Went to this amazing business today with a tow truck and locked rims on my car and no key on me, the staff was accommodating and speedy and let me sit in with wifi and a coffee and use my computer while I waited. The service tech C aleb was very helpful and all the staff had a smile on the whole time. Nice change from waiting for a tow truck for the last 4 hours on the rain! They also did I full inspection for no charge, love the vibes in here while I watched the interaction with other customers aswell. Recommend!

I have been using this shop for all my oil changes for about 10 years and today was probably my last visit. I came for an oil change, I’m used to get a bit of upselling (cab air filters and such) but today I was pushed hard for differential oil changed. That I didn’t need nor it was recommended by the manufacturer at barely 30K Km

Huge thanks to Caleb at Mr. Lube for helping me with an odd request. I had a few random wheel bolts I needed swapped out on my vehicle and he was right there to help. He did it no problem, with no questions asked and was super fast. I am so very appreciative of his kindness and dedication to customers. Thank you again Caleb!!!

Wow, these guys totally helped me out. Had issues with my tires. They where able to fix it up quick fix and didn't charge me full rate. Very happy!

This place is amazing!!! I have been there quite a few times now and I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Brad and Warren who were SUPER friendly and beyond knowledgeable. I even mentioned to them that there may be an issue with my filter and they told me that it there was and they didn't have the correct one to replace it then they would get one within minutes. I call this Mr Lube old faithful.. because it hasn't let me down!! Keep up the great job!!!

These guys are awesome. All so friendly, professional and can tell they work hard. Went above and beyond today squeezing me in for a headlight replacement during a super busy time to help get me on the highway during a snow storm. They didn’t have the bulb in stock and ran out to get me the right one. Can’t beat service like that. Worth the wait if you ever need something done.

Stopped in here the other day for a quick oil change. Staff was great and friendly. Is apparently a slow location so it is very convenient place to get oil and filter change. Would highly recommend place for quality service and professional staff.

Brad and Dhillon helped me out today. Air in tires. Got a quote on an oil change for pension day next Wed. A lot cheaper than where I have been going in the past. These guys are amazing!! If you want to be treated with respect and get the BEST customer service for your car check these guys out. I am a 75 year old lady and I have never been treated so special in my life when it comes to my vehicle. Professional and sooo helpful and go that extra mile. Always leave there with a smile on my face 😄👍

The mechanics at Mr. Lube were a great help for me today and yesterday. I went in for an oil change and they let me know my clutch fluid was low and needed to be changed. Both services were super quick and my clutch is feeling like new again. I would highly recommend getting oil changes from them, they are fast and efficient. Thank you!!

Terrible customer service. My lug nuts were fine when I went in, after trying repeatedly to get it off, it was broken.They said they could put a new one on but it would be at a cost to me. He said they didn't break it, that it was swollen, after the other guy had said that it wasn't swollon.I said I didn't break so why would I pay for it.They just put the broken one back on and said I could drive with a broken lug nut until I got it fixed.Then he just walked away.

Updated review: I had my oil changed on my VW a few months back at this location. I noticed an oil leak on the car a little while later. I was told that it was due to a faulty part. Mr lube was happy to fix the situation promptly and even refunded the cost of the oil change due to the extra cost around that came with the oil leak. They do care about the customer and their satisfaction.
