Room is nice but was not clean when we checked in. The sheets on the bed appeared clean but the couch was covered in crumbs and the coffee table had clearly not been wiped down. There was also hair in the shower. Parking is a mess. If you have anything besides a compact car, you are SOL. Plus, they are resurfacing the parking lot during our stay and we were told we will need to move our cars. Also, there are no employees on site to help with any issues. You must do the whole check in process before you get here. Overall, not impressed.

Stay here if you'd like all your stuff stolen, treated horribly despite spending 15k+ USD on accomodation and generally inaction from the staff on serious issues. I was stationed in Denver for work and rented a room at Kasa Perry for 4+ months. The building itself, the room and the bed are good. The location is nice but is located next to Colfax and a mental health institution. This leads to safety issues. I had 500USD worth of climbing equipment stolen(it was in an unlocked car, fair enough), a 850USD electric scooter stolen(it was literally cable locked in front of 3 cameras) and the tires on my bike stolen(also in front of cameras), all within 1 month. Despite multiple emails back and forth, Kasa Perry did absolutely nothing besides saying that my "alleged theft" was unfortunate, asking for crime report filing(they were provided) and saying they couldn't find any video footage. I suspect the cameras might not even work. It's clear the place is unsafe, someone is scanning the location EVERY night for something to steal. It doesn't feel like even having your window open would be a good idea. Do a hard pass if you don't want to deal with a generally unsafe situation.

We loved our stay at the Kasa Sloan Lake complex. The apartment was super clean, quiet and close to everything. We were also very impressed with the communication. Look forward to staying there again soon.
