortable. The room we were assigned to was not so much to our liking, Dewi intervened and provided us with a room with an incredible view, with a spacious balcony and made sure we liked everything in the room. She checked back with us the next day to make sure all was well!! The day we were leaving Ubud she made sure she was out in the parking lot to say goodbye to each of her guests and took pictures of us in the most picturesque spots on this magical property.
