I
could
give
5
stars
for
receptionists
but
had
to
give
only
1
star
because
of
some
nursesā
attention.
Second
time
I
come
to
this
A&E
and
they
keep
giving
the
same
answer
āwhy
havenāt
you
try
the
GP
first?ā.
First
time,
the
nurse
laughed
on
my
face
because
of
rushes
as
it
didnāt
sound
important
for
her,
she
didnāt
even
let
me
in
the
room
and
just
spoke
to
me
in
the
corridor.
āThese
rushesā
turns
to
be
Scabies,
which
I
had
to
find
in
Spain,
as
the
GP
wouldnāt
call
me
back
after
pictures
send
and
A&E
ignore
me.
Second
time,
I
came
with
dad
after
a
back
pain,
as
he
has
an
Hernia,
which
has
been
treated
with
therapy
for
years
30
years.
Eventually,
the
pain
didnāt
disturb
him
anymore.
He
fall
on
the
street
due
to
rain
these
days,
we
come
to
A&E
(Iām
translating
for
him)
and
best
answers
the
nurse
could
say
is
āwhy
havenāt
you
try
the
GP
first?ā
He
can
barely
walk
and
said
āIāve
seen
him
wall
so
he
can
walk.
Walking
2
steps
in
5
seconds
doesnāt
look
like
he
can
walk
for
me.
He
said
āIām
an
A&E
nurse
so
we
have
to
get
the
information
quick,
as
we
have
other
patientsā.
He
said
this,
after
trying
to
explain
all
my
dadās
history
with
the
hernia
and
WHEN
he
started
to
feel
the
pain
again.
How
am
I
going
to
give
you
the
explanation
if
you
donāt
let
me
finish
my
sentences?
Personally,
I
find
this
action
very
rude.
I
get
it,
itās
a
lot
of
work
and
you
have
to
get
through
the
every
patient
quick,
but
no
one
forced
you
to
choose
this
profession.
Iām
a
waiter
myself
(which
is
very
different
from
any
NHS
role)
and
studying
for
a
better
role,
I
get
long
hour
shifts
with
rude
guest,
still
I
have
to
be
nice
with
them,
not
only
because
āthey
pay
meā
but
the
education
I
got
from
my
parents
and
family.
Not
studying
his
back
pain,
to
see
where
it
comes
from,
NOT
EVEN
GIVING
A
DIAGNOSIS,
then
prescribing
āstrongerā
pain
killers,
isnāt
really
a
good
help
for
2-3
hrs
wait.
A
few
years
ago
attention
here
was
okay,
I
wouldnāt
say
great,
but
you
could
have
some
words
with
the
nurse,
now
they
want
you
out
of
their
room
in
less
than
a
minute.
This
is
my
first
time
writing
a
review
for
a
public
place,
ever.
I
think
itās
important
to
let
people
now
(for
who
ever
cares
to
read)
how
youāll
be
treated
in
this
A&E
specifically.
Iāve
been
to
St
Georgeās
Hospital
(as
we
used
to
live
in
Wandsworth
4
years
ago)
and
to
St
Thomasā
Hospital
(as
it
was
recommended
by
friends),
and
attention
is
way
more
quick
and
friendly
there,
same
roles
and
(I
guess)
same
time
giving.
This
hospital
should
get
better
front
line
workers
or
close,
because
this
isnāt
fare
for
patients
who
pay
taxes
or
patients
in
general.
