Staffs are rude and talk like bosses. Doctors are various between awful and extremely good. I had a great experience with Dr. Benedet and bad experience with Dr. Ranawira. The blood work and lab is a great place with nice and friendly staffs.

As someone who struggles with anxiety I was already really scared about seeking help, but I was convinced to find help as it was physically harming me. First, after getting a diagnosis I was prescribed medication but I had to visit the SLC pharmacy 3 times just to check in when the prescription had arrived; however, I was told that they never received a fax. Upon calling the health services again they told me it was never sent. Note that I did ask when the prescription would be ready to pick up and I was told that it should be on the same day in a few hours (I stayed until closing times and had to pick up my medication the next day). Second, I had cancelled my appointment (more than a week in advance) through their cancellation line but was still charged $70 for missing the appointment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CANCELLING ON THEIR CANCELLATION LINE! CALL IN AND CANCEL WITH AN ACTUAL PERSON BECAUSE IT IS APPARENT THEY DO NOT CHECK THAT LINE. I have read many reviews about how inconsistent their communication is between the reception and the doctors, but as someone with difficulties calling in to new places due to anxiety, this only added to my negative mental health.

Came yesterday with moderate chest pain, and was dismissed despite nobody being in the lobby. Stated that it was based on an appointment only program. Receptionists were very rude and combative with little compassion. I had to go to the Walk in clinic near UWP instead, and they provided me with much better care and got my diagnosis in no time! Thankfully they quickly sent me to the ER and where I received proper treatment for my heart. Very disappointed at the UW health service's attitude. Just go to the Waterloo walk-in clinic instead

I don’t even know why the staffs are so rude. It’s like they just hate students in general. THEY were 30 mins late for my appointment and were incredibly judgmental for the whole time. They asked for feedbacks and when you do give feedbacks, they would deny it and said it’s on the students, not them. Do NOT go here. Choose other healthcare provider if you can

Good Doctor but Extremely poor service, would wish to leave no star all. Poor communication between worker to Doctors: my Doctor told me that after recovered from COVID for less than one week, Doctors are required to treat the patient in another stream as opposed to normal stream; I told their staff I recovered from COVID 3 days ago but nothing was communicated to my Doctor. Also, if you call their appointment lines and payment lines, even during their operation hours, they can leave ring forever without any response. And this doesn’t occur just once or rarely bur rather frequently.

I have had blood work and allergy shots done here. Everyone that has assisted me has been super nice! There is a bit of a process to be able to get shots done here but after that it is easy to book an appointment.

No guide on how to cancel if appointment is at Monday or after any holidays as they require 24 hour notice and missing appointments will be charged.

Receptionist was very friendly and I didn’t have to wait long after my scheduled appointment time. Dr was friendly and gave good information about the procedure and answered any questions I had. When I called to make an appointment they were able to schedule me one for the next day. Overall I’d say very convenient and efficient.

Called ahead to make an appointment with the clinic, they were able to get me an appointment the day-of. The wait time was not bad, about 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. The doctor was super kind, tended to my concerns promptly, and even offered me samples of different brands of medicines to try before I buy one. Overall a very great experience, I would recommend.

DO NO COME HERE FOR ALLERGY IMMUNIZATION!!! I’m getting seasonal allergy immunization shots and I came to this clinic 4 times and each time they find a new issue that I need to fix before I can get my injection. During my most recent visit, I had EVERYTHING and jumped through every hoop they wanted me to. The doctor I met with at the clinic, checked me and told the nurses that they CAN administer the injection BUT the nurse refused to administer it regardless. I feel like I was blacklisted by nurses and even overheard them gossiping about me in an unprofessional manner. They wasted my time and I just end up going walk-in clinic. Truly horrible experience.
