Absolutely dreadful. The room smelt of damp. Cracked wall and plaster bubbling on walls. Main light in bedroom broken and covered in plastic bag. Carpets on main corridors dirty and stairs dirty. Breakfast was just as bad couldnt wait to get out. Would not recommend

Went to watch a band there, band was excellent, brilliant atmosphere, very clean, but staff could of been more cheerful, it doesn't cost anything to be nice, lady from reception of hotel was working behind the bar and she was constantly staring and made this very uncomfortable for me and the company I was in, she was very rude, don't think I will be going again, service with a smile girls makes all the difference and brings in more customers, sorry but your service is turning the customers away

Receptionist not very welcoming. Very abrupt and unpleasant. Told that there was no breakfast after 8.15am. Any hotel I've ever stayed in (and that's quite a few) has served breakfast until 9.30 at least. No chance of a lay-in here!!

The name of the hotel is now "9 Curries". There's plenty of free parking and all the staff are very friendly. The staff work very hard and are constantly on the go. Nothing was any trouble for the staff. The breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. The owners are fortunate to have dedicated staff - it made our stay. We ate in the evening at the 9 Curries restaurant and everything was excellent. Portion sizes and quality was very good. If we lived local, we'd return. The hotel room (honeymoon suite - we got a great offer - we've been married 35 yes! Lol) was a good size, with a sofa, clean and the shower was lovely. The hotel needed a revamp though. The step tracks on the edge of each thread creaked very badly. The deco was extremely dated. Our room faced inwards to a square looking into the middle of the hotel. Food in the restaurant finished approximately at 10.30 for cooking. But the loud extraction fan we're extremely noisy and we had to close the windows on a warm night. The fans stopped at midnight. This did spoil the evening for us. But we stayed to go to a local event the following day ( Arley Hall - 25 minutes away - an excellent garden festival).

There's some reviews on here about stained carpets etc and yes there is, but the thing that needs to be remembered first off is before covid alot of contractors stayed here and still do, but who cares about the carpets it's not part of your own room you just walk on it. The rooms are a tad small but enough space and the TV's are from the stone age but hey you can watch something right? I have attached a photo of my room too, there is some space behind me as I took the photo from the bathroom and all the rooms are very similar bar the slightly bigger ones. The old Italian menu has gone and been replaced with a curry (I can't comment on how nice it is but there are reviews and pictures here to show this) They've invested in a 2nd bar called the blu bar which has music, lovely seating, sky sports, pool table, and it's just a pleasant place to be to chill out. The car park is a decent size but it's shared with a pharmacist or a doctors something like that the locals will know. There's a tesco extra literally half a mile down the road too which is a bonus

Do not stay here, I booked a hotel at this place and at night the manger got on top of the roof and started staring through my window, I’ve also rang the police and they said they will get it sorted out for us but I still don’t know how this manager is still working here The room was nice but there’s a ton of dust on top of the pictures and fresh new clean towels on the floor

Not great, place needs a massive overall. If work haven't paid for this I would of been out. Soon as a walked into the dingy reception I was greated by wiff of stale cigarettes. My first room haven't even cleaned, I was treated to some knock off Hugo Boss pants In the drawer with left over bits of tobacco. I complained and they changed me to a bigger room that was slightly better but still run down. In the hall way to the room I was treated to stained carpets that gave off a damp smell and expanding foam around the fittings and fire doors that didn't fit the frames. I should of stayed for breakfast that was included in the price but I couldn't wait to leave.. £70 a night.. Jesus.

Arrived at this place and left after 10 mins. Hallway was clustered with an old broken kitchen dishwasher. Water leaking from roof no wet signs, room was dirty and bugs in bed. Then 3 men argue at the door felt unsafe checked out and went to a Hilton

Basically, I would not classify it as a hotel. It should be a some kind of motel or even a guest house. It provides only a very limited amenities in the room. No slippers, no mini bar, no safe box. One unbelievable thing was when I got into the room, I saw the smoke detector was covered by an old sock. Don't expect much on it. Cheers!

Lovely en suite room. Brilliant Indian food in the restauran, freshly cooked. The Continental breakfast left something to be desired. We'd go back again though.

Stayed here due to a mix up with another hotel booking for the night. The hotel is tired and there is a lack of cleaning and checking rooms before issue to new customers. The carpets to the rooms are stained, there is a smell of damp in areas, there was a sock over the fire alarm in my room, the pictures on the walls were all squint and the shower was not draing properly. For the same price Travel Lodge or Premier Inn's are far better.

The rooms are not like the website just basic, we only had one cup, the strip round the shower door was green. Website said cooked breakfast but they do not have a chef on a morning. Will not be staying again. Also a hoover was left in hallway eventhough we reported it twice we ended up putting it infront of the fire door rubbish left on floor we we arrived and still there when we left.

Hotel is ok. Definitely not good for families with small kids. Stayed there on Saturday and the loud music kept me awake. Rooms stinks from cigarettes. And Definitely you should invest in new pillows and duvets. I think £100 for a night is definitely not worthy

We stayed here overnight, having visited before we didn't hesitate to go back. Our room had a sofa as well as our double bed which made it extra comfortable We had our evening meal which was very reasonably priced and tasty. We were given extractea/milk when required and was offered a 3 course breakfast which was excellent. Everything was covid safe and we will visit again soon

Very quiet, nice clean room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Ideal location for stopping near work in Warrington. Food was good. The room had an ensuite with shower. Left the windows on the latch and still quite warm under the duvet. TV kept switching itself on which was really weird so ended up switching it off at the wall, no biggie. There waslenty of parking. Altogether a pleasant one night stay.
