They put us in one of the rooms that face the street and they are extremely noisy! Impossible to sleep. They moved us to another one and it had a fixed window above the door, so all the light from the hall came in. We don't sleep either. A shame, because the attention was excellent.

The place is a little far from the center, but the quality makes up for it. The staff are attentive and the environment is very beautiful and well maintained. We rented a car, so the distance was no problem. It is located close to restaurants.

Bad experience at the hotel, although I did not use it, I booked 10 minutes before arriving, but I realized that it did not have parking and the sector was not appropriate, I canceled the reservation at the same hotel, but they charged me for the day anyway , I put my claim in SERNAC and the hotel did not respond. A lack of respect keeping the value of a day's accommodation without having occupied the room.

Little space, very small "patio", no parking. They spend a lot of time asking about the cost and it is very expensive for what is offered. For less you find better places, more spacious in every sense, with parking, without noise from the street 1 meter away and quieter because the next street tends to steal and no one responds and is not interested in the vehicles.
