Absolutely loved it! The view from my apartment was magnificent. The staff was friendly, helpful and reliable. And they always made sure I was comfortable at all times. Superb service! Will definitely visit again.

Bit out of city centre but short walk to bus/tram stops. Reception staff very helpful with directions etc. Spacious apartment, surprisingly comfy sofa bed! Good size bathroom and toilet. Fridge had an unpleasant smell, needs a good clean but thats the only complaint. Would stay here again

The room was very spacious, great if you traveled with family. The sofa bed was comfortable, too. All the amenities inside the room were complete. The washing machine and dryer are very helpful.. Quite locations.. parking inside the building..

We loved our stay, it is clean, comfortable and the checkin/ checkout was very good. They offer coffee/ tee at the reception. Parking is free on sundays nearby, otherwise we recommend to book a parkin space.

Fantastic apartment. Great views of the city. Very spacious. Thoughtful and accommodating staff. Close to a bus stop. Walkable to restaurants, shops, grocery stores. Loved it. Can't wait to go back!

YAYS Docklands was the perfect place for my group of 8 to stay during our New Years trip to Amsterdam. We did 2 rooms of 4, and both apartments were clean, modern, and very spacious. It is a little farther out from the main part of the city but so close to the tram that will take you all over Amsterdam, so we had no issues with the location. The kitchen comes fully equipped and you can ask the front desk for things like oil, salt, pepper etc. if you need. We chose to get some things from a local grocery store for breakfast during our stay. The in-room combo washing machines were great too. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, and the whole experience from booking to checkout was great. I would definitely stay at YAYS again.

Really nice room with a comfy bed. The staff were fantastic, super helpful with everything. The location was nice if you don't mind not being close to services. I will miss stepping out and having the quay right outside, and being able to read a book with the sound of the water in the background. Public transport was about 10-12mins walk away. .

The hotel it so nice but no public transport next to the hotel you need to walk 10 min to find bus station. But the room it just waouh

Myself and 3 others were planning on staying in Amsterdam with Yays in their northern Amsterdam location, and due to some issues at the original facility they worked with us in an incredibly timely manner and moved us to the dockside location. Both Emily via the phone, and Mohammad at the concierge desk were immensely helpful with the entire process. I will continue to recommend this location to any others in the future.

Yays was our first "home" as we transitioned from the USA to Amsterdam. Not only was it a cute and we'll equipment little apartment (pots,pans, dishware, full kitchen, etc) but the staff is also great

Love love love this place. The staff are beyond amazing, really friendly and helpful. The room was well equipped, we had a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and other bits. Bathroom was huge. The location is beautiful, right on the docks and not far from public transport, so very easy to get to and from the center. Everything was perfect and clean. Would stay here again for sure. Highly recommend!!!

The room was really spacious. I booked two-bedroom apartment and the place was awesome. Cooking utensils were provided in the kitchen. There’s no room service, but there’s the front desk staff who may assist you 24hrs. It’s a little distance to walk to the tram station which the closest was Insulindeweg (around 10 mins walk)

Lived here for a month, really great staff, they helped me a lot. Manager gave his number and we solve my problem (not very important to mention here) Anyway I really like this kind of help. Also let live in another room (use washing machine, when my machine died). One problem is Harbour club, It produced a lot of noise especially at evening friday/saturday and it was distrubing and nowhere to hide from noise. But this is a location of room problem, not a hotel

Wonderful apartments, spacious, modern and super clean. Location in a very calm area, 10 minutes by Uber from downtown. Friendly staff. We loved our stay!

I stayed in YAYS Amsterdam Docklands for 6 days with my family. There was four of us. Apartment was spacious and clean. Check in and out was really easy and the staff were very helpful.

