Great reception, very professional staff, but Skendar is another level. Seriously the best receptionist i have ever met.If i will back with my family or i will organize a briefing of 2/3 days i will choise this fantastic hotel.

Loved my recent stay in La Villa Haussmann. The Room was so pretty and cosy with balcony and great view. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The spa offered a great atmosphere and was very clean. Loved the breakfast setting. Amazing experience at the best location!

Great hotel with amazing facilities and lovely, kind staff. A really great location for a trip to Paris (a plus is an extremely lovely patisserie opposite). My only complaint is the lack of restaurant/bar service in the evening as the weather was quite cold and we didn’t always fancy heading too far.

We truly had one of the best hotel experiences at La Villa Haussmann! The way the staff handled our special requests was just exceptional! The staff was always at our service, very helpful, cheerful and friendly. Thank you so much for your kind hospitality during our stay in Paris. We will be definitely returning during our next stay in Paris!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel back in August. My mum and I were here for my birthday and organised a cake and balloons with Patrick. We received incredible service from Patrick, he even ran after us down the street to say Happy Birthday and ask how the cake was and genuinely cared about his guests. The rest of the staff provided amazing service, greeting us and having a conversation with us when coming and going, making sure we were enjoying our stay. Thanks so much.

Great central hotel in Paris. Very good value. Easy to walk/take subway to all major attractions in the city. Very friendly staff (especially Patrick + Mohammed). Would return.

Very nice Hotel in a great location and excelent service. The views from my room were fantastic, the personal very nice and helpful. The detail of the bottle of champagne after arrival very well appreciated.

Exceptional hospitality at La Villa Haussmann. The rooms are small but comfortable and the staff goes above and beyond for you to feel welcomed in Paris. We were able to walk or ride the metro to many close by attractions and unwind in the pool. I had accidentally left a set of PJs there and was able to pick them up the next day with no issues. Would stay when I go back to Paris!!! Merci.

This was our first time in Paris. We travel to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday. I would most definitely recommend Villa Haussmann. Staff was wonderful. Special thanks to Patrick and Sardik for all their help. Great location and amenities. After long days of sightseeing it was great to relax in the pool. Hopefully I'll get to visit again.

We (2 adults and an almost 2 year old) stayed for a long weekend. The hotel is clean and comfortable and we very much enjoyed our stay. They also helped us to book a taxi with a child seat back to the train station in the early hours of the morning.

Hands down KUDOS to MICHAEL T!!! Michael made us feel welcome the minute we stepped into the lobby. On top of that, Michael T helped me tremendously when an unfortunate incident occurred and we had to cut our trip short. Without his help, it would have been more difficult and stressful on my part having to deal with our unique needs. THANK YOU SO MUCH MICHAEL T!!! And thank you for assigning us a beautiful room with the perfect view. We will come back!!!

One of the deluxe rooms booked was very small ( Rm 308) with an awkward shape we had to spend over 300 euros to upgrade to a junior suite for 2 nights as my mum nearly fell between the bed and the wall. This was due to the wardrobe being for a single and not double occupancy and therefore clothes could not all fit in the wardrobe , which meant some clothes needed to be accessed from the suitcase. Once mentioned the team were happy to provide an alternative room once ready and the two nights spent in the Junior Suite was much more enjoyable.

Our room was beautiful, clean and spacious. We stayed on the 5th floor with two French doors overlooking the adjacent rooftops. The view was phenomenal. The staff was so friendly, accommodating, and always greeted us warmly. Breakfast was included, but I’d recommend booking without. The spread was underwhelming and there are options within walking distance. We grabbed coffee and a croissant each morning, but went out for a proper breakfast after the first day. Overall, a great experience. Will definitely stay here again!

All in all it was a very pleasant stay. The staff was very nice, caring and attentive. They even gave us a pair of umbrellas, that we could keep. Unfortunately the Hamam (Spa) was closed due to technical issues. Furthermore, the suits and apartments were poorly soundproof - meaning that we were able to hear other hotel guests. The insulation concerning noise from outside the hotel as street noises and traffic was very good. The Fitness area was very small to be honest and only featured a treadmill and a elliptical trainer. No weights or machines. :( Lastly, they offered us a rich and tasteful breakfast. We will definitely book it again in the future. Recommend it!

The hotel was fabulous! the location is amazing. 4 blocks from champs and a 20 min walk to the opera, it is surrounded by shops and restaurants. The staff was super friendly, the rooms were pretty big. the bed and pillows were amazing and completely renovated. I really enjoy this hotel and would definitely come back again. Great overall hotel! Fully recommended

Les + Spacious rooms, especially very generous bathroom size, comfortable beds, nice linen and temperature control, good breakfast buffet selection, indoor pool Les - The basement spa area with pool is HOT like a sauna, even in areas that are outside of the sauna. You cannot nor want to stay long because you get super uncomfortable and out of breath in a matter of 15 minutes. Big bathroom comes with tiny and unprotected shower space. Water gets spilled everywhere in the bathroom, and the drain is barely working. Year long dirt and mold in corners of the shower. The omelette cooked at the breakfast is probably the plainest omelette on earth. Saltless and oiless. It’s even worse than my mother in laws cooking (and she cannot cook)

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Haussmann. It's well located, charming and immaculately well maintained. The staff was polite, professional, and very efficient. I would certainly recommend it to friends and would stay here again myself.

