Four Seasons Moscow offers a luxurious and memorable stay, with impeccable housekeeping, attentive service, and warm hospitality. Honestly I have tried the menu in 4 days but I didn’t like a single order, also they don’t stick to the promised time of delivery as they are always late. Despite this, Four Seasons Moscow remains a top choice for travelers seeking a luxury stay in Moscow.

What a hotel! Service with a big capital S This hotel is Top Notch I can write super long stories how cool it is, how great their service is, how nice the rooms are, the epic view on the Kremlin, the huge spa and swimming pool, the very quiet and comfortable rooms, superior beds etc etc, but i decided to keep it short… I definitely come back here, this is epic! Nothing negative to mention? Actually not. Only remark: quality and service has its price so you need to have deep pockets….

The Location is perfect. The hotel is amazing as most four seasons around the world. The bed is super comfortable and the staff are polite and very helpful. The gym has all the equipment that you need wether you are a crossfiter, bodybuilder or just a fitness enthusiast that wants ti work out. And indoor swimming pool is also available in the Spa area. If you are visiting Moscow I highly recommend this hotel

Enjoyed my stay, loved their breakfast, the staff are amazing, their concierge service is really good they understand what we like and look for 👏🏻, however the housekeeping service is not satisfying I expected more.

Best location in Moscow. Excellent hotel from door men to reception to lobby lounge waiters to housekeeping. I’d definitely give the hotel 10/10 without a doubt . We stayed for 10 days and we loved every minute spent here. The concierge also are so helpful when it comes to restaurant reservations. Excellent four seasons hotel. All the hotel staff are lovely. The location of the hotel is the best in Moscow I’ve seen. Hotel interiors r bright in colors and so calm and relaxing. Will definitely come back again to only FS when visiting Moscow.

It’s a good 3-4 star hotel but definitely not 5star Four seasons. It’s called legends of Moscow now, I believe. So the name speaks for itself. I had a dinner on terrace and it was very good, except they spent an hour and a half to prepare lobster tail spaghetti. The dessert was 2 star and the bill $$$$$- not worth it for sure. Of course with the price range and service they have the hotel and the terrace restaurant was almost empty. Only one lady at the reception desk (beautiful blond young lady) welcomed me with the smile. Others, all the front desk ladies, security guards waiters and hostess in restaurants welcome you with the coldest face, bad manners and unexplainable attitude. Don’t think the hotel worth to pay and to stay.

Es bedarf dringend nach so vielen Jahren eine Renovierung. Vom Teppichboden auf den Gängen bis zum Spa wo führer einmal Personal hinter der Bar standen. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Service allerdings alle sehr nett.

Location can't be more central and still easy access by transport.Hands down the best hotel and spa in Moscow.Staff provide the best quality service for any occasion.

Best location next to red square Kremlin and gum department store . I had an awesome stay over here for 3 days . It was a paradise , awesome staff , great hospitality and delicious breakfast lunch with dinner and wines .. also it's a luxurious stay and amazing memory for me to stay here . Thank so much four seasons hotel Moscow and their lovely staff for decorating my room during anniversary . ❤️🇷🇺🥂 Gonna visit again next time in January 2022 .

We sat in the lobby lounge and had a couple drinks while we waited. While my group had no reservations at the hotel, they were gracious and accommodating. We gave the front desk postcards to mail for us. All we had to do was give them the postcards, and they handled the postage and everything else. Very good service. Very professional too. Lobby was stunningly styled and lavish.

Best location and impeccable service!

Unlike the Four Seasons Hotel in Geneva, there is a service in Moscow. You will feel it even if you pop in for tea. The waiter, who speaks excellent English, told us in detail about each type of tea. Our surprise knew no bounds when, after trying it, we were convinced that every word was true. Geneva hotels should send their staff to Moscow for an internship.

We stayed here for a week and the service is out standing and the staff well you could not get a better pace to stay and the food was out standing looking forward to staying there in january 2024

Nice rooms, with a very good service, the location is perfect near from everything literally. The stuff so helpful specially Alexander he helped me with many different things and made my trip much easier by helped me chose the best places to visit. I will definitely come back again!

The best location in Moscow in the heart of the red square , highly trained staff with a great attitude and welcoming , the rooms are spacious size and newly furnished as the hotel is new , excellent breakfast full of variety of food , beautiful lobby , you will be able to use the hotel bikes for 4 hours free of charge as have been told Overall for sure I will revisit this hotel in my next visit to Moscow

Excellent location and everything you expect of a high level. The spa has a variety of treatments and a number of different swimming pools. The staff are lovely and always helpful.

Superb hotel, exceptional service with a perfect location next to Red Square. Recommend the breakfast, great start to a busy day sight seeing. Right next to the metro, 3 stops on the red line (left platform) and you are in Gorky Park for 50p rather than a taxi 👍 Safe friendly city, look forward to coming back.

Absolutely fantastic experience. The rooms are not very cozy as they are large but quite empty which gives it an awkward feeling however the service and overall experience makes up for it. The staff are very helpful and kind and The SPA is one of the best I have ever seen, with a huge gym, steam rooms, saunas. Great hotel!

Beautiful hotel in the very heart of Moscow

The most wonderful hotel in the most amazing city. Stayed for 12 nights. Extended the stay twice as we were having the best time ever. The rooms are really special. We booked a room with a balcony overlooking the Kremlin. All members of staff treated us like they knew us personally. The food is very tasty. I cannot wait to come back again. Spacibo
