Worse experience with this KFC branch ever. Took a bite from a piece of chicken and saw that it was burnt. Went to the counter to ask for an exchange but a man at the counter who claims he is the manager said since I took a bite, he cannot exchange it for me. What is the logic of this? I didn't see the burnt part and took a bite. Once I noticed the burnt part, went to the counter to inform the staff. Can't believe an international chain restaurant allow such bad customer service in a city of Venice!

After eating at a restaurant in Venice, my friends and I were still hungry. We had spent a 100 euros and were not full. We spotted KFC not far from the rail-way station. We decided to got there. We arrived at about 11pm and the KFC was almost closing. Fortunately for us, the lady whow was in charge that evening, served us and I want to thank her on behalf of my friends and I. The chicken was great BTW. :)

They have a bathroom but you need a receipt for those wondering. The food is what you'd expect from a KFC. They do have a pretty nice seating area though. Also I will say it's been the nicest KFC I've been in. Perhaps people in Venice care more for their fried chicken than those in the United States but it was a fine experience. They do have some pretty sweet wall art which I found amusing and had to snap a picture of though.

Nice station with welcoming facilities. The vaporetto’s terminal immediately out front and its only a short ride via the Grand Canal around to St.Marks Square. The station has very impressive shops and a cafeteria. The cafeteria has a separate pay area where you pay for your coffee then pick up the order at the Barista. The toilets and seating area are upstairs and if you do wish to use the toilet you need to pay one (€1) euro for the privilege. The toilets are rather clean but I found it surprising that only one of the three sinks were working – I did a report it and the authorities, who seemed to know already. Cafe seating area inconveniently is upstairs where everyone has to lug up their 🧳 luggage - I couldn’t find a lift. To avoid using the stairs at the front of the station, departing via the far right hand side you’ll find a ramp. Train departure and arrivals times, & platform number are conveniently displayed on large boards around the station.

Well not so quick to eat. After tiring day, we were not in the mood to walk in those streets and look out for the restaurant. We were at st Lucia station and saw this across a canal. KFC, known name. And after so many pizzas and spaghetti, you do want to taste of fried chicken. We visited this. It was full and seems full of American tourists only. hehe... yes menu is different from typical USA one. I ordered hot wings, Colonel Burger, Chicken popcorn and some combo meal. All cost me 18 euro. Taste-wise, it was different from what we get in the USA. But still good enough. Service was a bit slow though. It took me 25 minutes to reach the counter.

I love this place. Really a place where you lost all your worries and dive in the beauty of this city. A historical and such a beautiful city which reminds you that you can live in water too. Much visit once in a life to see how human build this beautiful city.

The food was okay. It wasn’t immediately fried but it seemed like it was heated

The hot wings were surprisingly good. I enjoyed the zinger sandwich. I wish it was more spicy. This location is pretty busy but you still get your food fast.

Food quality is tasty. It is 5 min walking distance from both bus stops and railway stations. They should clean the toilet very often as a lot of people come and this is part of hygiene. In the evening, you can sit outside and enjoy the lake view while eating

What a time go on a honeymoon, worst flooding in 50 years, but this didn't stop us. Fantastic experience and would probably go back at some point. The only issue I had was the crumpy Italian's.

Service was poor, took ages to get my meal, only one server on and it was busy. When i got my meal the 2 bits of chicken was a small thigh and a wing, waste if money. And don't even talk about the toilets..

Just next to the Train station, quick service and tasty KFC with a view of the canal to complement your dinner! :) Unlimited soft drinks and clean place to munch on your fried chicken and fries! Got some chilli sauce to go with it :)

KFC Venice , good place to change your taste buds after many pizzas . Ketchup is charged separate

Busy, busy, busy. The food tastes KFC, the service is quick, but the ambience is just too much hustle and bustle with tourists from all over. Getting a place to sit isn't easy, however, dirty tables are quickly cleaned.

Saying the toilet is dirty would be a big understatement. It could almond be called filthy. And they sell water in a bottle of such low quality that it was almost impossible to open! The cap would not open just by twisting and the bottle deformed a lot, making it even harder. Finally I managed opening it, but I ended up spilling a lot of water! Again, It was supposed to be just opening a bottle of water and it bacame a challenge!

One of the best Kfc I’ve been to! The fried chicken is sooooo good and freshly fried! Their mashed potato and gravy is also a must get!!!

Horrible place and experience. They forgot half of our take away order (it was right before closing time so we couldn't go back right away). When we came back the next day to enquire if we could please receive the rest of our order we were rudely yelled at by two incompetent workers and told that we should have called immediately (which wasn't possible of course because the store was already closed) and that there was nothing they could do, basically implying that we were liars. All in all a scam and I wouldn't recommend going, just go to Burger King across the bridge.

Chicken was really dry, barely any flavor. Employees looked really bored and unhappy. A lot of the tables weren't cleaned at all, or had uncollected trays and trash for a while already. There are tables outside for a beautiful scenery. Put a little bit more cash for your dinner budget and eat somewhere else.

That is too much beautiful place in Italy. We enjoyed with beautiful weather.

As a first impression of kfc. This was Terrible. The food was disgusting. Fries was dry and chicken was uncooked. It was all pink inside. The tables are dirty and the toilets are even worse. Looks like they haven’t been cleaned once. Full of seagulls outside the resturant eating because of all the trash and food that has been thrown outside. There are kfc buckets, paper and much more trash outside the resturant. This is the dirtiest place in venice. It honestly gives venice a bad rep. Plus my friends food took 15 minutes to be done. I had alr eaten my food. Fast food resturant is a joke

Venezia is so unreal. Beautiful sunset, great restaurants. This is the only place where you can find street on the sea. I had a wonderful time in venezia and least I forget the famous Patriarchal Cathedral Basilica of Saint Mark.

Good prices, perfect service, the staff is so polite. I love cob, in particular the leg and tie. The restaurant is clean, good job
