Hotel Palazzo Keller

👍👍 I cannot speak more highly of a hotel on my trip to Italy. The rooms are modern, thoughtfully designed and peaceful. The staff was helpful and the breakfast included was great. Felt like a secret club walking into the terrace everyday. People often mention hotel, breakfast, room, staff, great, clean, Venice, stay,

Stayed here for 2 nights, it was a really lovely experience. Room was clean and staff were friendly! Breakfast was average with basic selection of sweet and salties, but it was served in a really nice room so the atmosphere was great. It was my birthday and they surprised me with a cake, made my day! Thanks a lot for the great experience!

Beautiful hotel, very clean. Lovely historic rooms with modern bathrooms. Staff are very friendly, My husband asked for a cake, champagne, and flowers in the room as it was my birthday. They were super accommodating.

We loved our one-night stay at Palazzo Keller! We booked a junior suite and the room we stayed in was super nice - plenty of space to relax and double shower heads in the bathroom. We were a little nervous about receiving a room right next to the reception desk but it was so quiet and we heard nothing throughout the night. Our welcome spritz was phenomenal and we even received some complimentary warm and cold appetizers along with the drinks. The included breakfast spread was expansive - multiple types of croissants and breads, cured meats and cheeses, fresh fruit, mini egg souffles, bacon and sausage, roasted veggies, a few different types of fresh juices, and coffee to order!

I don't usually leave reviews. However, this hotel and staff are so amazing. 33 of us went to Italy a few weeks ago. I looked at all the rooms of our group and each room was unique, clean, updated and special.. absolutely STUNNING! The comp breakfast is delicious and the staff is superb. We stayed in 3 Italian cities at boutique hotels and this by far was the best.

Wonderful place!- gotta see it! Oct 2023 • Couples After reading the other reviews, l'm not sure I can add anything! But I'll try! The hotel is beautiful, well located, very clean and well kept, with excellent and super helpful staff!! We stayed in a suite and the size was very generous, the breakfast was excellent. The public areas for the bar, breakfast and lounge area are beautifully restored and maintain the traditions of the palace's legacy, while the rooms are restored with a mix of modern and updated decor. Bathrooms are large and modern. The only comment I can make for improvement would be to provide bar service, especially on the lovely lower terrace, during the day, before 4.00 pm. Truly a wonderful stay in a new and welcome entry in the Venice hotel scene!

Absolutely loved our stay at Palazzo Keller. Such an excellent location. It was easy for us to get here from Venezia San Lucia Station by waterbus and then to explore all the amazing parts of Venice on foot. Service was outstanding with excellent recommendations on places to go and help with organizing transport. Rooms are exceptionally clean and all very new. Loved having drinks in the Lounge Bar and breakfast was delicious. It was an oasis in the busy centre of Venice! Highly recommend- we wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Great location, amazing facilities, very friendly staff. Only down side was when ordering a water taxi it wont pick you up from the hotel (but the canal is pretty small). But that's only a minor thing as it is not a far walk to get to the taxi. The breakfast buffet was great and had an amazing selection of food

Booked three nights with this hotel. Pros: - Hotel was newly renovated, main reason why i chose this hotel too. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. - Location wise, not too far from main San Marco area and very close to the waterbus station of San Angelo that would bring you to the Venice airport easily Cons - Was given a ground floor room right next to Reception, no options to switch as hotel was fully booked. Could hear noises from within the room - Breakfast quality in terms of the ingredients was subpar if compared to other hotels that i have stayed in the region - Was only given ONE glass bottle of mineral water throughout my stay. Voiced this out and said extra bottles would be charged Overall i would say this hotel seems a tad overpriced as from my impression, sadly the cons albeit small matters, outweighed the pros.

Amazingly friendly staff! We had to change our first ground floor room because it smelled like mold! Second room was also ground floor and it wasn't really great neither and smelled old. Otherwise the hotel looks great and breakfast was also okay!

Wonderful place to stay in Venice! Booked directly on their website and got an upgrade to the Marco Polo Suite. Room and everything was really clean. The hotel is super new renovated and just a wonderful place. Staff was very welcoming, only downside was that the bar wasn't in service on the first day. Great breakfast and the team made an extra effort to give my wife a wonderful birthday morning. Really enjoyed our days and can highly recommend staying here. Would it rate as a four star superior boutique hotel which gives you a great Venice experience. We especially liked that it had a more modern touch without losing the Venice style. Some extra recommendations in the area are the classic concerts of Interpreti Veniziani and the ristorante Sant Angelo, both just around the corner and really worth a visit. Check my other reviews and get a short preview of why you should visit both.