I am very funny when it comes to places and notice everything. This place is outstanding, the staff are amazing and the place is one of the best kept I have come across. There is not a thing that is broken or chipped, worn out it is pristine, this is a very well looked after hotel (makes a difference). The location is brilliant for the tube station to get everywhere and close to the Champs-Élysées. We went with our daughter who is 12 and the staff could not have been any nicer, just brilliant (and thank you very very much for the late pool use every night we got back puffed out after sightseeing all day, Matilda loved it thank you). Kind regards, Justin

We had the most AMAZING experience. We stayed for 3 nights. My boyfriend got food poisoning from hot pot on the second night from somewhere in the city. They were so kind and got us sprite and bread at 4am. They helped to arrange tickets for attractions for us. They also knew when our key cards wouldn’t work due to a time limit and chased us down to the elevator night after night to make sure we could safely get into our rooms. The staff was nothing but helpful and kind. I rarely write reviews but this place warranted one. 10/10 would recommend. Ps- the ac is incredible.

Overall a pleasant stay here. Pros: Location, quality of service, cleanliness, super nice staff, pool downstairs is excellent. Only Con was on site restaurant was not open while we were there. We were able to check in early and every staff member we encountered was exceptionally nice.

This was a great place to stay. The staff were exceptional in their helpfulness! The hotel is immaculate. The breakfast is wonderful but doesn’t seem to vary from day to day so keep this in mind if you are staying for more than a few days. The rain shower was fabulous. Beds are very comfortable. The Nespresso in the room was wonderful for a jet lag induced 3 am wake up of and afternoon relaxation after a long Paris walk. The pool/gym area stand out as well kept and relaxing. I know other reviews have mentioned this but- the rooms are so quiet. The windows in the room are near miraculous is the amount of noise they keep out from the busy road below. The hotel is near the metro but also a short walk to most attractions (and the walk may be the faster alternative some days with traffic). The hotel is also surrounded by restaurants, there is a bakery across the street, and there is a Monoprix (grocery store) at the end of the block. This place is pricey but worth every penny.

Not my favorite. This hotel does not have a true concierge. The staff was lovely but I expect a real concierge who can arrange a private tour instead of suggesting the hop-on-hop-off bus. The room was acceptable but housekeeping didn't empty the trash or restock the towels. And, for me, the location was too far out of the city center.

On our first trip to Paris I wanted to stay in a 4 or 5 star hotel close to the small bistros and cafes, Montmartre, Museums and shops. I happily found La Villa Haussmann on Expedia for TD. It met my every expectation. My husband and I had a beautiful junior suite with a view of the Eiffel Tower while our son and brother each had a Superior Double Room. The rooms were clean and sound proofed. The staff was attentive and accommodating - everything you expect from a 4 or 5 star hotel. I have no words for the pool and spa area. Given that the hotel is boutique size, we were able to use the pool every day. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Paris and I enthusiastically recommend La Villa Haussmann to anyone who wants an above average experience for a reasonable cost.

Steps away from all main attractions of Paris this beautiful Hotel is giving you the most important -possibility of relax even in the room from main busy street. Rooms are well equipped, service great and smimming pool just a retreat. Overall nice experience, maybe only too long time to wait for second coffee at the breakfast:)

Beautiful hotel, very clean, all necessities are available. Most importantly, all the staff members are really helpful and welcoming, always smiling. Big thank you to Mohamad and Iskander, they definitely know what great hospitality is. Mohamad working on the night shift was very helpful, he goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable, and everything you need is available. He is ready for any questions or requests at anytime. I changed my reservations a couple of times, I also requested a different room for a better view, Mohamad and Iskander made sure i was accommodated and everything was taken care of. Definitely coming back, Thank you guys.🙏

What a lovely hotel and the loveliest staff!! The room was absolutely beautiful with a balcony that wrapped around. The bed was very comfortable and the room was extremely clean. The location was just perfect and the staff was amazing!!! I have to give major points to the concierge and Adam - such lovely people and so so helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and I cannot wait to return to Paris and stay here again.

😐 Granted, setting and mood are nice. Staff is, for the most part, friendly’ish. Food was average, in other words, rather disappointing. I tried all dishes but I had the pizza, it was lukewarm, chewy and could barely hold together towards the center as it was so moist. I wouldn’t go again but that’s...
