Luxurious and kids-friendly. This is an amazing place. They even had bathrobe and house shoes for kids. Our daughter was super happy about those. The breakfast was amazing. I loved the pistachio-filling in the croissants. I could eat that all day long.

Incredible is an understatement. More than a hotel, Venart is one of the best experiences you’ll ever have. Every detail in every room has a story, from the terrazzo floors to each piece of art in my room. The best meal I had in Venice was in the hotel restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the wedding I attended on the hotel grounds was one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Palazzo Vennart is absolutely enchanting. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the hotel's charm and romantic atmosphere. The food was not only delicious but also served with care, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. I must commend Giacomo, the concierge, for his invaluable recommendations, Luana the general manager for her graciousness, and Mihaela for her impeccable service. Every member of the restaurant team played a part in creating an outstanding dining experience. Highly recommended!

Stayed here with my wife last week on our first trip to Venice. Beautiful small hotel with very comfortable rooms. Food is amazing. Can be difficult to get a table in the attached Michelin 2 star restaurant, but bistro, breakfast and room service all come from the same kitchen. Food we were served is amazing, but were unable to score a dinner table in Glam. Service is what really stands out in my mind though. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. We drove and were met at the San Marco garage and escorted to the water taxi that took us directly to the hotel. I can’t recommend highly enough.

Well worth the price! From start to finish, this was truly a 5-star stay. I coordinated with the front desk for transportation from the airport, which was seamless. It was so great to get in early and have our driver and boat waiting for us that delivered right to the hotel's private dock. We were able to get in early, to a very comfortable room. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, included very nice umbrellas to shield us from the rain! It was a pleasant walk to the main sites, and I enjoyed it was not right in the heart of everythign so it was a quiet stay. The staff and their service were impeccable! The breakfast was delicious, and we wish we had made dinner reservations there. When we come back to Venice, we will absolutely stay here!

Great stay with rooms that exhibits so much character even from the wooden beams to the nightstand. The devil is in the detail here! They have an impeccable restaurant Glam next to it which is a must try and a beautiful garden at both the front and back where you can dine. It is truly a special experience.

Beautiful hotel, clean room, friendly staff. 2 stars for the room because we are in a handicap accessible room on the ground floor.....i would have preferred a view of the canal which is why we chose this hotel. Very disappointed with room location.

The hotel is on the Grand Canal with its own private dock, which made it very easy when we arrived and left. Every staff person was not just friendly but genuinely sought ways to please us. The room was surprisingly roomy with a perfect blend of original design and comfortable amenities (AC, etc). Don’t miss the only Michelin 2* in Venice. The location may not be for everyone since it’s away from the hustle bustle. It worked perfectly for us since it was quiet but still an easy walk to St Marks and other popular sites.

Fantastic, impeccable and discrete service. Beautiful Venetian interiors. And a 2-star Michelin restaurant in the hotel is a cherry on the cake

When booking Palazzo Venart, we knew standards would be very high. But the service exceeded all our expectations. The staff here is extremely dedicated, attentive and always willing to go the extra mile. They flawlessly organized our tour to Murano/Burano for much cheaper than Venice prices, and guided us perfectly in our restaurants choices in Venice. This place is much more than just a hotel, it’s a memorable experience. Of course, the hotel is beautiful, with two charming little gardens. We loved the quietness/ away from the crowds feel it provides. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I loved our stay with Palazzo Venart! They took amazing care of us, the service was impeccable, the hotel and rooms are super clean, and the grounds are beautiful. Every single staff member seemed to take great pride in their job and work, and we really were treated like we were the only guests there. We also traveled with a dog here, and they took great care of him as well, providing him his own bottled water, bowls, and bed. The location is also perfect, walking distance to anything you want to see (or eat!) in Venice. Highly recommend! Last note - we dines in the Hotel's restaurant, GLAM, and it was an incredible experience. Everything you would want or wish from a Michelin Star restaurant and more. The Sommolier helped us pick out a bottle of wine, and it is the best wine I have ever had in my life (and I have had a lot!). Thank you!!

Had a wonderful wedding anniversary in Venice and stayed at the Vernart Luxury Hotel, a beautiful boutique palace which was fabulously maintained and well run. The staff were fantastic, professional and welcoming. The manager was very attentive and ensures your stay is first class. This is a little gem, if you a looking for a romantic break this hotel is a perfect base. Try out the Michelin star restaurant, the food was fantastic. Will visit again.

Great communication pre arrival. Easy pick up at the airport for people who have never been to Italy or Venice. Excellent recommendations for local fare. Dinner at GLAM bistro, unfortunately the tasting menu was unavailable as it was Monday but service and food were spectacular. Breakfast one of the best omelettes I’ve ever had with great service. We could not have felt more welcome or at home. We would love to come back

We had the most wonderful time during our stay in Venice. The hotel is beautiful and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. Our room was very large with a nice size bathroom. Giacomo deserves more than 5 stars for his attention to detail for his guests! I hope to one day come back to visit Venice again and stay here! Highly recommend!

A very mixed experience. The breakfast and the courtyard are great quality, but beware of the difference in room quality on the first floor! We spent our honeymoon there (Sept 2017) and even though I had ordered a Prestige Room (easily Eur 400/night), we found ourselves in a dark, quirky room with low ceilings, a weird interior and a small bathroom. Not what we expected!! I would say that it destroyed the first half of our honeymoon.... When leaving the hotel, we also noted these comments in the hotel guest book, but never got a response, so I guess they don’t bother to read their own guest book....

Absolutely sensational hotel! The service is flawless, the whole team (reception, restaurant, concierge and cleaning) knew every client's needs, and very helpful. The restaurant is deserving of a 3rd Michelin Star. The wine list is very comprehensive with many smaller but truly extraordinary producers. The rooms are characterful and spacious (nice mix between modern utility and historic charm). I rarely give such raving revues but could not fault it. It's wonderful This was our first stay at the Venart but we will be returning in the future. A delightful hidden gem!

We had a fabulous stay in the Hotel. Arriving with a private boat taxi directly a the dock of the hotel from the first moment the service was excellent. Location is perfect and the hotel even has two very nice gardens. I can recommend the Lord Byron Suite, canal view, superior furniture and mable paired with latest tech and very dedicated service. We were lucky to get a table at the only 2 Michelin Star restaurant in Venice "Glam" which is in the hotel. I am a real foodie traveling a lot only for this special experience. The tasing menue and the corresponding service is 2 star, even more 3 star Michelin level. Every course had the expected "taste explosion" and I am very critical on that point (see my other reviews of Michelin Star rated restaurants) All in all a perfect weekend! I can only recommend!

Myself and my husband enjoyed a wonderful stay. We were made feel so welcome! The hotel is beautiful and restful. The staff were attentive and professional, the general manager is charming and ever present. The location proved to be a bonus, opening up an area of Venice we had not explored before. We would recommend entirely.

Undoubtedly, this is the finest hotel in Venice. The rooms are a dream, the cuisine is exquisite, and the hotel itself is a fairytale come to life. Lisa and the manager, in particular, provided us with exceptional service. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