Spacious appartements, with kitchen, washing machine, connected tv on which you can cast your stuffs,... You can go to Amsterdam downtown by bus or tramway in a few minutes. Ask for the transportation cards directly at the hotel. You can buy them here. Tramway station accessible by foot in 5/6 minutes. You can also rent bikes at the hotel. Supermarket at a 5 minutes walk too. Super helpful and nice people 👍🏻

The place is sublime. The apartments are cozy. Tastefully furnished and very well equipped. Even the tiniest studio feels like your own house. The staff are super friendly and highly capable. You’ll be content as you enter through the front door. Highly recommended

It has nice design near to Tram and bus, some of the staff were nice but some they were not helpful and freindly, we stayed there 4 night and 4 people and there were only one toilet paper and first when we asked for one more one of the staff got very shocked. In general I would give the cleaness 6 out of 10, there were some stain and the bedding and also the carpet was very dusty. When booking here remember there is no room service and you have to take out your own garbage, so overal I would say it really does not worth the money. With this price you can find much better hotel.

Excellent stay at the 6 person apartment. We loved it with two bedrooms and enough space for everyone. Modern clean and in everyway good. Would recommend to anyone looking for a bigger place to stay in Amsterdam. :)

Stayed here for a month as a new comer to Amsterdam. Very very friendly and helpful concierge. Got two free cleaning services, self service for the rest of time. Well equipped rooms. Sofa bed allows you to have a cozy movie night. Quiet neighbourhood, enjoyed running around it and to the Flevopark. Ten minutes walk and you’ll have a big AH, Hema, Etos and everything. Lots of beautiful gyms and studios nearby. Five minutes walk to tram or bus.

The appartement was cozy, clean and well equipped! we arrived during partial lockdown so the staff was really helpful and they had really good recommandations. Will definitely book it again and curious to try their other locations!

Stayed here for a month, a company arranged stay, until I found a rental. It's been pretty good, the building, rooms, and services are pretty good. The location is a bit cursed, both far from anything useful, and can get a bit noisy from drunkards during weekend nights.

I stayed at Yays for a little over a month. It's a really nice place, the rooms are spacious and clean. Receptionists are always nice and helpful, they handle mail and parcels very well and notify you immediately. The building is close to transportation so I've never struggled reaching it. The only thing that I think should change is the frequency of changing bed linen and also there should be a free stock of garbage bags, maybe once a day or two days so everyone can easily take out the trash. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Great bunch of apartments to stay/work with your family. Accessibility and cleanliness was exceptional. All amenities are available for your convenience. Super friendly and English speaking staff who's there to help you out 24/7. Yays will definitely make you feel like home.

I really had a great experience staying here. Coming from a different country, this was the perfect place to feel like home safe. Couldn't thank enough to all the support staff for all the help during my stay there. Looking forward to stay there again soon.

the room was so clean, it had a bedroom with wardrobe and a fully equipped kitchen. the room I got had one bedroom with a queen bed and a bed sofa in the living room. the room service is every 10 days. the location was OK, there was an albert heijn and a tram/bus station by 10 to 15 minutes of walking.

We loved our stay here. The rooms were massive, clean and comfortable allowing us to spread out and chill out. It was a great place to stay with teens (on the sofa bed) as we were able to both eat out and stay in, cook, play games, watch TV, listen to our own music whilst being able to get around and across town easily by tram or bus.

My family stayed at your hotel in November and unfortunately had negative experience.... While the accommodations were acceptable, we were disappointed with the treatment from hotel administration! We requested late checkout until 12:30 due to our late flight, but our request was denied, which was surprising as we have never encountered this issue in our previous hotel stays. The staff's response was rude and unprofessional, which left us with a negative impression. As a frequent traveler, I hope the hotel considers improving its customer relations!

This was an absolute jem of an apartment. Beautiful,clean lines large glass windows and lots of space. I have stayed in places before where space has been distorted and made to look bigger than it was.. the photos give a very true representation... It's so stylish and beautiful views from huge windows.. Staff where warm & friendly and really helpful.. A really great apartment
