I had a great time here. The main problem is that it's far from the subway (10 min walk), and the streets don't have sidewalks or they have earth/dirty on it. The hotel itself is amazing. Great room, a kitchen air-conditioner and etc. There's also a restaurant inside that it's not for me. Too fancy with too small portions of food. It also tastes terrible (to me). I hope all the construction around the hotel finishes fast so the next trip could be more pleasant. (Giving 5/5 but it's actually 9/10)

One star for the hotel staff, they are the nicest part of the hotel. The rest is not good so no additional stars. 1. Temperature regulation - does not work, sometimes broken 2. Location- very far from public transport and bike rental from the hotel is too expensive 3. The area around is still under construction, which means for the next year or two at least there will be loud construction all day from 7am onwards, already the drilling is just terrible, I wish they informed us about this before booking

We had a problem with the shower water being very weak that it's barely usable. Got changed to a different room which was much better. The staff was helpful sorting out the problem for us. But there was a lot of problems. The first room had the shower problem and no body wash. The second room had no body wash, no hand wash and a watered down shampoo. The room cleaning took away our towels and didn't replace them with new ones so I had to go down to reception to ask. The communal kitchen looks very nice but it was very dirty and I couldn't find a single fork to use.

Rooms are cool and spacious, clean and fitted with everything needed. No TV in the room (thank you! Loved it). Not a conventional hotel but located conveniently close to β“‚ metro few stops from downtown. The whole neighborhood is filled with construction 🚧 but the area is quiet and apparently safe.

I really liked Jansen Hotel. I liked the design of the room, the materials used in the decoration and the concept. I really liked the signature fragrance of the perfume line in the bathroom) with this shower gel I wanted not to get out of the shower) Comfortable bed, good service and friendly staff. It was very convenient that on the floor there was a kitchen with everything you need and you could cook your own food. The impression was very positive! Thank you!

Tbh, i know the location is not the best, but its okay for me, and i really like the restaurant especially when i am tired and hungry after a long day outside. I know i can go back to the hotel for some yummy food n drinks. Also the staffs are nice.

Very nice stay. The neighbourhood is under construction but I am pretty sure that it’ll become a trendy spot when it will be finished. The hotel is absolutely well staged, the interiors are amazing and the rooms are quite and cozy. Furniture is modern and peculiar and the lighting of the commons spaces are the best that I have ever seen. Very welcoming staff.

beautifully designed rooms and amazing restaurant downstairs! the area around the hotel is under construction but it really doesn’t matter when you stay in such great and modern hotel. the metro is 10 mins walk and you can easily commute to the centre of amsterdam.

A new hotel - so new, it even smells new. Awesome staff - professional and so friendly. Delicious breakfasts and a great range of reasonably priced drinks. This is an upcoming area - will definitely return when next in the city. Thank you 😊

Nice clean room, very good service. BUT the best was the restaurant. Top culinary experience, work of art. Just wow!

πŸ‘πŸ‘ I’m recommending to visit that tower to everybody who is visiting Amsterdam city. Super place if you want to see entire city from the sky. Tickets are around 15 euros. On the top of the tower you will find nice bar when you can spend nice evening with few points and friends of course :) high rate pl...

😐 It is a large, somewhat impersonal, completely unshaded and extremely noisy campsite (we were in the tented section).Noisy because there is a large multi-lane bridge nearby, which is still very busy at night. Also noisy because of the "cigarette smokers". There are no rules and regulations - or if t...
