Nice stay!! Very close to the train station and city centre, 7min walking. Really good breakfast, large room with comfy bed and amenities. The cafe and restaurant with tasty food. The cafe waiter had a cold, and cough up and spit out. Be careful with that!! The receptionist (very kind) let us go to the spa after checking out cause our train left at 4pm. New and complete gym, swimming pool and sauna. Good goal! I recommend it!!

Great hotel, far better than anything in Yekaterinburg or Krasnoyarsk (including the Novotels there). The staff spoke English well, the gym was well-equipped, and the breakfast area was nice (although there were few vegan options). The highlight of the hotel was the incredibly spacious rooms. The beds were large and comfortable and the furniture was new, although the carpet looked cheap. The bathroom was clean and modern with Japanese style toilets. We would definitely stay here again if we visited Ulan-Ude.
