Very happy to have stopped by here to try the food from Uzbekistan, we had a very warm reception and the server was fantastic. The dumplings were delicious and the soup was fantastic. Very interesting flavours and not ones you try everyday. The meat was also really good and quite tasty. We really enjoyed our time here and will be back again if we are in the area!

I rarely ever give 1 start review because I'm usually not picky and not easily disappointed but man this place is not the greatest. When we came in we were seated pretty quick. The waiter brought out the tea pretty quick and said he will come back with the menu. We waited about 20min before we decided to get up and ask for it..ended getting it from a different table. We finally decided on what we wanted to eat and waited about another 15min before our order was taken. 15 or so minutes they brought out bread, with soup while others waited on their orders. 10 or so minutes later part of the order came out and it was not the rest of it. We asked for another tea pot they took it away and haven't brought it out till the end. We were still missing 2 things that we ordered at that time and finally the meat dish came out...like 50min later. I never received a second dish that I ordered:/ I asked the waiters to cancel the order because I didn't want it anymore and both times they replied they will see where the order is at. Anyways...never came out. The food was not good! Very very disappointing. Bread was a bit dry and manti were sour for some reason..could not finish them. I ended up going to a different restaurant to get something to eat after. The dish that I didn't receive they didn't take it off the receipt. I tried to insist our friend to tell them to take it off the menu but he insisted on paying. I know this sounds bad but we decided not to leave a tip instead. Probably would have waited another 30 min for that to be resolved. Seemed like they only had 2 waiters for the whole restaurant..was very disorganized. Maybe if they hired more help it would make their customer service better and efficient. I will not come back here again...ever. oh and had acid reflex the second I came out of that restaurant.

Good food, clean place, nice ambiance. We got there around 5:00pm on a Sunday. It's still early for dinner, therefore not many people. We were served with hot tea as complimentary. Everything we ordered were tasty, but I like the rice pilaf the most.

Food was okay. Some were good but some were missing certain spices to give it the wow factor. Portions were generous. Place has nice decor. Service was lacking. And....Seriously! $5 for hot tea in a tiny tea pot using a tea bag?!?! Plus they didn't tell me they charged for each pot. That's not cool. I thought I was getting 3 "refills" of hot water. But I guess for $5 each pot, it's nice that they gave us a new tea bag.

This restaurant certainly deserves the high rating it's got on Google. We ordered the Balaza soup and Olivier salad for starters, both were really great. The main dishes were Sofi Osh (comes with small salad plate) and the lamb chops plate. The meat was perfectly cooked and the rice was great. Food felt clean and the presentation was nice. We ordered honey cake afterwards which was ok but not the best I've had but the tea was complimentary which was a plus. The restaurant decor and ambience were quite nice and relaxing, the bathrooms weren't too bad but could use some cleaning. Only downside is there weren't enough waiters serving the tables and the portions felt a bit small, for me and my husband that wasn't an issue cause we don't eat a lot, but for people with greater appetite, it might feel like more is needed to be full. Last thing, their prices are quite reasonable.

The food here is amazing. I went with a friend to catch up, and the atmosphere is perfect for a restaurant where you can still have a conversation, without it being too quiet. I ended up having a dumpling soup and a uyghur dish and the soup wash fresh, bright and satisfying while the main dish was super savory and succulent. I wanted to keep eating it but I unfortunately only have one stomach. The deserts are fantastic as well, and by the end of it, there wasn't a morsel left to be had. I also love the fact they serve fresh tea and leave it on the table. 10/10 on atmosphere, food, service and I will be back again!

Went here last night and tried Uzbek food for the very first time. It was an amaaaazing experience masha Allah. The decor of the restaurant catches your eye immediately and the way we were greeted was very pleasant. Once your seated, they serve complimentary comforting and hot tea. We ordered the Kulcha Patir, Chicken Cubes and Sofi Osh (plov). Everything was fresh and SO good! I highly recommend this place, it’s so worth it!!!

This place is an experience. It’s located on a cozy corner. The place is very neat, we underestimated the quantity of food and ordered a lamb and chicken plate with pumpkin bread and a napoleon for dessert. We were so full by the end of the meal. The pumpkin bread was delicious and the meat very juicy and soft. The cutlery and plates gave authentic feel of Uzbekistan.

In town for one day and just wanted some great flavor meats , this place did not disappoint!!! We had lamb meatball soup, salads, chicken cubes , lula mix , specialty rice - all very good with lots of flavor and cooked with love . I loved their honey cake. It was so freshly made that cream barely cooled down but it was melting in my mouth ! Will gladly return back next time in SF.

Alhumdulila.. I was searching for somewhere to eat and then I found this place. Food from Uzbekistan, super tasty and authentic. You start the meal with some tea, followed by a soup of your choice. Then it's time for the main event which can be any from their selection of grilled halal meats. I went for the lamb cubes. If you have room, the desserts are a perfect way to finish your visit.

Quality food! A must try spot, very interesting flavours and dishes. Very meat based menu, therefore not the best place for vegetarians. The bread dishes are amazing - so flaky and layered. Very nice interior with beautiful light fixtures and fine china the food is served on. The service is very friendly but seems to be understaffed. Very slow responses to any requests, again very friendly just slow. Try the compote juice drink!

The Sofi Osh was a taste of Central Asia, bursting with rich flavors and spices that made each bite a delight. The beef somsa was a perfect balance of flaky pastry and savory filling, leaving me craving for more. The lamb mixed kebab was succulent and expertly grilled, offering a medley of flavors that was truly exquisite. The overall dining experience was top-notch!

I recently dined at an Uzbek restaurant in San Francisco, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The food was incredibly tasty, offering a delightful array of flavors from Uzbekistan. The service was on point, with attentive and friendly staff, ensuring a memorable dining experience. What impressed me further was the restaurant's convenient location, making it easily accessible for locals and tourists alike. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking an authentic Uzbek culinary journey with top-notch service.

On our visit to SF we came across this restaurant. The selling point for us for Halal and affordable prices since we came from LA . Tried Uzbeki food for the first time ever and was not disappointed. Will definitely visit again next time we are in SF and bring our friends along and also suggest this place to our friends and family visiting SF . The staff was really nice and kind . The tea was yumm too .
